Has there been questions leading to the possibility of the origin of the novel virus originating in a military or university lab in the USA. Stolen to China for further development known by Fauci? What and where and when did this man begin to play with this?

How did so many people readily accept so many hospital diktats that made absolutely NO sense? Barring close relatives/ patient advocates was the most heinous “rule” of all!
Think about it: Any other shlep could freely roam the hospital to change bed linens and sweep floors. Any janitor could clean bathrooms and remove trash, any orderly could happen by to draw blood.. not to mention the numerous medical personnel conducting various tests, visiting the patients, the food prep and delivery, etc..

Dr. John Ioannidis of Stanford produced amazing research, in early March 2020, using pristine data from the Diamond Princess cruise ship that showed the Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what Fauci and others were claiming – and that was data using an older, sicker population. Dr. Iaonnidis rightly claimed that the virus posed little risk to younger, healthier populations and almost NONE to children! If we had listened to him, and many others like him, who said this virus was no more dangerous than an average seasonal flu, none of the draconian measures would have even been suggested, let alone implemented! And Fauci’s “diary” shows that he knew full well that the IFR was being grossly magnified but he continued to use the higher numbers in public, stoking completely irrational fear in millions of people across the globe!
My mother was one of those people who was left to die alone – she was in long term memory care and on Hospice. When the lockdowns started, I was not allowed to visit her, until the final couple of weeks of her life, by which time, she was basically unconscious! I was one of the “lucky” ones in that her caregivers knew me well and allowed me more access than most people were given. I was there all day, every day, in her last week, and was with her the morning she passed…my brother was not allowed to come and say goodbye, not were her grandchildren.
I know that I am commanded to pray for my enemies but my anger still burns over the actions of so many people during this time – the damage they did was generational and so many families’ lives were forever changed, in awful ways! Even now, our world is a different place because of what happened, and Anthony Fauci was the chief driver of most of it, IMHO. Nothing will happen to him in the here and now -I think we all know that. But I am thankful that God is just and I trust that He will rightly deal with the little human cockroach when he stands before Him…and no one gets to plead the 5th then!!

I have read the Code section defining “emergency use authorization,” and what happened here is quite clearly contrary to it. Fauci falsely claimed that no other effective treatment existed. He specifically abused the provisions of this law to allow ineffective products that he received patent royalties on to be sold around the world, at the exclusion of non-patented treatments known to be effective. And silenced every physician who dared to say so.

Fauci said Paul’s comments were slanderous. This is a lie. Paul’s statements were true and can be proven. Prosecute Fauci for this lie he told under oath today.
If he believed that, he would have sued Paul immediately. He can’t withstand the scrutiny of an actual trial, which is what the pardon avoids for him.
I believe that it will soon be ruled that this kind of blanket “pardon” is Unconstitutional.
The President may “grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States.” But not to pre-emptively declare that someone has done no wrong, is doing no wrong, and will not do wrong in the future. Therefore cannot be accused nor brought to trial.
This is the essence of what the autopen said.
“Pardons and Reprieves” obviously can only be granted after a crime has been found and a sentence imposed. And the power refers only to that sentence.
Which is why his pleading the fifth reopening that issue might actually help here.
Supposedly, since 1866, pardons can be valid even if no legal proceedings have been begun.
And the Court has never invalidated a pardon for not being specific.
But the crimes must have been committed before the pardon.
There is some entanglement with admission of guilt in accepting pardons. That does not stop presidents from pardoning people who are believed to be innocent. But it also doesn’t expunge their false convictions, a judicial power, and may prevent that remedy from being pursued.
The accused is free to refuse or reject a pardon. Such an act can be to pursue being declared innocent or it can be done to preserve 5th Amendment rights.
In the Burdick case, Wilson pardoned him so that his testimony could be compelled. He refused the pardon and was held in contempt. The Supremes held that refusing the pardon preserved his 5th Amendment right not to testify, but that accepting the pardon would have forced his testimony.
I have no clue under what reasoning Fauci thinks he can plead the 5th over anything that could be covered by his pardon. But holding him in contempt is the only thing that can be done. All those prior crimes are pardoned.

If you are subpoenaed to testify, you speak or invoke the Fifth. Fauci is invoking the Fifth on matters covered by the Biden pardon, so Fauci cannot incriminate himself with his answer.
Witnesses who are give immunity from prosecution so they can testify in a criminal case must testify, as long as the questions are in the scope of the grant of immunity.
Some witnesses will ask for a grant of immunity, and then will be willing to testify. Others get immunity, and are required to testify whether they want to or not.
Biden’s pardon gave Fauci immunity for acts up to the day Biden left office (the family pardons and the Fauci pardons were the last pardons he (or autopen) granted).
People who have been pardoned can be compelled to testify and be held in contempt for refusing.
The Supreme Court held that refusing the pardon can preserve your 5th Amendment rights, but accepting the pardon enables the compelling of testimony about the pardoned crimes.
His invocation of the 5th Amendment in this context when the facts are clearly in evidence allows the larger body politic of this nation to find him, and also his allies in the Deep State, guilty on all counts regardless if he or they ever go to trial. This is what is important right now before the mid-terms. To get the people informed and to encourage the body politic to seek justice at the ballot box.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has long claimed the novel coronavirus came from the US. Zhao Lijian, spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry, has often laid out seven pieces of evidence for the US to investigate domestically:
1. The EVALI outbreak in July 2019 in Wisconsin had similar symptoms and results to COVID infections and required further study for possible link.
2. The US National Institute of Health website showed evidence of infection in five US states by Dec 2019.
3. The US government sealed blood samples collected before Jan 2020 from further testing because the testing interfered with the origin-tracing agenda and was deemed detrimental to US national security.
4. The Florida Department of Health removed data from its website showing 171 patients had COVID symptoms or positive test results by Jan/Feb 2020.
5. Social media in the US reported more than 200 people suspected having COVID by Nov 2019.
6. Twelve countries, e.g., Costa Rica & Kenya, said their “patient zero” came from the US.
7. Ft Detrick & the Univ. North Carolina labs had poor safety records in coronaviruses and infectious diseases research. The US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, based in Ft Detrick (MD), had its functions put on hold indefinitely by the CDC immediately before the COVID outbreak because of violations of biosafety standards.
Barron’s had a cover story on Moderna in September of 2019. Moderna was a small biotech with an interesting mRNA approach. They had 60mm in revenue in 2019.
