Doctors also need to prescribe older and cheaper medications first rather than going right to the latest and most expensive.
Good rural doctors do. For the most part, rural doctors have a good standard of living for the area they live in. It’s nice to be a big fish in a little pond.
My great uncle, lived to 100, was a member of the Tennessee State house probably in the 40s and 50s. They asked him to run for US Congress back then. He declined. He said it was nice to be a big fish in a little pond instead of being a little fish in a big pond (DC).

The effect of the teachers unions on the schools cannot be emphasized enough. Schools have transitioned from places of learning to indoctrination centers.

CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator from the 2007 Holy Land Foundation case. CAIR should have been prosecuted, disbanded and kicked out of the country at that time. But Bush and every President after him have let them reek havoc on our country.
My anger rises when I hear people from other countries, even if they have lived here for awhile or are born here of foreign parents, talk about getting rid of American culture and history and inserting their own brand of foreign governance and society.
This is my biggest argument or one of them, for banishing dual citizenship for any elected official in any level of government. The gall of someone who thinks their home country should be honored more than America, who trashes America and insists it must be changed, while they live here and gain benefits from this country is just unbelievable. I so want them to have their citizenship revoked and they be deported. Start with Omar and go on down the list. This whole family needs to leave and soon.
