U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder walks through black community business in Ferguson Missouri today.   During one visit he encounters Captain Ron Johnson who has been placed in charge of all Ferguson law enforcement activity.
Upon meeting Captain Johnson, Attorney General Holder states:  “You are the man”.

A seemingly innocuous and informal accolade amid two ideological travelers.   Both Holder and Johnson have criticized the police department in Ferguson.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have apologized to Mike Brown’s family for the shooting death of their son.   Both Eric Holder and Ron Johnson have stated Mike Brown “did not deserve to die”.   So the greeting of brothers in ideological arms is no surprise. WASHINGTON DC – Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. left Washington early Wednesday for a day of meetings in Ferguson, Mo., as the highest-ranking Obama administration official to visit the tension-filled community where nightly protests have led to dozens of arrests. […]

The administration has been working behind the scenes to assure leading civil rights groups that it is determined to see justice achieved as Obama — who has been criticized by some African American leaders for not visiting Ferguson himself — seeks to preserve his support in the black community with his handling of the racially charged case.
Holder and senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett briefed 1,000 African American leaders, community organizers and civil rights groups in private conference calls this week, White House aides said. The strategy was aimed at enlisting the groups to “help keep the situation calm and focused,” said a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe the conversations. A local Saint Louis radio station is reporting that Dorian Johnson has recanted his prior media espousals and now asserts that he and Mike Brown did indeed engage in a physical confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson.  As a consequence the same Radio Station is asserting the local prosecutor essentially advises it’s doubtful charges would be filed.   The Radio Station report is screen capped below:

While this report is difficult to vet it does align with recently leaked information about Officer Wilson sustaining significant injury as a result of a felonious assault by Mike Brown during the initial encounter.  Additionally we know the Grand Jury is scheduled for tomorrow.   We also just found out the Missouri AG is on site tonight and tomorrow. IRAQ – A new video posted online Tuesday purportedly shows Islamic State militants beheading an American journalist.
The nearly five minute video, titled “A Message to America,” depicts a man believed to be missing photojournalist James Foley being beheaded by a militant.

The video opens with a message from the Islamic State, attacking President Barack Obama for recently directing airstrikes against the terror group.
“Obama authorizes military operations against the Islamic State effectively placing America upon a slippery slope towards a new war front against Muslims,” the video said.
Then the shot pans over to Foley, who speaks into the camera.
“I call on my friends, family and loved ones to rise up against my real killers: the U.S. government,” Foley said in the video. (more…)

The Brown Family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks are now claiming Mike Brown was “executed” by Officer Wilson to CNN:

(Via CNN)  We are getting a new description of the shooting of Michael Brown from a woman calling herself “Josie” and claiming to be a friend of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. She describes Brown pushing officer Darren Wilson and punching him in the face. That contradicts the account given by Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him at the time and witnessed the shooting.

Attorney Benjamin Crump is representing the Brown family. He spoke to Anderson and described the shooting as an execution.  (link)

To support their “execution” claim, they are pointing to “their autopsy” given to the New York Times.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, a Grand Jury is scheduled in Ferguson Missouri.   The goal is to sort through the evidence and determine if Police Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
Based on what is currently known, and understanding the way the Brown family attorney’s roll, we can assemble a general construct of what’s possible over the next 48 hours.
A grand jury is NOT in the best interests of Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and the Brown family, in their efforts toward financial justice.
The scheme team are notorious for removing risky influences they do not control in favor of constructs directly in the control of their team and like-minded cohorts.
That’s why in their previous exploits, like the Trayvon Martin case, the Scheme Team worked around the risk of grand juries and leveraged politicians for special prosecutors.
However, one of the key aspects to remember is the decision makers already know all of the evidence.   They have the ballistics evidence, the original medical autopsy, witness statements and the statement of officer Wilson himself.   In addition all of the federal investigative material is already assembled and summarized. Here is a subtle difference between 2012 and 2014 – In the weeks after the Trayvon shooting there was zero, zippo, zylch reporting of any alternative narrative except the chosen Scheme Team claims.   However, for the first time in the Mike Brown shooting, today we see some of the visible sunlight perhaps beginning to penetrate the legacy media.

Perhaps, just perhaps, our efforts at getting the truthful message into the mainstream is having some kind of positive effect. Indeed the evidence we have shared over the weekend was witnessed by tens of millions of people, and picked up on numerous MSM outlets. Could it be possible ?

Right on cue Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks drag Lesley McSpadden, the mother of Mike Brown, in front of GMA to outline the next request/step in the scheme. In 2012 Benjamin Crump described getting the arrest as “getting to second base”.
Second base is the arrest. “All we want is an arrest”. You can hear it at the 4:15 point of the video.   Now that everyone in Ferguson Missouri is riled up they need to get to second base – quickly before anything happens that would deflate the momentum.   (@4:15)

Moving forward, in order to get to second base they will use a very specific logic – it goes like this:

“All we want is an arrest, let officer Wilson have his day in court and explain why he murdered our son – is it too much to ask for him to be held accountable to a judge and jury and have to explain his actions? All we want is an arrest so we can see justice”.

Sounds reasonable and sympathetic to most, that’s why it’s set up like that.   Once they get to Second Base (The Arrest) a financial hurdle will have been removed, as the arrest will suffice for probable cause of a wrongful death claim. (more…)
