West Long Branch, NJ – The Monmouth University Poll of likely Iowa Republican caucusgoers finds Ben Carson has taken a double digit lead over Donald Trump. The outsider candidates remain on top amid a prevailing attitude that the national Republican Party has not served its voters well.
When Iowa Republicans are asked who they would support in their local caucus, Ben Carson (32%) tops the list, with Donald Trump (18%) holding second. (more…)

October 25, 2015 — This week, the Senate blocked a bill aimed at cracking down on America’s nearly 300 sanctuary cities. Laws in these cities help shield illegal immigrants from deportation, even after they’ve committed felonies.
The proposal was motivated by the death of Kate Steinle. In July, she was fatally shot by an illegal immigrant who’d been deported five times and convicted of seven felonies. Senator Marco Rubio, a wholly owned subsidiary of the CoC, is difficult to locate…
WASHINGTON – During a recent town hall in Derry, New Hampshire, a voter asked Sen. Marco Rubio about the large number of Senate votes Rubio has missed in recent months. “I just wanted to know what your reason for that is,” the voter said.
“I’m running for president,” Rubio answered. “I’m here in New Hampshire talking to you.”
Rubio has taken some flak — most notably, from Donald Trump — for not showing up for votes. He’s missed most of October’s votes so far. From April to June of this year, he missed about one-third of the votes, and from July to September, he missed a little over half the votes. That’s not good, even by Senate terms.
The striking thing, though, is that while Rubio is not in Washington, he is also not on the campaign trail in the early states of Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, at least as much as many of his Republican rivals. (more…)

The president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Tom Donohue, recently announced his intentions to eliminate opposition to their progressive big government positions and destroy fiscal conservatives (Tea Party).
Tom Donohue demands: ♦ approval of the TPP trade deal, ♦ continuation of ObamaCare, ♦ comprehensive immigration reform to include amnesty, and ♦ federal education Common Core education standards.

The U.S. electorate suffer from such intense media gaslighting it creates a weird disconnect. Along comes a person (Donald Trump) who speaks common sense truth and immediately media narratives disappear; people say: “hey yeah, what about that”?

Full poll pdf below (Via CBS) […] In September, Trump had a small lead over Ben Carson. Now, the two candidates are running even. Ben Carson has drawn more support among white evangelicals – who always make up a sizeable portion of caucus-goers there (34 percent, vs. 17 percent for Trump). Trump has lost ground among this group since last month. Carson is also beating Trump among Iowa conservatives.

Trump leads Carson among men (30-26); Carson leads among women (28-24). Trump also leads among seniors (33-25). No minorities were polled, prior polling Trump wins all racial demographics. (read more)

In order to boost Carly Fiorina CNBC has given her a prime stage placement ahead of Jeb Bush for the upcoming debate. While the move was transparently predictable in media intent, it’s doubtful anything can rescue her campaign. Everyone has caught on that Carly is a big fibber and has a Brian Williams problem.
Jeb Bush was campaigning in South Carolina yesterday when he angrily stomped his feet because everyone was expecting him to work for a nomination. Sad little man. (more…)
