It appears Fauci’s lawyers are not confident the autopen pardons will be upheld in court, so the Fifth on everything.
If this piece of s**t isn’t arrested on the spot, then this is just another waste of everyone’s time. We know what he did. He’s a monster of immense ego and evil deeds committed against man and animal. If he is not held criminally accountable then the legal system is nothing but a contemptible joke. Our country will not recover from letting this monster walk away without justice being rightfully served. Biden’s bullshit pardon should have been nullified the first day Trump walked into the Oval Office. If Fauci slips away, then karma awaits, but it’s coming for our lousy corrupt and rotten justice system too.
Because Fauci is refusing to answer any questions in today’s hearing, the only way to get to the truth is for Congress to send a “criminal referral” over to the Department of Justice seeking a criminal indictment of Fauci.
Fauci might have been able to avoid that, if he had come forward with the truth today. Instead, this is likely to end up the same way the Menendez trial did, with a criminal trial and conviction.
Use of the 5th to avoid testifying before Congress and the American people is essentially an admission of guilt. People with nothing to hide, don’t hide behind the 5th Amendment, especially in a Congressional hearing.

The way I see this is- Whoever the person is that used the autopen to pardon Dr Fauci mass murderer is a co-conspirator to mass murder.
Fauci HAD to take the Fifth because the “pardon” CAN NOT be authenticated, and if the pardon cannot be authenticated then Fauci cannot lean on it.
