Two Weeks Later and Ferguson Prosecutors Have Not Interviewed Officer Wilson…

Of course they haven’t; no need to.   Just stay home – we’ll give you a call and tell you when your appointment date is for the gallows….

wilson 1(Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.
St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is expected to handle the case, despite calls from him to recuse himself because his own father, a police officer, was murdered by an African-American man.
“We’re gonna proceed, as I’ve laid out to people, until I’m told — if i’m told — by the governor that I can’t,” McCulloch said in an interview Wednesday. “And the most devastating thing that can happen is if a week from now, a month from now, he decides he’s taking me off of this case. Then everybody’s starting over.”
On Thursday, Gov. Jay Nixon (D-MO) indicated that he will not appoint a special prosecutor to handle the Ferguson case:  (more)

AG Eric Holder Arrives In Ferguson MO, Tells Captain Ron Johnson: "You are the man"

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder walks through black community business in Ferguson Missouri today.   During one visit he encounters Captain Ron Johnson who has been placed in charge of all Ferguson law enforcement activity.
Upon meeting Captain Johnson, Attorney General Holder states:  “You are the man”.
Holder and Johnson
A seemingly innocuous and informal accolade amid two ideological travelers.   Both Holder and Johnson have criticized the police department in Ferguson.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have apologized to Mike Brown’s family for the shooting death of their son.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have stated Mike Brown “did not deserve to die”.   So the greeting of brothers in ideological arms is no surprise. Injury Reports Support Officer Darren Wilson's Statements – Officer Wilson Punched In the Head By Mike Brown…

A false narrative is a quick assembly but horridly slow in the deconstruction.

More evidence comes out to support Officer Darren Wilson’s contention that Mike Brown punched him in the vehicle and a struggle for the officer’s gun ensued.   Medical reports reflect Officer Wilson suffered a broken orbital socket  (eye), and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.

This provides more affirmation toward the officers version of events.   In addition a local reporter has claimed 12 eye witnesses support Officer Wilson’s version, along with the audio we discovered of a detached eye witness, with no vested interest, speaking off camera and describing the officer supported scenario.
In addition we also know the federal autopsy is complete:

TIME […]  FBI agents have successfully canvassed the area around the shooting scene for witnesses and are sharing what they’ve learned with St. Louis County investigators, said Richard G. Callahan, U.S Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri. An autopsy by a top U.S. military forensic examiner was completed on Monday and “physical evidence is being analyzed.”

There are no plans, however, to make details of the investigation public before the information is presented to a St. Louis County grand jury—a process that will take weeks or months. Callahan acknowledged the tension between the needs of investigators and the demands of the media and protesters.  (continue reading)

The Next 48 Hours Are Critical For Police Officer Darren Wilson, Ferguson and The Scheme Team….

wilson 1Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri.   The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.
A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.
The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.
That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.
However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence.   They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself.   In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized. Subtle Shift or Head Fake? CNN Actually Airs Statements Which Support Officer Darren Wilson

Here is a subtle difference between 2012 and 2014 – In the weeks after the Trayvon shooting there was zero, zippo, zylch reporting of any alternative narrative except the chosen Scheme Team claims.   However, for the first time in the Mike Brown shooting, today we see some of the visible sunlight perhaps beginning to penetrate the legacy media.

Perhaps, just perhaps, our efforts at getting the truthful message into the mainstream is having some kind of positive effect. Indeed the evidence we have shared over the weekend was witnessed by tens of millions of people, and picked up on numerous MSM outlets. Could it be possible ?

Missouri the "Show Me" State, as in …."Show Me the Money"….

Just like clockwork, (and right on schedule!), social media was exploited to leverage the cash shakedown which is the raison d’être of the Crump con.  As in the Martin case, multiple and conflicting fundraising accounts have been quickly set up, all allegedly for the “benefit” of the Brown family:

Crump Law Firm's "GO Fund Me" page set up to collect donations for the "expenses" of the family as they "seek justice" ....
Crump Law Firm’s “GO Fund Me” page set up to collect donations for the “expenses” of the family as they “seek justice” ….

As in the Martin case – Crump seeks to retain all control of any cash that flows from this “event”.   The information posted on the GoFundMe site set up by someone claiming to be a member of Crump’s law firm staff states, “These funds will assist his family with costs that they will acquire…” (such as, paying us and our entourage!)
The site claims to have raised (as of the writing of this post), $72, 163 by 3,125 donors in 4 days.  A quick survey shows that the math doesn’t add up, but it is important to show wide-spread support for the “cause” of “seeking justice” for Mike Brown.  However, much to the anger of the “Just-Us” crowd, this doesn’t even come close to the amounts that were raised, literally, overnight, by the Support Zimmerman sites.  Similar funding sites to support the family of Officer Wilson have also been set up, but the true purposes behind the GoFundMe sites are as disparate as the versions of the actual events that have been disseminated by the Crump and the PD.
