Prime Minister Mark Carney was asked about the U.S. government position, and he immediately hit back by saying the cause of Canada’s wildfires is ‘climate change’ and President Trump’s unwillingness to support the Paris Climate Treaty has created the problem that Canada is now dealing with.

It should be noted that Canada clutches its pearls, claiming the USA should send “support” to assist Canada fighting wildfires instead of blaming them for mismanagement. However, reciprocity is a big problem.
Most of the firefighting takes place as an outcome of private-public contracts for costs. {SOURCE} The Canadian government blocks U.S. companies from fighting fires in Canada because the Canadian government wants to only pay Canadian companies and workers. U.S. firefighting is not allowed to assist in Canada and get reimbursed.
Conversely, the Canadians quickly want to come to the U.S. to fight fires because the USA reimburses firefighting companies at a higher rate than Canada. [SOURCE] The USA has no federal restrictions on Canadian firefighting assistance.
Canadian firefighting professionals would rather fight forest fires in the USA because they make more money. There is no incentive for U.S. firefighting professionals to volunteer their time and effort without getting reimbursed; which is the position of Canada.

One of the key traits of beaver-inhabited land is high moisture content over large areas spreading out from their dams and lakes. They created natural fire breaks and high-moisture undergrowth in boreal forests across Canada.
Then along came the Hudson’s Bay Company in 1670 and began the decimation of the beaver to satisfy British and European elite fashionistas. Up to 400 million were “harvested” over the following 100+ years, almost wiping them out.
I’m sure that has had some effect on forest fires, but not sure how to quantify it.

Canada has millions of acres of sparsely populated, nearly inaccessible, forested land all very susceptible to lightning strike induced fires and man-made fires. Often in the past, I don’t know about today’s situation, Indians would set fires and then hire on at the local RCMP station to fight the fires all summer long for decent wages. The Mounties knew what was happening, but the area was too remote for properly equipped firefighting teams to get to, so they hired the Indians to do the work. I can attest to this being true in BC for decades in the areas around Williams Lake and Ponzi Mountain.
In Eastern Washington, the headline grabber fires like the Chelan, Okanogan, and North Star (Spokane) fires all in 2015, were a combination of lightning strikes (August storms) and man-made (the North Star fire north of Spokane). The fires consumed more than a million acres. At one time there were two Type One Incident Management Teams employed to deal with the fires (one for Chelan and one for Spokane). Fire fighting teams from Down Under (where it was winter and no wildfire threat) augmented local and national firefighting crews/management groups and participated in the efforts to contain the fires. Ultimately, it was the early onset of September rains and snows that stopped the fires.
Logging Roads=Fire Roads.
You get the logging industry going, harvest that wood and manage those forests, the logging roads they build are then your fire roads. This creates jobs, access and it’s all a good thing.
This is jobs, it’s logging, it’s big equipment, this is all one large industry and they’ve not allowed this to happen and it needs to happen.
This is all willful, purposeful neglect..

Here in New Hampshire we are experiencing serious air polution from Canadian wildfires. I will be 75 years on the planet this month and until the last few years never experienced this ‘phenomenom’ before. So we must ask the question why now? Being the skeptic I am I belive the globalist elites are intentionaly making us sick so we are easier to control. The Covid vaccine scam is a prime example. Dr. Barry Commoner (remember him?) came to our high school in the 1970’s and told us then that the climate was a product of Solar activity interacting with our atmosphere and our oceans. He said that man can not change the climate. He then informed us that man can have an effect of the ENVIRONMENT such that we can make it uninhabitable. This is all so deliberate. I grew up on the coast of NC in the 1950’s. We had wildfires every late summer and autumn because of the long leaf pine. Those pine needles were great fuel. Forest service did controlled burns every year even waaayy back then. Inevitably a tropical storm or hurricane would blow in and that did the trick.
The kind of people who happily let something burn as long as they can rule over the ashes.
Used to smoke in the Safeway , walmart , airplanes , was in a hospital in upstate NY when I was 15 and smoked the whole time I was in there , nurses gave me matches and emptied my ashtray !
