President Donald Trump and Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping (Pooh Bear) deliver complimentary remarks during tea at the White House. Chairman Xi was very appreciative of the attention to details provided by First Lady Melania and President Trump. Expressions of the highest respect were exchanged.
Chairman Xi notes President Trump will be attending the APEC summit in Beijing in November, and Xi will be returning to the USA for the G20 summit at Doral in Miami in December.
President Trump and First Lady Melania, hosted Mr. Xi and his wife, Peng Liyuan, for tea at the White House and then the four made a brief trip to the National Archives to view America’s founding documents. Video Below:

I am reminded of U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer’s comment about managing the relationship with China. I anticipate the Russia may very well attend the G20 meeting as well.
I want my government leader to be comfortable with other leaders so that thoughts, goals, problems, etc. can be easily presented and responses are shared in a positive environment. President Trump is, in fact, from my point of view a predator who goes hunting for Americans. President Xi is the same…they both share a language pattern common to predators.
Having tea with the spouses is part of the “Rodney King” dream where “can’t we all get along” is part of the desires while smiling and sharing stories. Only a fool would refuse to see the claws and teeth these two men possess! Danger close is always there.
The women present bring their female energies into the “post discussions” that take place at “pillow time” for both leaders. This is real value for understanding and maintaining communication lines between our countries.
The Chinese people are a great people, as are the American people (sans illegals). Both our worlds have a new clock that registers nano seconds. We, like the rest of the nations on this planet are rushing to adjust to this ever changing reality…
As Mom used to say: Action speaks louder than words…you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. Being a farm girl, she also could spot predators from a distance! She was a good shot when necessary and could ring a chicken’s neck easily. These two wives are no dummies, and their husbands love them for it!

Having been to a Chinese tea house a few times , they really place importance on the proprieties. No doubt that President Trump and Melania had some fine Chinese tea brought in for the service.
