Kentucky Senator Rand Paul confronted wildly political Health and Human Service Secretary Xavier Becerra during a Senate Health Committee hearing on Thursday.

Senator Paul took exception to the hubris, arrogance and verbal attacks on the American electorate by HHS Secretary Becerra, and provided him an opportunity to apologize for his characterizations.  The fact that those behind Joe Biden installed Becerra as HHS secretary was a key indicator they always intended to weaponize the fear of COVID-19.

Becerra is a far-left communist traveler in the mold of those who shaped Barack Obama.  As an outcome of his ideology, Becerra’s job is to weaponize the weight of the healthcare system to attain political objectives.  It is good to see a high visibility senator confront that reality.  WATCH:

I’m not exactly sure how this would work on a mandate from the governor without legislative approval.  Prior required vaccinations are outlined by legislation.  Newsom did not announce a legislative intent, but rather a unilateral decree.   The teacher’s union controls the leftist political direction in California, so it would appear Newsom is bowing to the demands of the union.

CALIFORNIA – Under the mandate, the COVID-19 vaccine will be added to the list of other compulsory vaccinations required for schooling such as vaccinations against measles, mumps and rubella. Newsom said that parents can claim religious and medical exemptions.

The new mandate will be phased in through two phases: One for children grades seven through 12, and another for kindergarten through sixth grade. The requirement takes effect once the Food and Drug Administration grants full approval for specific age groups, the governor’s office said. The office estimates that children grades seven through 12 will have to be vaccinated by July 2022, while the kindergarten through sixth grade timeline is more nebulous as the FDA has yet to issue even an emergency use authorization for the vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

Yesterday, Florida’s Governor asked if the U.S. needed to reconsider diplomatic relations with Australia over the brutal police state that has taken over several states in the nation.  Today, Fox News Host Tucker Carlson outlined some of the details of the police state that has taken over Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.  WATCH:

This is just getting beyond ridiculous now.   Ochsner Health [Website Here] is a healthcare provider/system that delivers healthcare services to the people of Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf South.  Ochsner Health is now requiring the spouses or domestic partners of all employees be vaccinated, or the employee will pay a $100 per pay period penalty.  (Source Link)

Hopefully some employee of Ochsner Health will file a lawsuit fast.  The basis for the lawsuit could likely be framed around punitive employee punishment based on “marital status”, a clear violation of existing civil rights law.   Why stop at spouses?  Why not kids or other dependents?  What about all other vaccines before COVID?  Why now?

By current federal and most state statutes, no employer is legally permitted to discriminate against any employee based on marital status.  A penalty against a spouse for non compliance with an employer vaccine mandate is a punitive action only against married persons.  Find a court that will look at this as a violation of the discrimination clause, because it only targets married employees.  Let’s see what happens.

The Police in/around Melbourne Australia (State of Victoria) are becoming very uncomfortable that people are recording their beatings and brutality and posting them on social media.  In an effort to stop media reporting on the continued police actions, law enforcement is now attempting to block media from being present.

Neil Oliver gives a well considered perspective of how millions of people within each nation’s population are prone to being psychologically manipulated by fear.  As a consequence, there is a general outlook of anxiety amid those ordinary people who are not internally strong, psychologically independent, or carrying a strong stable mind.

Good discussion.  Many good points made about how multinational corporations and Big Tech are merged ideologically with government to create one big mess of anxious and panicked people.

Google has made a big move today to block any public discussion of vaccines, side-effects or efficacy.  Within an announcement on YouTube [LINK HERE], the Google subsidiary has changed its policy and will now block any content that is critical of vaccines.

Only correct thoughts and approved speech, from the global government perspective, will be permitted on the YouTube platform.

“Specifically, content that falsely alleges that approved vaccines are dangerous and cause chronic health effects, claims that vaccines do not reduce transmission or contraction of disease, or contains misinformation on the substances contained in vaccines will be removed. This would include content that falsely says that approved vaccines cause autism, cancer or infertility, or that substances in vaccines can track those who receive them. Our policies not only cover specific routine immunizations like for measles or Hepatitis B, but also apply to general statements about vaccines.”

Anyone who has watched events unfold in Victoria (Melbourne), or New South Wales (Sydney) in Australia, will admit no other westernized nation on earth has responded to COVID-19 with such extreme brutality by government toward their citizens.  The view of Australia as a place of respect for minority rights, expressions of liberty, and the principle of inherent freedom has been destroyed.

Looking from the outside, Australia is now viewed as a totalitarian dictatorship more akin to North Korea than the U.K.

No democratic nation on earth has become more draconian and totalitarian in their effort to control their citizens than Australia.   Quarantine camps, international and inter-state travel bans, harsh lock-downs and proximity limits, physical checkpoints operated by police and military, and brutal police tactics where violence is frequently used against their own citizens.  The entire landscape of democracy in Australia has slowly been destroyed in the past 18 months, and it is only getting worse.

Australian citizens are now forced to have their physical location monitored through electronic passports and check-in points where a central government database can watch where people are.  Additionally, all six states have now announced that only vaccinated people will be permitted to engage in society when/if they ever make the decision to open their economy.

Yesterday, a major U.S. politician finally had the nerve to address the issue.  Speaking at the International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference in Tampa, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis warned that Australia has gone too far when it comes to restricting freedoms, as it battles an outbreak of the highly contagious Delta variant.

Governor DeSantis called out the brutality of Australia and questioned if the United States should reassess our diplomatic relationship with the regime down-under, if we are to now accept Australia as more ideologically aligned with the communist Chinese system instead of the principles of freedom and individual liberty. Nancy Pelosi and the House Democrats are attempting to change the OSHA fines within the section of labor law that applies directly to the mandatory COVID vaccine.  The scale of the fines is massive against any business that does not comply with the anticipated OSHA rule which is yet unannounced; and they are attempting to slip the OSHA change into the massive $3.5 trillion infrastructure bill.

If this OSHA change becomes law, the Biden administration will force American businesses to choose between vaccinating their employees, testing them weekly for Covid-19, or going bankrupt under crippling OSHA fines.

(Forbes) […] Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House quietly tucked an enforcement mechanism into their $3.5 trillion “reconciliation” bill, passed it out of the Budget Committee, and sent it to the House floor.

Buried on page 168 of the House Democrats’ 2,465-page mega bill is a tenfold increase in fines for employers that “willfully,” “repeatedly,” or even seriously violate a section of labor law that deals with hazards, death, or serious physical harm to their employees.

The increased fines on employers could run as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for willful or repeated violations—almost three-quarters of a million dollars for each fine. If enacted into law, vax enforcement could bankrupt non-compliant companies even more quickly than the $14,000 OSHA fine anticipated under Biden’s announced mandate.  (read more for details)
