Saw this report earlier…. according to someone “in the know”, mom was about to commit junior to a facility, and the same source says she volunteered at the School which  junior was jealous of.  *Note I’m not posting pictures of that guy again*

NEWTOWN, Conn. – The gunman who slaughtered 20 children and six adults at a Connecticut elementary school may have snapped because his mother was planning to commit him to a psychiatric facility, according to a lifelong resident of the area who was familiar with the killer’s family and several of the victims’ families.

Adam Lanza, 20, targeted Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown after killing his mother early Friday because he believed she loved the school “more than she loved him,” said Joshua Flashman, 25, who grew up not far from where the shooting took place. (Reuters) – Unburdened by re-election worries and empowered by law to act without Congress, U.S. President Barack Obama could will take action to “improve” background checks on gun buyers, ban certain gun imports and bolster oversight of dealers.

Prospects for gun control legislation intensified in the wake of the school massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, as more pro-gun rights lawmakers said on Monday they were open to the possibility while Obama and three cabinet members met at the White House to discuss the subject.

Having just won a second four-year term, Obama does not need to fear alienating voters who favor gun rights and he could press ahead without lawmakers on fronts where federal law enables executive action.

Speaking in Newtown, where a gunman on Friday killed 20 children and six adults in an elementary school, Obama vowed late on Sunday to “use whatever power this office holds” to try to prevent such massacres.  “Because what choice do we have? We can’t accept events like this as routine,” Obama said at Newtown High School.

His administration has the power to issue executive orders or new rules, options that Obama is likely to consider in combination with possible new laws. […] (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – A bill to restrict the use and sale of weapons like the high-powered Bushmaster .223 that coroners said had killed many of the children at Sandy Hook, would be introduced in the next session of the US Congress, promised senior Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein “It will ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession. Not retroactively but prospectively. And it will ban the same for big clips, drums or strips of more than 10 bullets,” she told NBC News, adding that she expected Mr Obama to support the bill.

The move – which would essentially revive the Bill Clinton-era assault weapons that was allowed to lapse in 2004 – is expected to be highly controversial with the powerful gun lobby and politicians whose constituents cling fiercely to their Second Amendment gun rights. (more…)

The net is flooding with conspiracy theory about this shooting.   Most of them are total bunk.  However there are major issues with the initial, and evolved reports; and indeed something is not passing the sniff test for me either.   One website has begun collecting a list of all the discrepancies (here).   

We are going to thin it down to the pertinent ones; can you think of any to add to the list?  Starting with…. why the pictures of a 20 year old shooter as a child?   Where’s the recent pics? 

1.)  According to the official story, Adam Lanza was found with his older brother’s ID, and it was not stolen. However, older brother Ryan–who officials say is very cooperative–claims not to have even seen his brother since 2010. Where would Adam get this ID?

2.) According to the official story, Adam Lanza was wearing a black outfit with a mask and bulletproof vest. Why would he want to hide his identity, and why would he wear a bulletproof vest, if he planned to kill himself? (more…)

MICHIGAN –  A speaker at a union protest against right-to-work legislation said if Gov. Rick Snyder signed the bill he would get “no rest” and that protesters would be at his “daughter’s soccer game.” (threats start at :40 mark).

The Rev. Charles Williams II made the comments Tuesday to loud cheers before a group of thousands of union workers. After his promises to harass Gov. Snyder, he introduced Rep. Richard Hammel, D-Mt. Morris Township, and House Minority Leader Tim Greimel, D-Auburn Hills. Williams is a Detroit-area pastor and left-wing activist.

Gov. Snyder later that day signed a bill into law making Michigan a right-to-work state. One of his daughters is a 16-year-old high school student. (more…)

This incident happened at a High School attended by the son of one of our Treeper Team.  It shows how during a fight one of the students, Traybeon, waited until the other student was distracted then sucker punched him – knocking him out and fracturing his skull.

MOUNT DORA, Fla. —  Cellphone video of a vicious fight between two Mount Dora High School students shows one of teenagers getting sucker punched and severely injured.

5:00pm Shooter Adam Lanza (20) identified as killer.  Brother Ryan Lanza (24) being interviewed by police.  Only one person shot was able to survive.  Presumably this would be the Vice-principal.   Nancy Lanza was shooters mother who was also killed.   Shooter armed with Model .223 Bushwacker rifle and two handguns, a Glock and a Sig. *depending on setup the .223 can be an assault style rifle or not.

4:10pm – Shooter confusion.  Two brothers:  Adam aged 20, and Ryan aged 24, have both been outlined as the shooter.   Currently Fox  is reporting the younger brother Adam is the shooter, and the older brother Ryan is in custody in New Jersey.   It is all confused and the media is all over the place.

3:15pm  Obama to give presser soon.    Latest info…. either Adam or Ryan Lanza is the name of the shooter – they are brothers.  The shooter lived in Newtown CT, he drove to New Jersey killed his father, then went to school where his mom was teacher, Killed his mom in classroom, then killed all the kids in classroom – walking away he encountered Principal (shot killed), vice-Principal (shot wounded) and school psychologist (shot killed).   One brother is 20, the other is 24 there are conflicting reports on who is the shooter. Ridiculous that the idiot thugs had to target a friggin hot-dog vendor just because they are filled with self-interest, rage and hatred.   But awesome for the Tea Party Conservatives to respond with overwhelming concern and raise money to help him.

(Via Big Government)  Local Lansing Michigan hot dog vendor Clint Tarver was catering for Americans For Prosperity during the right-to-work demonstrations at the State Capitol on Tuesday, when two men rushed into the tent. In a video interview with Breitbart News, Clint claims one of the men wore a “Devil Mask.”

When reporter Lee Stranahan describes a Guy Fawkes mask, Tarver indicates that it sounds like that is what the assailant wore. Tarver was shown a photo of a Guy Fawkes mask after the interview and confirmed that it what the attacker who kicked over coffee machines and began attacking the tent with a box cutter, was wearing. The typical prog tolerance exposed.  Belafonte willing to lock up anyone who does not agree with him, his philosophy or ideology.   This is the real underbelly of the progressive left- they will demand tolerance for their opinion when in the minority, but as soon as they take power, in any form, immediately they move to control everyone.

Previously, Belafonte called President Bush “the greatest terrorist in the world” while praising Marxist tyrant Hugo Chavez.

Newsbusters – All three networks on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning ignored the violent assaults by union protesters in Michigan, instead vaguely insisting that activists were simply “voicing their anger” at the “showdown raging in the heartland.” The morning shows on Wednesday allowed little coverage of Michigan at all, a mere 72 seconds out of eight hours of programming.  (read more)
