I would very frankly say that “DSA” is a relatively tiny number of people – in a nation of hundreds of millions – with a very good press agent. And, that is all.
Face it: Their chances of actually accomplishing any of their “agenda” is: zero point zero. The Constitution is still the Supreme Law of the Land, and what they are talking about cannot be done.
I am reflexively aware that this “group” may be nothing more than the stars in a poorly conceived “psyop.”
In fact, I strongly suspect as much. This “DSA Thing that came from nowhere” is not as it would wish to seem. My “suspicious cat.” 🐈
It did not come from nowhere. It traces its roots all the way back to the SDS of the 60’s. It’s real. Its strategy of running its members in Democrat primaries goes back decades. Their plan all along, which they used to proudly display on their website, was to get enough DSA members elected in the Democrat party to take it over (they have now done that) and enough in government to take over the government and force socialism onto the population.
I recognize that “Democrats” have been riling against Law and Order for a very long time. But, you simply cannot even begin to achieve ANY of what they claim to want to do – no matter how “angry” you may be.
There’s absolutely nothing that you can do in (say …) the House of Representatives to, for example, “eliminate the Senate.”

In other words: What they are screaming is “your worst nightmare.” Except that it is they who are dreaming, not you.

I have a copy of communist goals from 1962. They have achieved fully or partially the entire list. You can find that document if you search. I thought that one of the “big” arguments for immigration, legal or illegal, was that these immigrants would take the jobs that American citizens don’t want or won’t take. Why did the DSA choose to align with the Democrats? Because both have adopted this “illegals and other immigrants will take the jobs that Americans don’t want” attitude. Both have the welfare mentality and both believe that robbing the wealthy, most of whom have been the innovators, the creators, the thinkers of the country, of what they have worked for (the most glaring exception being members of Congress who have largely manipulated the system to pay for their indiscretions, to use insider information to profit from the stock market and to accept bribes from large corporations) and risked everything to start. My working theory: Since the Kennedy assassination, the Democratic Party has been a fringe, regional party that relies on media narrative coordination and outright manipulation of elections to maintain the illusion that it’s a competitive mainstream alternative to the GOP. The GOP in the meantime has tried to maintain the illusion (controlled opposition) that it is a viable mainstream alternative to the Democratic Party. In the meantime, they both are working against the popular will of the American people (muh democracy). The emphasis on fraud of all kinds in the elections has put too bright a spotlight on Democratic cheating. As a result, they will lose in November. The DSA is there to make RINO GOP candidates more palatable- even conservative to the true voters- that represent the popular will of the American people. DSA is an admission- it’s the acceptance of the coming defeat.
You get into strife looking at, and advocating for islamic terrorism. There should be no difference supporting anything to do with socialism et al.
