There are so many self-serving parties and affiliations within the Trayvon Martin shooting it is almost impossible to describe them all, and from the outset of our research and analysis of this now national case we have remained consistent with our approach.

We try diligently to present the information as it appears, to the best of our ability, without placing ourselves as a filter for the information.   We present the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of it all; and there is much ugliness as a direct outcome of money and financial positioning.

When approached by Ryan Julison we refused to be a part of the filtration system instead offering our site as a direct host for his perspective unedited.   To insure the absence of our perspective of his position bleeding into the narrative we asserted that we would not narrate his story, we would present it exactly as he presents.   He declined.  That approach is not within his paradigm.

There is enough filtering, and skewering/twisting of information; that approach is not within our mission statement. (more…)

Sometimes we get great tips into the Treehouse on the George Zimmerman case but we just don’t know what to do with them.   Generally when the submission provides only text narrative (no videos or pictures) we are left trying to interpret what they are sharing.   This is one such example.
Obviously a lot of thought and research went into this outline.  Unfortunately,  we do not know precisely what pictures/angles have been reviewed and so the pictures are only our best guess (you can click to enlarge).  In addition we do not independently possess the video(s) the author, JR, describes.  However, if someone else does please share the links and we will attempt to embedd.   Thanks, Sundance 
From Treeper JR – Have you looked at the clubhouse videos? I’m pretty sure they show Zimmerman looking for Martin, just before he called the police.

It may help to get an idea of what the layout of the clubhouse is. Go to Bing maps. (1111 Retreat View Circle, Sanford, Florida)  Bing is Microsoft’s response to Google, but rather than using satellite images they use aerial photography, which gives you a real 3D image. The problem is that the images are from different vintages, so as you rotate the image, you get different vintages – and some are old enough to show RTL under construction and a trailer sales office where the clubhouse is.

But pan across the street to the north so you are looking at the school, and rotate for a view from the south, and pan SLOWLY to the south, and you will get an image of the clubhouse from the south (make sure you don’t go past the pool) (more…)

This update, like several before it, does not stand alone.  To truly understand the depth of the research and background it is important to have first read Update #26 Part 1.  This Part 2 builds on the previous presentation of Trayvon Martin’s lifestyle choices and drug use connections.
This update is a creation of Treeper “Dedicated Dad“, who deserves full credit for investing numerous hours researching, learning, understanding and fitting the disconnected puzzle pieces together.   What we outline here was right in front of our face the whole time.  Yet we looked past it because we were in a position of ignorance about what we were looking at.  We just didn’t know.     Now however, it all comes together:

Several weeks ago, as further information and discovery came to the surface the whole framing of the original media narrative began to crumble, I stumbled over a reference to “DXM” in Trayvon’s Facebook history.
It’s nagged at me since, at various times popping to the front of my mind when Trayvon’s drug use was mentioned, was quickly lost to other distractions.   A couple of evenings ago it again came to the forefront of consideration.   This time I decided to dig in, do a little research, and see if there might actually be something to it.
What I found was frankly, quite stunning.   So much so that it literally made the hair stand up on the back of my neck.
After further reflection this drug use aspect may actually lead to the greatest understanding, and key, to the whole case.   Understanding exactly where the mindset was of both Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman, and what influences are now readily available and out in the public forum, a number of questions are now finding answers about that evening’s events, most importantly what precipitated and led to Trayvon Martin’s approach toward being questioned by George Zimmerman.

So I suppose I should start by answering the obvious: “what in the heck is Dedicated Dad talking about”, and how would research answer questions about “intent”? (more…)

One of the least appreciated, Communist–driven, post-colonial ideologues is the French born black activist, Frantz Fanon.

I recommend that you do not dismiss the concepts that he puts forth.  Perhaps, you are seeing them play out in real time in the present day.  Fanon makes some substantial points that need to be explored fully, digested, and understood.  The consequences of his hypothesis and advanced ideology are possibly in various stages of play all around you.

Via Lee M – I’ve been analyzing the various .wav files since March 22nd. I’m no “audio expert” but I do have 39 years of audio mixing experience (broadcast, et. al.). Even if GZ said “punks” I hear “cold” with an odd sibilance tacked on.
I also hear what sound like puddle splashing shortly after he exits his vehicle, just before “it’s f’ing cold” (or projecting anger at “those f’ing punks” for making him step in a
puddle?).  After that he walks at a moderate pace to a dog waste disposal unit at the T in the walkways and taps something – a shoe, a flashlight – against it. He stays at that point until the call completes at 4:04  (his line disconnects after which there are a few seconds of line hum at the distant end where the call is recorded).

TM appears to circle the truck. GZ is heard twisting in his seat ostensibly to observe TM as he makes the first pass by the driver side.   Eight seconds later I hear footsteps – albeit ones that sound like harder soled shoes – in the background. A counterclockwise walk around the truck would place TM back at the driver side about 8 seconds after
GZ is heard turning in his seat. (more…)

“A falling unemployment rate would seem to be good news for President Barack Obama’s re-election hopes. Dating to 1956, no incumbent president has lost when unemployment fell in the two years leading to an election. On Election Day, unemployment will almost surely be less than it was two years earlier: 9.8 percent in November 2010. But for the past two months, the rate has fallen for the wrong reason: More than 500,000 Americans have stopped looking for jobs and are no longer counted as unemployed. Job growth averaged a healthy 252,000 from December through February. It slowed to an average of 135,000 in March and April.”

Personal Reflections: Where to begin on unemployment? The unemployment rate drops a bit for April and as the article below notes, this IS IN REALITY, NOT a good thing. On first glance one would conclude great, more people found work! I wish this was the case but sadly, it is not. Allow me to give my perspective on unemployment from trying to assist those who are out of work. A bit of background first and I will begin with the rate of unemployment. I am not going to barrage you with a lot of statistics, charts or nonsense.

The government has reported the unemployment rate at 8.1 percent. This is based on the U-3 unemployment measure which DOES NOT take all who out of work, who have completely given up, under employed or those NOT collecting unemployment benefits into consideration. (more…)

Texas Independence Day

When I was a mere lad, Texas Independence Day was celebrated in schools with patriotic songs, readings of the Declaration by schoolkids and grave lectures on our role as Texans by our teachers. Even the Mexican kids participated, because anyone who’d read the  hallowed rolls of the Alamo and Goliad dead knew that there were plenty of martyrs with Spanish surnames. We also knew of Lorenzo de Zavala and Juan Seguin, both Texian heroes of the Revolution.

It was understood by the youngest of us that Texas went from being just the mostly empty northern part of the Mexican state of Cohuila-Texas to the independent Republic of Texas with the signing of this document. Like the beloved United States, from whence the spirit -and some would say impetus – of revolution had come, we won our right to be free through the force of arms, wielded by brave and bold men. Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, the despot which our Texas Forefathers overthrew was ever bit as evil and prone to predations as Britain’s George III. His one saving grace, that he invented that most American of oral fixations, chewing gum, was more than off-set by his cruelty and duplicitous nature. The self-proclaimed Napoleon of the North, he boasted an army well-officered and well-equipped that had spent the past couple of years putting down rebellions in Mexico. It wasn’t just the Texians who longed for the return to a government who respected the liberal Constitution of 1824.  (more…)

Fourteen ton spacecraft still has 11 tons of toxic rocket fuel on board…(rollover below)

After a long delay in the posting of the late-Saturday NORAD tracking fit for Phobos-Grunt, internet watchers were beginning to worry that the spacecraft had already broken up in the atmosphere about a day before most predictions.  That vigil ended last night, at around 10:40pm Treehouse time.  One thing that can be concluded from this update, other than the vehicle being intact, is that the orbit decay trends are continuing fairly smoothly.  You probably won’t hear this elsewhere, but that may indicate that the Russian space agency ROSCOSMOS has not been completely straight about the tank material housing the toxic propellants.  If it were aluminum as stated, the tanks likely would have ruptured after more than a day of being engulfed by plasma, especially since the vehicle seems to be flying in a tanks-first attitude.  The propellants would have been scattered by now, dramatically decreasing the mass of the vehicle, and causing a spike in the decay rate.  This apparently hasn’t happened.  The vehicle seems to have held together so far, and that’s a bad sign.  In my opinion, it supports the suspicion that the tanks are really titanium, which will probably survive the reentry all the way to the ground.    (more…)
