Indiana Governor and now Vice President-Elect Mike Pence, delivered a speech today at the 21st annual Governor’s Luncheon for Scouting.
Toward the end of the speech (last two minutes) Governor Pence delivered an emotional farewell to his constituents, friends and fellow Hoosiers and promised the fullest measure of his effort to deserve this opportunity, and to help lead our nation. Worth Watching:
There’s a few interesting decisions that may come out this week. The Secretary of Energy seems a possibility, and names of Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Governor Rick Perry (TX) both surface amid those potential considerations.

In addition, Carly Fiorina attended a meeting today and stopped by the media gaggle upon exit from Trump Tower. Fiorina’s name has been floated as a possible pick for Director of National Intelligence (replacing James Clapper).
In March of 2016 an exclusive list of top tech executives, billionaires, donors and influence agents gathered at a secretive meeting with key leaders of the Washington DC UniParty. The meeting was to discuss their plans to destroy the candidacy of Donald Trump. The meeting took place at the exclusive enclave in Sea Island Georgia.
The Sea Island meeting itself was entirely “anti-Trump”, the gathering was almost exclusively discussions about how to rid the primary process of the outside insurgency that was Donald Trump. Unknown to most, the group assembled also contained so of the original members who constructed the 2016 primary election splitter strategy:

Kellyanne Conway appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the possibility of Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson as a Secretary of State nominee.
In addition, Conway discusses the current status of the transition process.
At the end of halftime and starting the third quarter of yesterday’s Army -vs- Navy football game, President-elect Donald Trump joined the broadcast announcers for a little light-hearted interview and discussion.

Those who follow the nuances within the often predictable intersection of politics and media may have spotted the sighting of a familiar approach last week – when Tomi Lahren was innocuously invited to appear on Bill O’Reilly’s broadcast.
For no apparent reason Ms. Lahren surfaced during an opinion segment within the broadcast previously used to vet potential Fox News on-air talent and acquisition.
Subtle, but subtle like a brick through a window, when contrast against the current expiring contract of Ms. Megyn Kelly and her foray into free agency.

The Sunday Talk Shows are filled with various left-wing punditry using two media reports from the Washington Post and New York Times claiming anonymous, albeit transparently political, “intelligence officials” who state: the Russian government “hacked the U.S. election“.
First, the media’s choice of wording is critical within both reports.
It is impossible to “hack an election“. What was hacked was the DNC email system, and John Podesta’s email. WikiLeaks published the content of both “hacks”.
Additionally, WikiLeaks has denied the source of the information was a foreign government.
Both The Washington Post and New York Times, simultaneously, published articles on Friday claiming anonymous sources within the CIA (note: intensely political CIA Chief John Brennan in charge) point to the Russian government as the originators of the hacking. However, both articles are written with very obtuse and non specific language intended to cover over the fact these reports are not actually stating the official intelligence community are making these specific claims.
All other media outlets subsequently take this illogically based presentation and spin their coverage whereby the “DNC hacked” becomes “the election hacked“.

President-elect Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway appears on CBS morning show to be interviewed by one of Paul Ryan’s BFF’s, John Dickerson…. about, wait for it… Yeah, muh Russians.
Conway does a great job dealing with the insufferable moonbattery:
The ridiculous NBC Chuck Todd -vs- Reince Peibus interview is beyond absurd.
The entire premise for Chuck Todd’s position is two media reports. One of those media reports (NYT) is demonstrably false; the second (WaPo) is specifically constructed to target and undermine the Trump presidency. The Washington Post was previously cited, on the record, with their own statements, claiming their intention and motivation to oppose the Donald Trump candidacy.
Incoming White House Chief-of-Staff Reince Priebus pushes back against reports from both publications based on his personal knowledge one is false; and no indication the second is anything other than false.
Chuck Todd intentionally avoids recognizing his position is built upon two media constructs; instead he demands answers about the underlying false premise, two media reports that are built entirely upon make-believe. Watch:
