The jury’s foreperson, who wrote the note indicating concerns about a juror expressing reasonable doubt but not agreeing to a verdict, is among the jurors who spoke to NBC10 Boston on Tuesday.

As a nurse i watched over the years how psychopathic my profession became. It was terrifying. I have been out since 2018 and watched what happened during Covid with horror. I knew that it was not my imagination. In the last couple of years alone Libs Of Tick Toc has expose so many bragging about their evil. I can’t imagine putting my life in the hands of these ghouls.

I ended up in the hospital during Covid for a totally unrelated thing – the nurses and doctors thought the Covid, masks, etc was BS.
A commendable minority… still keeping their jobs somehow.

We know a few of them are.
A lot of times police officers are dumped from jury.
They’re thought to be too biased.
I remember my father was a cop back in the seventies and he told me that every time he was called to jury duty he would just say he was a former officer and all these defendants weee guilty.
Also I don’t think any woman should’ve been on this jury, now I know that would’ve been impossible but the bias in so many people now a days is too glaring.
We see this happen in a lot of heavy Democrat areas.
Wasn’t there a jury in DC that let (who was it klinesmith) off even though he was guilty.
These blue states have lost all sense of credibility with me and they shouldn’t be allowed to use the justice system at all.
All criminals and cases should be moved to places that are red.

I am missing something.
Separate experts for defense and prosecution testify that the defendant is “whatever”. Jurors get two conflicting professional opinions.
I have to ask, if the professional experts can’t agree on something, why in hell do we as a society expect jurors with no professional expertise to choose one of the two differing opinions? If they choose the defense then the prosecution says they made the wrong decision, and vice versa.
It just seems that if a jury has to pick one of two opposing opinions, they can’t be right , or wrong. Methinks our system needs some updating. After all, anybody that commits any crime could be said to be mentally incapable of understanding that it was wrong. A simple example is rioters and looters believe they are entitled to the loot and don’t believe there is anything wrong with it. Isn’t that crazy?

There is no “Guilty by Reason of Insanity” law here – too many medical professionals, teachers, lawyers, & politicians would of course be out-of-their-positions & living inside rubber rooms instead if there were.

The prosecution did a horrible job during voir dire. I bet every female juror supported abortion, late term abortion and even postpartum abortion as long as your keep the child comfortable until you strangle them to death!
I read an account from 1950s or 1960s, somewhere, can’t find it again, about a woman who killed her three kids. Her husband forgave her and took her back. She later had three more kids with him and killed them too.
Was the lady’s name “Lizzy Borden?”
Yes, Constance Fisher drowned her three children in 1954, was released a few years later when ‘cured’, and then drowned three more children in 1966.
She drowned the first three kids in the bathtub, and then attempted suicide by drinking some shampoo.
She was diagnosed with schizophrenia and sent to a State Hospital, unable to stand trial. She also heard God speaking to her.
When she was deemed cured and released, the husband took her back. They had three more children. In 1966 she had another mental meltdown and drowned these 3 children. She was sent back to the State Hospital and in ’73 she ended up dying by drowning herself.

I have a distant relative who’s mother ( before I was born) committed suicide due to post partum depression and my wife’s in law has a niece who did the same. Post party depression is real, but they never hurt their children.

If you are dating someone who supports what these Clancy supporters say, making excuses for her systematically brutally murdering her children one by one after scamming her daughter’s Pediatrician at an appointment earlier in the day so he would think she was fine, and then scheming to get dad out of the house for awhile so she could execute her homicidal plan, RUN and don’t look back. This is a litmus test for moral values and critical thinking ability. Values don’t go away over time. They are an inherent part of who someone is. Also, if someone has reached adulthood and they lack critical thinking ability, but you want to invest in teaching this to them so they can be a healthy partner, good luck.
The third juror on the lone hold-out juror: “He just couldn’t get over the fact that she viciously murdered her children.” While one may like to think this is just the mentality of one completely deranged and morally bankrupt person, IMO it is a reflection of just how depraved the liberal hive mentality has become. They are even trying to rearrange state laws to reduce penalties for mothers with postpartum depression who murder their children. IMO we shouldn’t let these people get away with this. There should be appropriate punishment of violent criminals to deter future violent criminals. Take away those guard rails, and that is not a world most of us would want to live in.
I can understand their frustration. I too have the hardest time understanding how 11 other jurors couldn’t get off the fact that just because you might be crazy, doesn’t mean we let you murder children without consequence. If you google Maryville+Ruse+murder suicide you will come across the news of three murder-suicides, men who killed yheir wives, and then themselves. In at least one of those cases, the man was taking a new pharma product to treat his depression (or so his mom told her friends).
I don’t advocate rethinking voting privileges for husbands because of those three murder/suicide cases. And if you think that way, maybe you are too irrational to vote, yourself? Consider the possibility

Some people, both men and women, have dangerous mental issues. I have audited two college classes where someone announced authoritatively that people with mental illness are not dangerous, and no student or professor contradicted. This was ignorant in a place that should have been educating.
I have had two coworkers in past decades who had narrow escapes from demented mothers. One had spent years in a Catholic orphanage managed by nuns. Her mother had called the police when insistent voices told her to crucify her eight children. Thank God for all the nuns who, in past generations, raised children whose parents were dead or unable.
Another coworker had a husband who had survived his mother slashing his throat at the command of “voices” this was in the 1970s. The boy went to a hospital to recover, while his kother was sent to a mental asylum to recover, and before a year had passed, they were all sent home to go to church together and pretend it all never happened.
If your church offers “Mothers Day Out” programs, you may be helping a mother to recover from months of sleeplessness and isolation. May God bless you for this.
