After reading some of the comments surrounding recent articles and our presentations about the LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling and the payments to the NAACP, I just realized that many readers don’t know about “Indulgence Fees” or how they work.
Indeed it almost seems as if people think the term “Indulgence Fee” is some form of snark on my part made up to poke fun at the Black Grievance Industry. It’s not.
My sincere apologies, I took it for granted people actually knew how this works.

Indulgence Fees are how the BGI operate. The NAACP and other entities within the Black Grievance Industry have an entire fee schedule structured to outline how much is paid to whom based on their status within the organization. Speaking fees, protest fees, hosting fees, are coordinated within the Indulgence Fee concept depending on the venue.
In addition the leadership within the structural BGI determine the fee schedules, or rates, for pre-paid “indulgences”, and also consult on the post-sin infraction fee rates.

… […] “the poor guy’s girlfriend (undoubtedly ex-girlfriend now) is on tape cajoling him into revealing his racism. Man, what a winding road she led him down to get all of that out. She was like a sexy nanny playing “pin the fried chicken on the Sambo.” She blindfolded him and spun him around until he was just blathering all sorts of incoherent racist sound bites that had the news media peeing themselves with glee”.
(CBS) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday Clippers owner Donald Sterling will be suspended for life and fined $2.5 million in response to the racist remarks he allegedly made in a recorded audio clip.
Commissioner Silver was specifically clear to indicate Mr. Sterling was being punished for his personal views, not for his prior actions or behaviors – his views.
“Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private, they are now public, and they represent his views.”
Silver spoke to the press at 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.

“We are negotiating with him about giving more moneys to African American students at UCLA, and so we are in preliminary discussions,” Jenkins said.
(Los Angeles) The NAACP said today they are still willing to work with Los Angeles Clippers’ owner Donald Sterling despite yanking an offer of a lifetime achievement award over an audio tape containing racist comments that Sterling allegedly made.

At a news conference today, NAACP Los Angeles president Leon Jenkins said that an audio recording that surfaced this weekend on TMZ, which purportedly had Sterling’s voice recorded making racist comments, was “devastating.”
But the organization would be open to talking to Sterling, with whom they’ve worked for nearly 20 years. (more…)
There’s always a particular ONE WAY conversational aspect that rises up whenever the issue of racism reaches the mainstream news media; and it screams hypocrisy. Enter the latest foray – racist owner of the LA Clippers, Donald Sterling.
About two months ago Spike Lee said “white people need to leave Harlem” as he went on a diatribe decrying how “white folk” have moved in to his old neighborhood. According to Lee “with white gentrification comes disruption“, but apparently that’s ok – it must not be racism because he’s able now to protest a white Donald Sterling for expressing a similar racial sentiment:

HatTip WeeWeed – (Via Peoples Cube) While some undoubtedly ignorant people today made much ado about the nothing engendered in the Vatican’s redundant elevation of two dead old white males into so-called “sainthood”, reasonable people are asking a more important question: “Why was Barack Obama ignored?”

“It is obviously blatant racism,” said a non-white hispanic writer for the famous and intellectually impressive New York Times. “After all,” he added with less outrage than we had expected, “Obama won a NOBEL PRIZE FOR CHRISSAKES! If THAT doesn’t qualify him for sainthood, what the hell does?” (more…)

The first U.S. journalist to rise and ask a question during the official press conference between President Obama and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib was Chuck Todd from NBC News.
What does he choose to ask about ?
The Russia v Ukraine crisis? EU Sanctions and growing fears of NATO nations? G7 and the fears of another world war? The collapse of a Japanese trade deal from the previous day ? The coordination of U.S. search efforts for Missing Malaysian airlines MH-370? Pan-Asian relations and nuclear agreements?
Pfffffftt…. silly rabbit.
Why… LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling, and the existence of racism in the USA of course.
Race-baiters gotta’ race-bait. And… of course President Obama has a well briefed response reflecting he has been *THOROUGHLY* apprised of the situation.

Independent journalist Jack Cashill discusses his examination of the Trayvon Martin shooting/George Zimmerman case (“If I had a son: Race, Guns and the railroading of George Zimmerman”) at a forum held at the Platte County Resource Center in Kansas City, Missouri and televised on C-Span’s “Book TV”.
The entire discussion is about 1 hr and 15 minutes long. He opens up the discussion of his book about the Trayvon Martin shooting by laying down the foundation for the Progressive/Communist Agitprop history of politicizing non-political criminal cases for the advancement of the Socialist agenda, starting with the Sacco/Vanzetti case in the 1920’s. It is a worthwhile listen for those who don’t have a full appreciation that the techniques used by the Progressives in the Trayvon Martin drama were from an old, old playbook.

“Agit Prop … it worked, then, it works now … When did the worm turn …. the liberal self-image, when did that stop being true?…
…When did it become okay to accuse an innocent man to advance the narrative?… It is another thing all together to plead for the guilt of an innocent man…
…The search for the Great White Defendant hasn’t gone away….”
