We know from our own independent research that Jeffrey Williams was in a fight in front of the police station (link). We have also discovered there was only 27 seconds from the time his red Pontiac Grand Am drove up to the moment shots rang out (link).

However, this latest revelation included in the Williams search warrant eliminates even the slightest possibility of innocence.

Jeffrey Williams told a confidential police source about the shooting.

The police then wired the source with a microphone and hidden camera for a conversation with Jeffrey Williams.

Williams admitted the shooting and gave specific details of the entire event on audio and video.

This recorded admission led to a search warrant. The search warrant yielded the weapon used and other evidence. The details of the sting are on pages 3, 4, and 5 of the search warrant.

Oh, they’ll try to find some PC touchy-feely way to save face, but the reality it their business model was moments away from financial implosion. This comes as a surprise decision to, well, no-one. The reversal is effective “immediately”.

(AP) – According to a recently released internal memo, Starbucks baristas will no longer write “Race Together” on customers’ cups starting Sunday.

Starbucks spokesman Jim Olson says the campaign to create discussion on diversity and racial inequality will continue without the handwritten messages, which are phasing out as originally planned.

The memo from CEO Howard Schultz says the cups were always “just the catalyst” for a broader conversation and the company will still hold forum discussions, co-produce special sections in USA TODAY and put more stores in minority communities as part of the Race Together initiative. (more…)

You know the Starbucks brand image consultants are either: rushing, or full-on moonbat stupid – when they hashtag name their cause “#Racetogether”.

This is, after all, a Social Justice Obama-era of social “ism’s” replete with little check boxes for you to mark your “privilege”, and views on “sexism” – and so forth.

Gender social issues have been advanced (by 3% of the population) to a status of priority just below the top tier, just below race, when the moonbats howl.  Remember also, from the brain of the campus rape culture narrative flag bearers – this is a big effen’ deal. It has been said by those on the left that ridicule is a potent political weapon.

If that be a true intention or motive -and if that were the desire of the opposite political forces- the behavior of the U-VA students today could only be called ‘teeing themselves up’ for it.

Even the Washington Post, not exactly a right-minded media outlet, has trouble not injecting a pointed amount of ridicule (via humor) into their outline of today’s events.

The WaPo outlines a U-VA session today where students were invited to question local and state law enforcement about the arrest of Martese Johnson.

Don’t laugh too loud when you look at the poster of the students walking into the meeting and realize they must be psychic or something:

The race-baiting media was giddy yesterday at the thought a Mississippi man found hanged near his home might have been a racially motivated lynching.

Hours of punditry were quickly dispatched through the airwaves to advocate toward a possible narrative.

Within the construct of this “media report” out of Philadelphia a discerning person will note how it was quickly called “a robbery”, yet there is nothing factually -within the noted behavior- to suggest it was a robbery at all.

According to the initial report the victim cried out “Please don’t shoot me. Please Don’t shoot me”. And then the three “teens” shot him dead. It appears, perhaps out of discomfort, law enforcement and the media are assigning a motive of “robbery” merely because the arrested suspects claimed such a motive upon capture. 

Or did they?  Their described actions did not indicate the same intentions. You decide:

OVERBROOK Philadelphia (WPVI) — Police have announced charges against two 15-year-old boys in the murder of James Stuhlman, who was shot and killed while walking his dog in Philadelphia’s Overbrook section last week.

One of those boys remains at large, and is considered by police to be armed and dangerous. Police say they have in custody 15-year-old Brandon Smith. He has been charged with murder, robbery and related charges.

A warrant has been issued for 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton – the alleged gunman. Hamilton is also charged with murder, robbery, and related offenses. Lesser charges are expected to be filed against a third boy, who is 14-years-old. (more…)

It’s official Day #2.  CNN has decided there is enough activity in the #Hashtag social justice movement for Martese Johnson; they are now entering the preliminary stages of broadcast narrative advancement.

Here’s the general tone from the Associated Press – Note the: “if we don’t get it shut it down” chant – which is the original chant created by Anthony Shahid, the primary Ferguson agitator.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Students at the University of Virginia are demanding justice for a student who was injured during an arrest and appears in a photo with a bloody face as he is being held down by an officer.

About 1,000 students showed up — more than expected, so the rally for Martese Johnson was moved several times, finally ending up at an outdoor amphitheater.

Many chanted: “If we don’t get it, shut it down!”
