By now you might have noticed that Texas Governor Rick Perry endorsed Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell in his re-election bid.   You might have also heard his endorsement was during the Kentucky Lincoln/Reagan Dinner.   But did you hear that McConnells opponent, Matt Bevin, was also present and NOT allowed to speak ?
Such is the state of the Establishment Republicans, the “Decepticons”, fear.   You think the BIG R’s speak for freedom – they don’t.

Back in the summer of 2011 as the 2012 candidates were aligning/positioning for a potential run, a meeting was held in Colorado with the Koch Brothers et al, the Decepticons,  the Big Money Donors and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce folk including Tom Donohue.
Governor Rick Perry was the group’s hand selected man of choice.  His presence was unpublicized and somewhat mysterious.   In his home state there were questioning reports of his whereabouts.   That was 2011.
Fast forward to 2014 and it is any surprise the Decepticons and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce / Tom Donohue would not leverage ‘their man’ to assist their agenda ?   Actually, it shows just how desperate they are to retain power.   They wouldn’t even permit Matt Bevin to speak at the dinner.   THINK ABOUT IT.
Is that FREEDOM, or FEAR ?

The U.S. Big Business Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue is on record with full support for Obamacare and Amnesty (comprehensive immigration reform).   Now he and the likeminded K-Street Lobbyists are presenting a third issue which runs in opposition to the will of the people, Common Core education. 
I fail to see how people like Ann Coulter et al can marginalize the Tea Party and support the likes of Mitch McConnell, when it is an absolute fact the CoC simultaneously supports McConnell and issues which are diametrically opposite to conservative principles.
Why can’t people see through this Big R smokescreen ?   ObamaCare, Amnesty and Common Core education standards are supported by the same people who support the likes of Mitch McConnell.   These are facts.

Today we think of Sharon as she attends to final services for her beloved husband and closes a link within the chain of life.

You see, it’s rare when we are able to witness a link close within the chain of our life.  Usually we can only see the individual links in hindsight.
We hear a familiar song, or stumble onto a reminder, and we recognize all that existed within that memory has changed completely.  Perhaps we live in a different place; perhaps we hold a different job;  perhaps we are surrounded by entirely different people than those who exist within the stirred memory, within the previous link.  We can see them clearly in hindsight, but never actually see the closing as they are forged.
It’s profoundly rare to be cognizant of the moment the link closes and a new link begins.  It is more rare, still, to participate in the closing.

The Mail on Sunday has learned that Captain  Zaharie Ahmad Shah was an ‘obsessive’ supporter of Malaysia’s opposition leader,  Anwar Ibrahim. And hours before the doomed flight left Kuala Lumpur it is  understood 53-year-old Shah attended a controversial trial in which Ibrahim was  jailed for five years.
Campaigners say the politician, the key  challenger to Malaysia’s ruling party, was the victim of a long-running smear  campaign and had faced trumped-up charges. (more…)

This is an example where the espoused ideology (tolerance) of progressives run exactly counter to their intolerant action.   [*note* – Asheville N.C. is a liberal island in a generally conservative geography]   

Progs love to use the weapon of “bullying” to advance their social constructs especially around sexual orientation.  Gay becomes hip/cool and is warmly trumpeted in almost every school district.   Around the forced social engineering ‘race’ is another favorite for them to play with, and you’ll find numerous examples of teenage girls being told to “kiss a black boy to prove you are not racist”.    It’s a social meme advanced in the school systems that have evolved to become indoctrination camps. 
But look at how they approach a ‘straight kid’ who just happens to like My Little Pony.  Would they ask a girl student to leave her lunchbox at home?  Of course not.  Such is the pretzellian logic of the progs.  They’ll tell YOU when equality is permissible.

Grayson Bruce is a big fan of “My Little Pony,” a cartoon that emphasizes to children that “friendship is magic.” But his interest has caused the 9-year-old to be bullied at school; his classmates say his favorite toy is for girls.
“They’re taking it a little too far, with punching me, pushing me down, calling me horrible names, stuff that really shouldn’t happen,” Bruce told WLOS News13, an ABC affiliate in Asheville, N.C. “Most of the characters in the show are girls, and most of the people put it toward girls, most of the toys are girlie.” (more…)

NEW HAMPSHIRE – A GOP source familiar with his plans confirmed to The Hill that Brown is  launching the committee. The  Associated Press first reported the news via Twitter, and said the committee  news could come as “early as tomorrow.”
Brown is seen by Republicans as the strongest possible candidate against  Shaheen, whom they believe to be vulnerable because of frustration with  ObamaCare in New Hampshire.
He moved to New Hampshire late last year and has been campaigning and  fundraising for local GOP candidates and the state party for the past six months  or so — all steps that only fueled speculation over his plans. (more…)

Ted Cruz is a real threat to the Fabian progressives:  educated, cultured and able to effortless pierce their shibboleths without hesitation, he is a prime target for their ongoing campaign to “isolate, marginalize and ridicule” their opposition, instead of engaging on the facts.
The following AP filed story is a classic example of how the mainstream media manipulates language and facts to advance a position in keeping with their ideological view – in this case, that all pro-life supporters are unhinged, when in fact, it was the “pro-abortion” activists who conducted themselves in an extremist and deliberately provocative fashion.  The AP led their story by implying that Senator Cruz had called pro-abortionists “Satan Worshippers”, when he stated that they were chanting “Hail Satan” at pro-life activists.

(Via Orlando Sentinel – “Rene”)  The parents of George Zimmerman have sued comedienne Roseanne Barr, saying they fled their Lake Mary home in the middle of the night and have been unable to return because she posted their address on Twitter two years ago.
Robert Zimmerman Sr. and Gladys Zimmerman filed suit Monday in state circuit court, accusing Barr of trying to incite “a lynch mob to descend” and carry out “vigilante justice.”
According to the suit, Barr published their address on Twitter March 29, 2012, a month after their son George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager in Sanford, but before he was arrested. (more…)

(Via Breitbart ) Oleg Atbashian, a Florida resident and conservative activist who now runs the political parody site “The People’s Cube”, worked as a propaganda agitprop artist for the former Soviet Union, when he was a young adult working in his native Ukraine.
Now that he’s watching the debate unfold about Russia invading his native land, he said he can see the Russian rumor influence operation is making its way into western media the way it did during the Cold War.
He has noticed, for example, the Russian narrative about the Ukranian opposition movement as “Nazis” and “Fascists” appears to be finding itself in Western outlets and American blogs.
“The Pro-Russian propaganda is still being spread. This time, it’s not leftists. It has nothing to do with Communism. It has nothing to do with anti-war sentiment. It has everything to do with Russian national interest and Russian nationalism and Russian dominance in the region. The same people the same town the same figures are being used to plant this information,” Atbashian, comparing it to the Tea Party being maligned as racists in the U.S.
