Boy howdy the media are doing everything they can to avoid recognizing/broadcasting the obvious.  By using small poll sample sizes and trying to manipulate the data outcome the legacy media are trying desperately to play down the growing support for presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Alas, the scope of the vulgarian uprising is too large for their smoke and mirrors to hide.

USA TODAY / SUFFOLK POLL – Jeb Bush has dropped from 15% to 8%, essentially half, while Donald Trump was gained 6 points from the same period in July.
[…] The poll of 380 likely Republican primary voters, taken Thursday through Monday, has a margin of error of +/- 5 percentage points. The full sample of 1,000 likely voters has an error margin of 3 points. (link)

Today is September 30th, the final day of fiscal year 2015 for the federal government. Tomorrow, October 1st, begins the first day of Fiscal Year 2016.

Despite the Republicans controlling both the House of Representatives and the Senate, there is still no federal budget for the fiscal year beginning tomorrow.
Instead of a budget, the Republicans have chosen to advance yet another “Continuing Resolution” (CR), and yet another insufferable debt ceiling increase, to fund federal spending for 2016. A massive slap in the face to the conservative electorate that gave the Republicans majorities in both chambers.
The last federal budget was signed into law in September of 2007 by President George W. Bush. Since that time the federal deficit has exploded due (in no small part) to the 2009 trillion dollar “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act“, commonly known as the “stimulus bill“, that has been embedded in the baseline of federal spending and re-spent every year for the past seven years.
Seven trillion dollars in federal deficit spending specifically because there has never been a budget since Fiscal year 2008.
Both Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, and Speaker of The House John Boehner, swore to the base of the party, if they were given control in November 2014 they would return to “regular order”; regular budgetary order.

It was obvious early this morning that something was up.  There was a tremor amid the Dark Force as Team Clinton came out with an announcement that she would support a change to ObamaCare that would kill the Cadillac tax on union healthcare plans.

Obviously Hillary Clinton is trying to shore up support from various labor unions who are increasingly finding the Democrat positions at odds with middle America.
The decision by Hillary Clinton NOT TO support the Keystone Pipeline was a serious strike against her.  The decision to support the anti-American Trans-Pacific Trade deal was obviously additional blow.  In an effort to recover credibility Hillary Clinton is now stating she opposes the Cadillac Tax on union healthcare benefits.  However, it might be too little, too late. • TEAM GOPe (Bush, Rubio, Fiorina) Total – 38%
• TEAM Freedom (Trump, Carson, Cruz) Total – 40%

PPP’s newest North Carolina poll finds that Donald Trump is holding his ground- at least compared to where he was in the state six weeks ago.  […]  Trump’s 26% is almost identical to his 24% standing from mid-August. His 53/36 favorability rating with GOP voters is actually a little bit better than its 47/40 standing from a month ago.

The only candidates really showing any momentum in North Carolina compared to our last poll are Carson whose support has increased 7 points from 14% to its current 21% standing and Fiorina who’s gone up 6 points from 6% to her current 12% standing. With a 70/17 favorability rating Carson is easily the most popular of the GOP hopefuls in the state, and he’s also the most frequent second choice with 16% saying he’d be their back up option. There is a particular depth of disingenuous detachment when listening to “Establishment Republicans” discuss the Donald Trump tax proposal today.

Especially when we see a pundit like George Will espousing “a profound moral hazard” within a tax proposal that removes federal tax liability from those earning less than $25,000/year.
