Again, there are multiple dynamics unfolding inside this story. However, as to the central component of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy complaining about hampered access to Starlink and/or Starshield, Secretary of State Marco Rubio sets the record straight.
Ukraine has never had access to the U.S. military version of Starshield; providing that level of guidance access would be akin to the United States being in direct conflict with Russia using a proprietary U.S. military system. This is not our circus and not our war; there is no need for U.S. military conflict with Russia.
Because Ukraine does not have that access, it is now revealed that Zelenskyy has been using Starlink, a commercially available satellite system – but that system is not permitted by SpaceX to be used for military efforts. This is almost certainly where the relationship between Elon Musk and former Ukraine Defense Minister Michael Fedorov comes into play. Fedorov is no longer in the Ukraine govt. WATCH:
Rubio notes that Zelenskyy’s claims against the White House are nonsense. The White House has not interfered or instructed the military about the use of Starshield because Ukraine has never had Starshield to use. If Ukraine has been violating the terms of service by weaponizing Starlink (they have) then the commercial provider can act independently to block or stop that access. [Full Transcript Below]
In the background of this storyline, we should always remember that about a month ago Russia finalized their own upgraded satellite system that covers Russia and eastern Europe. It is widely suspected the increased accuracy of Russian targeting inside Ukraine is specifically because of their own enhanced capabilities, which now highlights the vulnerability of Ukraine if they do not have weaponize their Starlink access and the new desperation therein.
Bottom line, Secretary of State Marco Rubio continues to highlight his mastery of cutting through the nonsense and staying focused on the priorities of the administration with messaging that cuts through the media chafe. Rubio excels in this role far beyond prior expectations. Very impressive.
On the topic of his travel to the “stans”, watch carefully. This is connected to the overall Russia/Central Asia agenda.
Transcript Below:
SECRETARY RUBIO: What’s going on?
QUESTION: Nice and chilly, right?
SECRETARY RUBIO: It’s all right.
QUESTION: With everything going on in the world and with crisis all over, why are you choosing now, at this time, to go to Uzbekistan?
SECRETARY RUBIO: Well, it’s the time of year that worked for those leaders. It’s not just Uzbekistan, it’s the other four countries from Central Asia. This is an important relationship. I mean, one of the things that suffers is the strategic business. You’re always visiting someplace where there’s a crisis or there’s a problem or there’s a – you’re going because there’s a conference. But there’s countries you’d like to get to because we want to build our relationships with them. And so that’s what we did a couple weeks ago when we went to Greece and other places like that, and earlier, a few weeks earlier than that, we went to Latin America, and now to Central Asia. So – and the chance to see – it was the date that worked to get all five of the leaders together, all five of the foreign ministers from the five countries.
QUESTION: On Starshield, what’s going on? Because Elon Musk said it’s up to the President.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Well, Starshield or Starlink?
QUESTION: Well, just both.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah, I know, it’s confusing. So Starlink is a commercial product, okay? And so they – it’s regulated and handled as a commercial product. Starshield is a defense product, a military product. And as I said, I mean, that is something that we have a military – the United States military uses. It’s not at this moment available to Ukraine, and that’s under conversation. It’s under discussion right now of how they would want to use it.
QUESTION: No, but did the U.S. – did the U.S. have anything to do with it not working in Ukraine? Zelenskyy said it was deliberate.
SECRETARY RUBIO: No. Well, I don’t know what Zelenskyy said. I’m not sure Zelenskyy knows what he’s talking about, but it wasn’t deliberate. We have nothing to do with that. I don’t – the United States, nobody ordered that Starlink speed to be slowed down. It sort of happened, but my understanding is it’s been restored. It’s back to where it was before. That’s Starlink, though. They were using Starlink for their drones.
QUESTION: Has Starshield been restored?
SECRETARY RUBIO: Starshield is a totally different product. Starshield is –
QUESTION: I know, but is it –
SECRETARY RUBIO: No, no, Starshield is a contract with the U.S. military. It has nothing to do with Ukraine. I know Ukraine wants access to Starshield. They do not have Starshield now. They’ve asked for access to it in order to conduct deep strikes inside of Russia. They do not have access to it at this moment. Those are two different products.
QUESTION: But you have to have a theory as to why, obviously, Ukraine has reported disruptions.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah, I don’t know what their theory is, but nothing to do with the White House. I saw a report on that the other day. It’s just categorically false. No one at the White House ordered anyone to slow down internet or slow down speed so that certain drones couldn’t use it. But my understanding is it’s back up and running. That’s what I read – that’s what we heard two days ago.
QUESTION: Sir, on the sanctions waivers on Russia. Senator Ted Cruz today called it a big mistake that only serves to benefit Putin. I’m wondering what your response is to that.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Well, there are other countries – the problem is these sanctions were not just sanctions on Russia. They include tariffs on a number of countries – India, for example, and others. And so I think the President wants to take the 60-day period of time to sort of analyze what imposing both sanctions and tariffs will mean to the global economy and even to the U.S. economy. I think when the bill was passed, one of the reasons the waivers were put in there is understanding that they would need some period of time to study this, given all the different things that are going on in the world right now, including the pressure on global energy supplies that are happening not just because of Iran, not just because of the Straits of Hormuz, but increasingly because of the Houthis attacking Saudi Arabia and because of the war with Ukraine and Russia, where energy infrastructure is being hit. And so that’s having an impact on global prices as well.
So, I think you have to take all of that into account and weigh it against each other. And then you’ve got countries like India, for example, that have voluntarily diversified their energy portfolio but are still getting a substantial amount of energy from Russia because it’s hard to pivot from one day to the next, but they’re also an important ally and partner of the United States. So, the President – we need that period of time to sort of study all this and figure out what the right combination is.
QUESTION: Between this waiver and the diesel deal, I mean, there’s a criticism that you’re basically giving Putin something for nothing, we’re giving Putin these freebies. What’s your response?
SECRETARY RUBIO: Well, that diesel was going to be sold one way or the other. I mean, the diesel that Putin is going to sell, they would make it available to the global market one way or the other. The only difference is how much of it the United States was going to get. So – but this is not unprecedented. If you recall a few months ago, we also did a 60-day waiver on Russian oil when Hormuz was being challenged.
So yeah, these conflicts around the world are starting to crash into each other, and they’re having an impact not just on global oil and diesel prices, but on economics. And I mean, the United States, we’re paying higher prices than we all want to be paying, but you look at some of these other countries around the world, they’re near crisis mode. So, all of these things have to be managed delicately and worked with because they’re all – they’re all coming together now. It’s not just the Strait of Hormuz anymore. It’s what’s happening with Saudi Arabia and the uncertainty that that’s creating. It’s also what’s happening between Russia and Ukraine and the constraints that’s putting on global energy supplies.
QUESTION: I’d like to ask you about violence in the West Bank. My colleague, Heidi Levine, was attacked there yesterday.
SECRETARY RUBIO: I saw that. We’re all – we’re very disturbed by those images and what we’re seeing. We’ve asked the Israelis and continue to ask them to crack down on that stuff. That – the President’s been very clear. He’s said this repeatedly. He does not want to see friction or anything, a crisis, going on in the West Bank. Now, I understand that these are groups that are out there doing it, and the President has been repeatedly clear when he’s said that he doesn’t want to see that. He doesn’t want to see a new spark.
But we saw the reports about what happened yesterday. I don’t have all the details. I only go off media reports. I know we’ve inquired with the embassy, are supposed to get a cable back later today or tomorrow indicating exactly what they know about it. But from what I understand about media reports, it didn’t look good. It was an American reporter; there was a photo of a journalist who was caught behind where some of these groups came in and was beaten. There’s video of that. So look, the whole thing was just disturbing and didn’t – not a good look.
QUESTION: Mr. Secretary, the President, one of the first decisions he took was to lift sanctions against the settlers.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah, I understand, but he doesn’t want to see what’s happening now.
QUESTION: No, that’s not –
SECRETARY RUBIO: Lifting sanctions, which he did earlier in the day, does not mean he’s a supporter of what he’s seeing now on television, what he’s reading about. We’d like to get all the facts and learn a little bit more about it, but that – look, that’s one instance, and it happened to involve a photojournalist. But there are other instances we’ve had complaints about. Now it’s this olive harvest season, and so traditionally that’s always been a time in which a lot of people come into those areas. So, we’ve been watching that closely. We know that’s an issue there, that’s potentially an issue in Lebanon as well. Okay?
QUESTION: Do you agree with the UK assessment, the intel assessment that Russia and Iran may be increasing hybrid attacks over the next few months?
SECRETARY RUBIO: But which assessment are you talking about?
QUESTION: The – both NATO and UK have indicated –
SECRETARY RUBIO: Oh, NATO.
QUESTION: Have indicated that in –
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah, but those are two separate things. So in the case of – you’re asking about Russian hybrid attacks. Yeah, we’ve always been concerned that the war in Ukraine can metastasize into other parts of Europe and other parts of the world, whether it be sabotage operations or the like. We’ve always been concerned that that’s one of the risks of a stalemated conflict, is escalation, and escalation can take the form of irregular attacks or irregular events. So that’s something I raised a couple weeks ago and we’re watching that closely.
I think with Iran and UK, what the UK has said is that the Iranians were behind the plot to attack the air base. And obviously we have no reason to disagree with the assessment factually. In fact, we agree with it.
So, all right? It’s cold, guys.
QUESTION: On the case regarding my colleague, what’s –
SECRETARY RUBIO: Did you guys see my Gators today take down Texas on the road?
Go ahead.
QUESTION: The case regarding my colleague who was attacked in the West Bank, what steps will you take to ensure that there’s a proper investigation of this incident?
SECRETARY RUBIO: Well, we want to learn all the facts about it first. Obviously, we’ve seen the video, and we’ve seen the media reporting about it. We have a process to handle these sorts of things. And if, in fact, it turns out to be what it appears it was, then we have ways of communicating that to the Israelis about how we expect – that we would expect them to prevent that from happening in the future. And it’s – again, the President doesn’t want to see a crisis in the West Bank. We don’t need that right now. Israel doesn’t need that right now.
QUESTION: Can I ask briefly on Eritrea-Ethiopia?
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah.
QUESTION: How high-risk is the chance of war between them? And do you feel like it was a mistake to lift some of those Ethiopia-related sanctions right before violence flared up?
SECRETARY RUBIO: No, I don’t think those – I don’t – no, I don’t think the sanctions lifting – these were very small sanctions, and they don’t really have anything to do with what’s happening over there. You have these separatists that were attacking inside of Ethiopia. You had an Ethiopian response to it. You see troops surging on both sides of the border as a result of that. And anytime you see troops on both sides of the border in a place like that, you’re always worried that that can turn into a broader conflict.
So, we don’t have the closest relationship with Eritrea, obviously, over the years, although we’ve had communication with them – more than usual – in the past few months. Our hope was that by lifting some of these sanctions, we can increase those links because it’s hard to serve the role of mediator and peacemaker unless you can talk to both sides.
Obviously, the Ethiopian side we talk to a lot more, and I spoke to them this week personally, a few days ago, and just reiterated how important it was – like, we understand the challenge you’re facing from these separatists, and obviously no one is supportive of terrorism and the terrorist attacks that came against them – drone attacks against their own capital – but we also think we – it’s a time to sort of be wise and measured in how you respond to that and make sure it doesn’t turn into a broader war which could ultimately pull in other countries. The last thing the world needs right now is another war.
Okay? Thank you, guys.

“Very impressive.”
Had to laugh at this,
“SECRETARY RUBIO: Did you guys see my Gators today take down Texas on the road?”
DJH, that aside is an example to show how grounded he is in everyday living. His hat was a nice touch, too.
Actually I think it is a learned political pause.
You can interrupt the MEDIA when you ask something like that.
Ronald Reagan was expert at the tactic.
Trump seems not to have learned it, but of course he never needed the tactic when building golf courses or hotels.
…while wearing his Gators hat.
loved it!
Yep, it’s tough being a Gator fan, you never know what team will show up on any given day.
Will be interesting if they make Miami #1.
So proud! of him/our President.
Smart and very effective …
Me too. And I’m a Longhorn fan…..congrats Gators.
What would be impressive is, if Rubio found a way to end the Russian Ukraine war. Stupid war. Hundreds of thousands of dead soldiers lives wasted, families ruined, lives destroyed. That feat would be “very impressive” to me. Who is closer, who has better connections, who has the ear of foreign leaders, who has power in US government?
Why is Rubio impressive? He speaks. So what.
Sec Rubio is not just a mouthpiece if that’s what you’re trying to impart. The man has proven himself as a very worthy SOS and NSA,,, of which only another SOS,,, Sec Kissinger held both positions in the past. That is to say,, it’s not an easy task to take and wear both hats at once.
Sec Rubio has shown a firm grasp of the world’s crisis’ and what our President has to say about them and where he (the President) wants the US to be in relation to those crisis. The world is in crisis mode right now. You have to hand it to Sec. Rubio, maybe you heard him mention it’s olive harvesting time in the West Bank right now as well as in Lebanon. Who knows that tidbit of nothingness, unless your Sec. Rubio polished and moving US foreign policy forward! 🤷🏼♂️😎🎯
For what’s happening in the world these days, you really couldn’t find a better SOS and NSA. IMHO
What’s impressive is that he’s trying, unlike others. Now, if you were to try to understand that, that, too, would be impressive.
Zelenskyy is Lying About (insert here)….
zAlinsky lying!
I’m shocked.
Alinsky = Satan’s minion.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy = Le Gobelin Vert
Yes. He and the kenyan & hildebeast quickly spring to mind.
😱
Absolutely! his mouth was moving…
Same liar today as he was yesterday.
(Everything). That’s what coke heads do. He’s a world-class grifter and druggie who somehow managed to con the nation into giving him the “keys” to the nation, which he promptly drove off a cliff. That said, he was majorly assisted in his mission of destruction and self-enrichment by unnamed entities located here!
Actually, the USA conned the nation into “electing” this buffoon.
We have Victoria “Cookie Monster” Nuland and other operatives like Samantha “bewitched” Power to thank for that debacle – of course, all orchestrated by the handlers for ole “Jug Ears” himself, the traitor that would make Benedict Arnold look like a superhero.
If his lips are moving …….
The reporters showing their utter stupidity .
Good thing Rubio made it clear for everyone that listened.
Yes, and they hear only what their filters let through and the commentary is spread by their media outlets to confuse the world. Thank GOD for Rubio and for Sundance drawing a BIG YELLOW LINE under these facts.
I’m watching the Sunday shows to see how much gets through, but I’ll suppose it’s not much.
Now, if the media will only confront Zelensky and ask him who is informing him about Starshield and Sec.y. Rubio’s clarification.
Ditto
But nobody in that little group of media hyenas was listening.
They are automatons with a pre-programmed set of questions and assumptions.
They do not listen to or process new information out in the field. They can only be re-programmed “back in the shop” based on whatever ideological considerations arise with their Communist-Globalist programmers.
Sundance explained it better than Marco.
Sundance gave an excellent explanation.
So did Secretary Rubio.
(sigh)
Fair enough. One was speaking off the cuff, one was written at leisure.
You say that as if Sundance has leisure.
Maybe Marco read it here yesterday…
Good thing Rubio made it REPEATEDLY clear for everyone that listened.
Unbelievable that he explained it once and the “journalist’s” next quest indicated he didn’t grasp the explanation so Rubio had to explain it again. These ‘journalists’ aren’t the least bit interested in understanding the topics at hand; hence, the repeated stupidity of their questions.
I don’t even think it’s worthwhile to get a new press secretary. Don’t bother. That would shut down the WH press meetings. They serve no purpose other that being the basis of more fake news. Rubio, and 47, handle the gaggles just fine.
Agree 100%! The “journalists” are busy trying to fabricate a spin rather than listening, that’s why they don’t get it & have to keep asking. Repeating it does drive it home for those of us who are listening though.
Also agree 100% with your take on the press secretary position, although I did enjoy Leavitt.
Agree with all you say, including Leavitt. I did not listen to her replacement, so this isn’t a critcism of her, but given she only lasted a weak, I think it is good timing to basically retire the positiion after Leavitt. It also emphasizes that banning CNN and the likes of such reporters has consequences beyond just CNN. The good reporters can be contacted for “scoops”.
https://www.zerohedge.com/political/susie-wiles-reportedly-orchestrated-zacharias-firing-hannity-hit
Susie Wiles is being mentioned as the one who set up an interview with Hannity.
If you watch the interview, Hannity did not go easy, and it seemed that Zacharia thought this would be a puff interview.
It was not.
Sean following orders.
was He WEARING his FBI PIN or the CIA PIN ?
that’s a Tell
( did he get another ” face tuck ” ? )
Thank you for the link, Kitty. Sean is always suspect. If you re on X, I think SD wrote about him.
Hannitus Interruptus is a rotten subhuman.
The repeated question is an effort to get the person being questioned to trip themselves up and answer differently. The “journalist” is hoping for a slip up.
Z was probably playing some old Jefferson Starship LPs, was tripping out on some substance(s), and in a moment of paranoia, thought that Elon was cutting off his supply of Starship. Ukraine has likely been using Starlink for weapons use too.
He built that city on Rock and Roll and Black Market Arms Trafficking, but mostly Black Market Arms Trafficking.
Brilliant man!
Running circles around Vance. For sure.
Hardly. Vance is clearly more in tune with the demands of MAGA than little Marco has ever been.
Foreign policy may be a featurette, but its not the reason you go to the movies. The film is the draw.
JD Vance is speaking to the American people, lately handling fraud and recently barring Microsoft & tech companies from abusing the H1B visa program for highly skilled employees.
Vance knows it is far more important to connect with voters than whatever is happening in Ethiopia or Eritrea, per Rubio.
Marco was in the gang of eight and must both explain himself and show he is MAGA before he ever gets the nod from American voters, despite Sundance being a Rubio fanboy. I am not. I might come around, but the word must be spoken and demonstrated, what is important to him, (Rubio), first. He isn’t in the position of VP yet, let alone in line with it, imho.
President Trump has several talented members on his team. A few of them could be leaders. A good Sec. of State can be hired, but the leader must be more than a good public speaker. They must have the vision and drive to be great Presidents. In other words, the opposite of “W”, “Jeb!”, “Ted!”, (good grief, Texas), McStain, and Pierre Delecto. All losers and posers! Garbage in /Garbage out.
Note: because of the last two piss poor R candidates before Trump, we got stuck with Obama. Yes, the American people got snookered, but they were desperate for great leadership and sure as heck didn’t see it in McStain or Pierre Delecto. So having someone in tune with America First ideals and being MAGA, matters. It always has.
That is how you win and keep power, not by throwing some loser’s name up on the wall to see if it sticks, because its their turn in the party. That doesn’t fly with the voting majority.
Foreign policy is a featurette, not the film. You can try to gin up the candidate, but voters will let you lose if you put up a loser who isn’t going to do what they want. Voters will turn their backs on you and you will lose the majority vote.
Lindsay Graham fancied himself as a Presidential candidate. He never had a prayer of a chance to win. More trash. He should have been laid to rest in Ukraine, where his heart belonged.
Observe, the press doesn’t go after Rubio, but they do go after Vance. Worth remembering.
What people here forget is that Marco Rubio co-authored an amendment, Section 1250A, of the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that prohibited a President from unilaterally withdrawing from NATO without Congress’s consent.
Rubio basically tied President Trumps hands as he was entering his second term. Yup
Vance and Rubio have different jobs.
It’s like trying to say which is better, a burger or a chicken sandwich, beer or wine. Different qualities for different situations.
Which is the reason that I would like to see;
Eric Trump President 2028
Marco Rubio Vice President 2028
and
Eric Trump President 2032
Marco Rubio Vice President 2032
“No. They were using Starlink for their drones.”
a plausible explanation:
Despite its operational utility, using Starlink for military direction presents specific technical and policy constraints:
Geofencing and End-User Agreements: Commercial Starlink terms officially restrict offensive weaponization. Coverage has previously been restricted or geofenced over controlled regions or water bodies to prevent commercial hardware from directly guiding kinetic strike systems (like long-range missile or drone guidance).
RF Triangulation & Direction Finding: Although the directed phased-array signal is difficult to jam, military electronic warfare units can use radio-frequency direction finding to detect terminal uplink emissions, potentially revealing command posts or unit locations to artillery counter-battery radar.
Centralized Private Control: Relying on a single private corporation for critical military tactical infrastructure presents strategic risk, leading defense departments to increasingly contract through dedicated military channels (like Starshield) rather than commercial accounts.
IF the US or one of our “partner contractors” are using starlink, and that LUT is located in the combat area, it would definitely be a target for Russian forces. And if this is the case, it would be perfectly rational and smart to introduce STARSHIELD as a means to protect US military personnel and assets operating in the combat area. This may or may not necessarily include urkranian assets and personnel.
here’s the thing…there is NOTHING other than policy decision making that prevents STARSHIELD from operating in Ukraine, or any other part of the world for that matter. Because BOTH LINK AND SHIELD have similar vulnerabilities AND because both are capable in the same ways technically to perform military purposes, it would be stupid to refuse utilizing both.
whether SHIELD IS BEING USED, is both a geo-political decision but also one of operational security.
One should not be so nieve that the USG is not using SHIELD and even allowing Ukraine to access it. While a distinction exists in both policy and in security, I am of the opinion this matter belongs in the category of “don’t talk about fight club”.
which is why I believe zelensky is a retard and is going his best to bring renewed interest from the USG and the white house to get rid of him. One of many reasons. DO NOT TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB. Break that rule and well, you know how that movie ends.
God Bless America
‘they do not have it now (starshield) they do not have it at this moment.
Indeed I was wondering how the US and British ‘clandestine’ forces/advisers in Ukraine were being protected.
LINK and SHIELD are but one layer of asset used in this war. Definitely very important, but the US possesses quite a number of other assets, satellite and ground based, as well as “aerials” up to and including drones. Separately and equally there myriad of intelligence gathering by means of signit and humint. I have no available information to describe with any authority on what those assets might be only to notice the inventory of available assets are far greater than LEO satellites flown by LINK AND SHIELD.
Imagine a mesh based sortie of drones that fly up to and into the combat zones.
If interested, dive into these subject key words:
HopSync
PTS and Enhanced PTS-P
ESS – Sphinx
SATURN (NATO)
and then fiber optic tethering systems, both for drones and “other” short distance communications and nav/targeting assets in a tactical frame.
God Bless America
God Bless America
Will King Z ever face another election?
He will face an untimely death before he faces another election.
No.
Little Z needs to study and pay attention to history.
First our government supplied Saddam Hussein with weapons and then they killed him.
First our government supplied Osama bin Laden with weapons and then they killed him.
First our government supplied Muammar al-Qaddafi with weapons and then they killed him.
First our government supplied Volodymyr Zelenskyy with weapons and then (to be continued).
I’d rather he face a firing squad. Maybe as a practice stand-in at Ft. Hood.
I will up vote you x1000
🤷♂️
<Sir, on the sanctions waivers on Russia. Senator Ted Cruz today called it a big mistake that only serves to benefit Putin. I’m wondering what your response is to that.>
I would have said who gives a crap what Ted Cruz said – but that’s why Rubio’s such a class act.
Ted Cruz says a lot of things.
Occasionally, it even turns out to be semi intelligent and truthful.
Cruz is a Canadian at heart.
Ted Cruz is Victor Buono at heart.
Secretary Rubio has exceeded expectations – Very Impressive.
Any one else getting tired of Zelenskyy his perpetual lies, his anti-America duplicity with the EU and war mongering City of London? Can we end this now?
Patience please.
President Trump and his inner circle are fighting a war with many fronts.
He can’t just “end this now” by pushing a button.
No reason to point out the obvious. It’s just another lie in the evergrowing list of insults to the peace process our good President endures. Patience is rightfully growing thin.
Imagine if Kamala and the gay brigade were in charge . God help us if the woke 2.0 wins. I’m a Steve Miller 2028 guy. Rubio close second. We need THE fighter at top.
I think he’s getting bolder attacking President Trump because hes counting on a dem wave in elections and President Trump having little power after the elections.
Trump will have plenty of power regardless of the election. Impeachment is a nonstarter.
Hey Talk…,
Trump will be off-the-leash and ready to open a fresh can of whoopass, once the elections are over. This is why he keeps saying that the Iran war will soon end –after the elections. Sure, the mullahs will find our that he kept his power, but Trump will not have any polls or pundits to fear.
Iran had better be quick to settle.
“Dem wave” is a media psyop.
It is but there is still so much cheating going on.
Yes, but eyes are on them, voter rolls are being cleaned, states have been sued.
Not perfect but better.
It is a very frustrating thing to converse with someone and know that their comprehension is nil. You can see it in the eyes and it’s evident in the response – it’s as if they don’t even hear your words, much less comprehend your meaning. Nor do they want to know and actually converse.
They are alone with whatever is rattling around in their own head.
That is the modern corporate legacy media.
The guy not being mentioned in this conversation is ELON MUSK and his crew.
Is there any doubt that Elon has recognized that the Adorable Green Goblin Garden Gnome would not be able to hit targets that are deep inside Russia without the use of STARLINK? Of course, Musk recognized that Z was breaking the rules, and prolly instructed his crew to test the theory by slowing it down.
And then there was confirmation.
The next question is, “What next?” Does Musk call him out and shut it down?
from the Rubio conversation…. It is a commercial product Starlink…
SECRETARY RUBIO: Yeah, I know, it’s confusing. So Starlink is a commercial product, okay? And so they – it’s regulated and handled as a commercial product. Starshield is a defense product, a military product. A
‘Don’t think that you actually read my post.
Elon Musk also has the power to, “slow down” service. He might choose to do such a thing if he thinks that little Z is using Starlink to guide drones deep into Russia, which he has been forbade to do.
The Starlink service does not cover sanctioned countries like Russia and China. It is geofenced. It has nothing to do with slowing down the speed. If it did it’s satellites would be targets.
Americans get locked out of X for discussing the penalty for treason.
The first casualty of war is the truth
Besides showing restraint and great patience with the press, Rubio manages to provide clear and understandable answers to each question.
I am amazed by his patience in spite of repeat questions. Rubio is a calm SoS in the midst of a world in serious chaos.
I am very impressed and thankful!
There is a word for him…
Statesman.
Very few can legitimately wear the cloak of one, and it has been a long time since there has been such a man.
He has earned it.
What are the odds that the intel operations going on in Z’s fiefdom were actually illegally using starshield and this flushed them out? Starlink might not have ever been the issue.
Rubio said that is military.
INMO … zero
It really sounds like you have a dog in this fight.
Perhaps, you are Ukrainian, in Ukraine, or invested?
Starshield would be highly classified and you can bet your bottom dollar that the info was scrambled. If you had to figure out that, it would take forever, plus it changes very often and if you got it one day, the next was a new scramble. There are many ways to skin a cat and our intel people know all of them. Don’t underestimate our system, it is modern and world class. Our motto when I was in it was “In God we trust, all others we monitor!” There is more to this than you could ever imagine.
Maybe Z-Man can use Google Earth instead.
Admittedly,I’m a member of the “Eliminate the Z-Man Club” so I disqualify myself.
I am inclined to not believe Marco here. I saw the video of him being interviewed, and he simply looked guilty. I didn’t like his weird eye contact going on, either. We all know he’s a chameleon.
I also think it’s odd that Elon and Trump are pointing their fingers at each other over this.
My suspicions are waay up, and the public is being lied to. JMO
We really need a downvote key.
Do you rave?
While we’re making up stuff, let’s do perpetual motion!
I’m shipping SOS Marco a full mink fur coat and a matching ushanka ASAP. The man deserves only the best cold weather gear for the excellent job he’s doing.
That way when the presstitutes get tired and cold while harassing him he can start a long, long story and watch them shiver as he enjoys his warm duds.
Can you only imagine their reaction to him in something fur-lined? Oh my!
Mills and Boon Marco….
Hurry up with that coat, THOR!!
(My understanding is that he has a framed compilation of himself in all of the uniforms of the various and sundry jobs he has taken on. I think he should add this one, too 😎)
The administration is “considering” giving the 🧌 starshield?
Please make the insanity stop.
MSM grilling important officials about what they think about other MSM reports should be a very red flag this network cares nothing about the answer, other than “content” for other lunatic scenarios they can talk about! Circular questioning?
Question to Marco Rubio:
“The Washington Post released a story 5 minutes ago about this morning’s New York Times story, which reported that an anonymous source told CNN that ABC was preparing to release a story about a conversation President Trump had with Putin.
There’s no transcript of the conversation but ABC says a whistleblower gave his account of the conversation to Axios, which is what ABC will be reporting on.
Secretary Rubio, what is your instant reaction?”
He continues to be an extraordinary surprise!
Overnight there has been a serious escalation with Ukraine hitting St Petersburg as well as a large fuel depot near the Nordstream pipeline origination point. Over 500 drones were sent out over NATO members Estonia and Latvia to avoid Russian air defenses. Little Z is desperately upping the ante:

Little Z is doing nothing, aside from public acting. The 5 eyes, with our DS at the helm, is driving the thing.
Bingo. Well put.
Little Z is no more running things than Biden was running things.
…..what’s impressive is, that he ran up the stairs……and of course his handling of…six or seven jobs, not to mention he doesn’t let the media frame questions “poorly”…..he’s really good at this….
Z lying? Why? Was his lips moving?
Sundance, if I may offer a slight but important correction.. Rubio carefully and consistently says of Starshield “It’s not at this moment available to Ukraine,”… at this moment or “currently”. I’ll leave it to your informed mind what that suggests.
It means we might have been providing Starshield, but cut them off (punishing Zelensky)
or
It means we might offer it to Ukraine in the future (threatening Putin)
Given the latest mood of President Trump and the Ukraine bombing of Russian Diesel facilities, I would go with the former.
Decades of watching media “reporting” have clearly and repeatedly shown me the media lie constantly and in a coordinated and deliberate manner, and with an agenda to achieve goals which are not in my (or America’s) best interests. But as we all know, a lie told often enough becomes believed as “truth”.
“If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.” Hitler, Mein Kampf
“The press must grow day in and day out – it is our Party’s sharpest and most powerful weapon.” Stalin
“We can and must write in a language which sows among the masses hate, revulsion, and scorn toward those who disagree with us.” Lenin
“The first thing dictators do is finish free press, to establish censorship. There is no doubt that a free press is the first enemy of dictatorship.” Fidel Castro
I’m hoping Rubio is eligible to run for President, he’s a great student and has a great teacher.
Went to the YouTube side to watch the video and read comments and this was one of the “rabbit hole” videos.
I’ve heard of Jeffery Sachs before, but don’t really know much about him. Much of what he says in the presentation regarding NATO expansion sounds familiar. He even threw out names like Victoria Nuland and Boris Johnson.
My Word 🙂 You have hit the jackpot with this video, Jeffrey Sachs is exposing facts to anyone that is listening. I have watched him attempt peace negotiations in the Ukraine world and no one would accept diplomacy as the solution.

Ukraine (Zelinskyy) is a hand-puppet of Britain and the EU. His words are handed to him in a daily briefing from MI6.
So Elon has a relationship with Federov of the Ukraine as well as Crazy Alex Krap (Planitir) and this doesn’t gain certain attention ?
Do they also include the Ukrainian born Vindman brothers ?
You can bet the Clowns In Action have or are giving NATO or the EU or Ukraine access to Star shield or anything in the U.S. system.
Z-‘s out so he;s trying to fulfil the final part of his contract, get Trump. This suspiciously looks like an attempt for a, ‘late in the game’ 2018 R3 redux relaunch, where The President is accused of siding with Russia, and all the disproved stories can be rehashed by an MSM desperate for traction against this Administration (look at the ridiculous lengths given to the recent White House press Secretary story.

“It’s a blockage. That’s why I say that war is inevitable.”
“A general war in Europe by now appears to be inevitable because all 27 European systems in Britain and the US are unable collectively to move towards a diplomacy setting to end it. They just can’t. And Zelensky is the kind of orchestra conductor just telling them which tune to play…”
“It’s a blockage. That’s why I say that war is inevitable.”
A laxative is needed to remove the little “z” blockage.
It’s all a construct…
During a parliamentary debate on the Dutch defense budget, Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius publicly stated that calling Russia an “aggressor” was a euphemism and explicitly designated Russia as an “enemy” of the Netherlands. She warned that intelligence agencies (including MIVD) indicate Russia is actively preparing for potential military conflict with NATO.
Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten reiterated strong support for Ukraine’s defense, including backing Ukrainian long-range strikes against targets inside Russia.
Dutch intelligence services warned of rising Russian hybrid warfare operations within the Netherlands and Western Europe—including cyberattacks, intimidation, espionage in the North Sea (targeting offshore energy cables), and potential physical sabotage against critical transport/rail networks.

British journalist Edward Lucas and Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski—demand geopolitical pressure or encirclement around Kaliningrad, Russia’s heavily militarized exclave on the Baltic Sea.
Kaliningrad is a strategically critical Russian territory located between NATO members Poland and Lithuania. It serves as the home port for Russia’s Baltic Fleet and hosts advanced missile installations, including nuclear-capable Iskander systems.
Moscow issued formal diplomatic warnings asserting that any attempt by NATO or European nations to cut off Kaliningrad from mainland Russia would be treated as an existential threat. In diplomatic communications, Russia warned it would use all available military means—explicitly including nuclear options—to defend the exclave and guarantee its access
Lefties will conflate the starlink/starshield terms until their sheeple can’t distinguish the difference.
I am still amazed how many of the Ukraine flag wavers don’t know about the NATO issue.
There’s no way Russia would allow NATO missiles in Ukraine. EVERYONE except maybe Dementia Joe knew it.
There’s no way the USA would allow missiles in Cuba. Everyone except Dementia Joe knew it.
Somehow THIS simple as pie explanation needs to get out.
Time to pull the plug on the Cocaine Cockroach and send him to “The Roach Motel.”
From the article;
QUESTION: Sir, on the sanctions waivers on Russia. Senator Ted Cruz today called it a big mistake that only serves to benefit Putin. I’m wondering what your response is to that.
My personal opinion is that Ted Cruz (R-Canada) is heading for a FAFO moment. In the last 10 years he has, as Charles‑Maurice de Talleyrand said of the Bourbon monarchy during the Restoration from 1814 to 1815;
Ils n’ont rien appris, ni rien oublié
He has learned nothing and he has forgotten nothing about how Donaldus Magnus conducts the business of managing the affairs of the United States.
I’m not here to defend Zelensky, but both him and Trump are like dogs in that they eat what they are fed while Rubio uses very precise language as this is his job. We all know Zelensky is getting fed western intelligence to target Russia and he does as instructed. He knows what he knows however imprecise that is because that is what his handlers want him to know. Same as Trump. They can make Rubio look anyway they want and I suspect since Miriam Adelson wanted him in 2024, he will be a big part of 2028. Either as #1 or #2. She is running the show.
