Is AI dangerous to me?
If I don’t get online the danger to me is zero.
The AI data centers are going to develop appendages and become transformer like.
You won’t be able to hide.
Unplug them. They can’t go forever.
What if your doctor is using AI driven medical protocols to diagnose and treat you? What if those protocols are linked to reimbursement engines that can prolong your suffering but optimize profit for BigPharma and BigHospital.
What if your car, monitoring your driving, “decides” you are driving distracted and your insurance company doubles your premium.
Scenarios are endless – but use your imagination.

A lot of the radio people on the right have dismissed what I believe to be legitimate concerns regarding the data centers, you almost never hear the noise levels discussed, but those who have been around them state that is huge.
We probably need them, somewhere, somehow, but putting them in areas where people live doesn’t seem advisable. Nor do I like the idea of even more of our diminishing farmland being utilized for this purpose.
There has to be a middle ground, where you can acknowledge both the need and the concerns.
