Here it becomes important to recognize what’s going on. Remember, this community asked for -and received- the DOJ intervening. Right now the Civil Rights Division is within the group doing the chant. Yes, that’s correct, the DOJ group known as the Community Relations Service are the actual marchers you are listening to and witnessing.

The CRS is there at taxpayer cost with all expenses paid for by the federal government. So ask yourself this: “why is Eric Holder allowing this type of racial animus”? Why isn’t the police or local law enforcement stopping these visible requests for the death of a public official?

Based on their inability to control a press conference, the belief that law enforcement can actually enforce a curfew is slightly less than zero.  The entire town is now, well, essentially a free range safari:

Missouri – During a press conference that quickly spiraled out of control Missouri Gov. Nixon declared a state of emergency and set a curfew from midnight to 5 a.m.

The curfew will not be enforced “with tear gas or with tanks,” according to Capt. Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol. “We will communicate,” said Johnson.

FBI agents are on the ground working on the investigation, said Nixon. (more…)

We’ve seen this exact scenario play out numerous times, most visibly in 2012 when the DOJ wanted to keep the FBI reports on the lack of racial animus -which supported George Zimmerman- from the public.
Under Eric Holder’s tenure the DOJ civil rights division has actively engaged in pushing racial grievances to the forefront of their operational goals.  This type of intentional organizational racism even led to the former head of the Civil Rights Division, Ondray Harris, quitting his federal job after he was instructed not to hire non-blacks.
In the Mike Brown shooting the institutional racism of the DOJ surfaces again with the DOJ demand NOT to release the robbery video which showed the behavior of Mike Brown just prior to the encounter with police officer Darren Wilson.

The DOJ will hide behind the false construct of the Community Relations Service and claim the request not to release was made in the best interest of lowering racial tensions.  However, their intents, based on all historical references, are transparently the opposite of their claims. (more…)

The focus point for the looting and mayhem in day #6 was the same location where Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson were videotaped during a strong arm robbery moments before the altercation with officer Darren Wilson.

Apparently the police releasing the CCTV video of Mike Brown during the strong arm robbery was enough to drive the local community to seek retaliation.   “Snitches get Stitches” is the sentiment at work. (more…)

The pregnant woman was knocked out cold on the ground by the punch. The man behind the attack was a Brooklyn man named Willie Stephens, 33. Officers found Stephens three blocks away and arrested him.  This brings the confirmed number of knock-out victims to 27 so far in 2014.

(New York) The pregnant woman who was sucker-punched for no apparent reason Thursday was so traumatized by the cruel attack, she’s too scared to set foot outside, she told The Post on Friday.

“I was just walking and somebody slapped me in the face, he pushed me and I fell down,” said Jannatul Ferdous, 34.  “I’m scared. My neck and back hurt,” she told The Post, refusing to step outside of her apartment. (more…)

(Sharyl Attkisson) An email obtained by Congress shows the top official for Healthcare.gov at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under the Department of Health and Human Services, Marilyn Tavenner, instructed the agency’s top spokesman to “Please delete this email.”

The instruction appears significant for several reasons: First, the email to be deleted included an exchange between key White House officials and CMS  officials. Second, the email was dated October 5, 2013, five days into the disastrous launch of HealthCare.gov. Third, federal law requires federal officials to retain copies of –not delete– email exchanges. And fourth, the document to be deleted is covered under Congressional subpoena as well as longstanding Freedom of Information requests made by members of the media (including me). (more…)

While the two shooting events are separated by two and a half years, Trayvon (Feb 2012) Mike Brown (Aug 2014) the similarities are quite remarkable.   One of the key aspects that aligns both narratives is the appearance of the attorney for both families Benjamin Crump.  The second key aspect is the way the media portray both events.

Here’s some of the similarities:

•  The age of both was originally misreported.  Trayvon was 13, then 15, then 16 and eventually 17.  Mike Brown was 17 in most original reports, and then eventually 18.

•  Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were at a convenience store immediately before the shooting.

•  Both Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin were legally represented by attorney Benjamin Crump, from the Law Firm of Parks and Crump.

•  For both shootings Benjamin Crump enlisted the assistance of MSNBC and Al Sharpton.

•  Al Sharpton enlisted the AME church network, and Jamal Bryant in both shootings.

•  Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton called for the NAACP’s assistance.

•  The New Black Panther Party involved themselves in both shootings.

•  The congressional Black Caucus involved themselves in both shootings.

Eric Holder is instituting the same process in Ferguson Missouri he used in Sanford Florida.   The civil rights wing of the DOJ is dispatched into Ferguson.   They are officially called the “Community Relations Service” (CRS), and historically -in previous administrations- have been called upon when racial animus is a concern amid a local municipality.

However, under the Eric Holder tenure, and as a specific mandate of the current administration, the CRS has been given a different mandate.  The CRS is a statutorily protected secret entity within the DOJ, and is now the official racial advocacy network for the professional black grievance industry.  As witnessed in the Trayvon Martin case the CRS now use their federal expense accounts to purchase venues for protest, contract audio/visual needs, purchase signs and professional media materials and purchase hotel rooms and coordinate airline flights and travel accommodations for the professional agitators.   Many of the CRS professionals are within the AME network.   (more…)
