The GOPe Will Never Accept Donald Trump – Bush/Rubio Supporters Will Vote for Hillary….

The possibility of Jim Webb running as an independent has people wondering if that would impact the Donald Trump campaign.  Short answer, hell no.

When Donald Trump wins the republican nomination, the GOPe side of the DC uniparty will never accept it – Jeb Bush/Marco Rubio supporters will instead support Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden over Donald Trump.  Period.

trump vs bush

Knowing the GOPe is NEVER going to support Donald Trump, it makes no difference if they support Jim Webb as an independent vulgarian alternative – again, they were never going to support Donald Trump.

We have previously written about what happens when Trump becomes inevitable.  Each day this reality becomes more clarified – EXCERPT :

[…]  “what will the GOPe do regarding their ongoing onslaught to eliminate Donald Trump, if Trump becomes inevitable”?

The Tripwire we identified back in July remains today. If Wall Street (writ large) views Donald Trump as inevitable, they will re-evaluate –QUICKLY– the opposite side of their controllable coin. Meaning they will evaluate Hillary Clinton.

Wall Street (The U.S. CoC, Tom Donohue, and all varied interests, DNC/RNC et al) set this up as a win/win. A Clinton/Bush strategy. (more…)

Harry Reid Endorses Paul Ryan For Speaker of House…

The House of Representatives has almost solidified the Democrat support they need to nominate Paul Ryan as the next Speaker of The House.

Current Speaker John Boehner supports Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi and now Harry Reid also support Ryan; Pelosi saying the Democrats would vote affirmatively to support Ryan, and numerous Republican media pundits also supporting Paul Ryan.

With solidly predictable support, the decision now rests with Paul Ryan.

WASHINGTON DC – Harry Reid just gave Paul Ryan an unwelcome endorsement for speaker.  The Democratic leader offered his surprise backing for Ryan (R-Wis.) to assume the House speakership, saying he hopes Ryan runs and wins the job because he’s a “Paul Ryan fan.” (more…)

Dividing Lines – President George W Bush Attacks Senator Ted Cruz….

We will not be denied !!

And so it begins.  Here is where the earlier discussions about the vitriolic side of the Bush family begin to surface.  This is where it begins to get personal, and everyone will see exactly how the alliances within the professional political class surface.

It doesn’t come as a surprise, because sooner or later someone was going to have to rip off the band aid.  Regardless of whether you have supported any individual within the construct of the Bush family, those who have watched the political scene for more than a few decades will understand what’s going on.

After all, it was Dubya’s dad, George Herbert Walker Bush, who represented the establishment class of republicans and was most strenuously against the vulgarian Ronald Reagan in the 70’s…   Old ideologies run deep; and, bottom line, this will probably help Ted Cruz.

(Via Politico) Inside a sleek Denver condominium, George W. Bush let a hundred donors to his brother’s campaign in on a secret. Of all the rival Republican candidates, there is one who gets under the former president’s skin, who he views as perhaps Jeb Bush’s most serious rival for the party’s nomination.

It isn’t Donald Trump, whose withering insults have sought to make Jeb pay a political price for his brother’s presidency. It also isn’t Marco Rubio, Jeb’s former understudy who now poses a serious threat to his establishment support.

It’s George W. Bush’s former employee — Ted Cruz. (more…)

Prescient Concern – Candidate Donald Trump Warned of Attack Over a Year Before 9-11-2001…

trump with hat(Via Buzzfeed) In 2000, 19 months before Sept. 11, 2001, Donald Trump wrote extensively of the terrorism threat the United States was facing.

Trump, who at the time was considering a presidential bid on the Reform Party ticket, went so far as to say that an attack on a major U.S. city was not just a probability, but an inevitability.

“I really am convinced we’re in danger of the sort of terrorist attacks that will make the bombing of the Trade Center look like kids playing with firecrackers,” wrote Trump in his 2000 book, The America We Deserve. “No sensible analyst rejects this possibility, and plenty of them, like me, are not wondering if but when it will happen.”

Trump even mentions Osama bin Laden by name, in a criticism of an American foreign policy that too quickly jumps from one crisis to the next. (more…)

Wall Street Journal/NBC National Poll – Donald Trump Widens Lead…

Keeping in mind the WSJ is owned by Rupert Murdoch who has a vested interest in selling a Marco Rubio / Jeb Bush narrative, the latest version of the WSJ/NBC poll shows Trump and Carson gaining distance from the rest of the field.  Conversely Carly Fiorina falls from her previous WSJ/NBC poll when they were promoting her as an alternative to the vulgarian uprising.

(Via NBC)  With the backing of 25 percent of Republican primary voters, Trump is at his highest level of support in the poll since entering the 2016 race. Carson now gets the support of 22 percent of Republican voters, remaining within the margin of error of his first place rival. Last month, 21 percent of GOP primary voters said Trump was their first choice for the party’s nomination, while 20 percent picked Carson.

Florida Poll – Donald Trump Continues Leading Rubio/Bush On Their Home Turf….

A University of North Florida (UNF) poll, based out of Jacksonville {*ahem*}, finds Donald Trump leading Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush amid 627 registered Florida voters (who have voted in 70% of every election since 2008)

20% of those polled identify as Hispanic/Latino.

GOPe Leadership and Democrats Preparing To Support Paul Ryan and Wage War Against Conservative Base…

It really is stunning how open the republican leadership in both the House and Senate are with their disdain for the base of their own party. Reports now surfacing that the GOPe has entered negotiations with Nancy Pelosi to support Paul Ryan.

According to Roll Call the Democrats are willing to elect Ryan if the GOPe promise to give them comprehensive immigration reform and amnesty legislation.  Representative Steve King warns of the political bloodbath which would follow such a deal.

(Via Breitbart) As Rep. Paul Ryan’s history of working for open borders has come under increasing scrutiny, conservative lawmakers have begun to publicly insist that any person who seeks to ascend to the Speakership must oppose amnesty and represent the vast majority of GOP voters who want to close the immigration valve.

As Politico recently reported, conservative Congressman Steve King (R-IA)warned that there will be a “major intraparty battle over immigration if Paul comes forward.” “A majority of the conference is on my side of this argument,” King declared. (more…)

Why Hillary’s Upcoming Congressional Testimony is a Total Farce, a Charade To Shield Congress…

Hillary Clinton is scheduled to appear before congress and testify before the House Select Committee on Benghazi this week.  Everything about this hearing is a total sham.

♦ When we first completed the 11,000 word research paper in 2013 called “The Benghazi Brief”, and against a considerable backlash, we shared an unfortunate reality/prediction.  Nothing about what led up to the attack would ever be discussed in public.

♦ In August of 2014, upon completion of the updated Benghazi Brief, we stated that Congressman Trey Gowdy would never be allowed to publicly divulge the back-story of what led to the September 11th, 2012, attacks.

Prepare yourselves for profound disappointment next week, because nothing about either of these two statements has changed.  Nothing has transpired over the past two plus years to change anything – They have built a Potemkin Village, that must be maintained at all costs.

THE PUBLIC AIRING OF WHAT TOOK PLACE BETWEEN February 2011 and September 2012 will never happen because the risk(s) do not solely attach to Hillary Clinton, The White House, The State Department or the CIA.  The risk attaches to Republicans and Democrats alike who authorized the covert joint State Dept./CIA mission.

President Obama authorized two Presidential Finding Memos granting the State Department and CIA joint authorization for engagement in Libya and later in Syria.  The Congressional Gang of Eight held oversight for both operations: (more…)

Report: Six Presidential Campaigns Face Tipping Point – Drop Out, or Continue…

Prior research doesn’t support this entire Reuters outline, but it’s not far off.  The GOPe road map can continue unaffected without Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum and Rand Paul.  The “Team Jeb” strategy could also continue without Chris Christie (polling 5% NJ).  Rubio, Fiorina, Kasich and Huckabee are the most valuable to Jeb in that order.

(Via Reuters) […]  The six are: Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, former New York Governor George Pataki, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.

Together, they raised $6 million but spent more than $9.5 million during the summer on everything from postage to travel to campaign rallies. All six are trailing badly in the polls.

GOP candidates 2 mashup

[…]  Small donors are the lifeblood of any campaign and candidates will live or die by their ability to tap into a broad base of supporters willing to contribute up to the maximum of $2,700.

Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who is one of the front-runners in the Republican race, reported nearly 22,000 donors in the last quarter who have given more than $200 so far in the campaign. Bush had 7,300. (more…)
