More bombshells & documents, but still no charges and arrests. When will anyone be arrested & held accountable? It’s looking like never to me. Presumably the DOJ has had access to the documents Trump released. Why has no one been arrested with all this evidence available?

I have read a number of articles about how difficult it is to actually prove fraud. We know there is fraud. We know in 2020, Pennsylvania had more votes than those who actually voted that year. The state can’t reconcile it and gave up a long time ago. Who do you actually indict and convict?

I’m hoping Sundance reviews the Trump Speech, and maybe put it in terms that would be most HELPFUL to MAGA patriots.

The stage has been set.
The public have been informed that our elections are not secure, and now Trump has the optics to do whatever is necessary to secure the 2026 midterms, to include invoking the Insurrection Act to secure polling locations with Military and Federal Law Enforcement.
Trump has been teasing the idea of having DHS/ICE involved in election security as well, as he has repeatedly said “election security is part of homeland security”.
Anyone who thinks POTUS does not have the authority to do so, is mistaken. This is a matter of National Security. POTUS can, and will, do whatever is necessary to ensure the treasonous Dems, and their foreign co-conspirators, are not able to manipulate our elections.
I think the SAVE America Act is just a formality, and ultimately, it will be the Military that ends up securing our elections. The US Military will not allow foreign adversaries to select our Commander in Chief ever again.

The 1983 Supreme Court ruling in INS v. Chadha established that Congress cannot terminate a national security emergency, or veto an executive action, using a legislative veto mechanism such as a concurrent resolution. Only full legislation, subjected to presidential approval or veto, can lawfully counter or end a presidential declaration of emergency.
Traditional EOs can be challenged in court. But a “National Security Emergency” is a whole different animal- and cannot be challenged in court.
After tonight’s national address by President Trump, expect the possibility within days or a couple of weeks of Trump declaring such an emergency, together with election safeguards for the midterms. More than one way to skin a cat without the SAVE Act.
The SAVE act is far less secure and the cheating can still happen with it.
If the DEEP State suspects President Trump will call a national emergency, watch how quick they pass the SAVE act.
I’m betting Judge Boasberg would try to stop it.

It was OK as far as it went. But we heard nothing about the investigation into Fulton County’s 2020 ballots and only a little bit about mail in ballot fraud, which is the bulk of the election cheating which is now happening.
President Trump and his administration must build on what has been done and get deeply into the topic of mail-in ballot fraud, and to do this with a series of further public disclosures concerning the activities of domestic election fraud criminals.
As for the SAVE Act, the Senate will not pass it. And so we have every right to expect that President Trump and his people will move forward with exposing the nitty-gritty details concerning mail-in ballot fraud, and then to use that evidence along with the China interference evidence to justify declaration of a National Security Emergency.

“I’ve never heard of Joseph Fried before, and it was only a few days ago that I became aware of his four-month-old book Debunked: A Professional Auditor Reviews the 2020 Election. But it turns out that this veteran MBA and CPA, who recently retired from his own auditing firm and now writes at Substack, has given us what must surely be the definitive work on the topic. Having “professionally conducted and reviewed hundreds of audits,” he brings his decades of experience in that field to bear on the administration of the 2020 presidential election in each of the six swing states that were awarded to our current dotard-in-chief, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. Throughout the book, Fried’s objective is to “analyze the major claims of fraud or irregularity, the credibility of those claims, the available evidence, and the threshold audit standards the states applied, or should have applied, relative to those claims.”
I don’t know the first thing about the work of an auditor. But Fried is a very good teacher. Among much else, he explains that a recount is not an audit – the latter must be performed by independent professionals – and that a mere recount doesn’t preclude the need for an audit. Nor does a court’s ruling on procedural grounds negate an auditor’s findings.
In some cases, an election result cries out for an audit. One test is statistical likelihood. The 2020 election, as it turns out, failed this test spectacularly. A few examples: for almost sixty years, the winner of the electoral votes from Ohio and Florida has also won the nationwide election – but in 2020, no. Since 1898, any candidate winning those two states plus North Carolina has taken the presidency – but, again, not in 2020. For forty years, nineteen bellwether counties around the country have correctly predicted the ultimate winner of the presidential sweepstakes – and who won eighteen of them in 2020? Trump.
There’s more. Not in 150 years has a candidate whose vote total jumped as much as Trump’s did from one election to the next ended up losing the election. Never has any incumbent who received over 75 percent of the votes in his party’s primaries (Trump won 94 percent) lost the general election. Rarely has a president lost a re-election bid even as his party picked up seats in the House. Then there’s the blatantly obvious difference in voter enthusiasm between Trump – with his epic campaign rallies – and Biden, whose events sometimes seemed to draw more journalists than voters. Then there’s what is apparently a suspicious variation in turnout rates between otherwise very similar cities: for example, 84 percent in Milwaukee, but only 51 percent in Cincinnati…”

Why can’t they just let go, even President Trump. We are told about bad actors from all over the world attempting to, or managing to steal our birthright of self-governance from us and still they can’t let go and give our elections back to us.
We all know the obvious elements of an honest election, one day to vote, picture id, paper ballots, counted where cast etc.
Here are some initial numbers:
If we go back to the pre-2022 number of 200,000 polling places, the number of eligible voters per polling place will be 147,000,000 / 200,000 = 735 eligible voters per polling place, a remarkably easy number for the residents of each polling place to keep track of. And finally give complete authority in the conduct of a federal election, from canvassing their area to identify eligible voters, to the final count, certification, and archiving the paper work to the residents of each polling place.
Then make sure the law states in no uncertain terms, that No elected official, or any official appointed by an elected official has any jurisdiction over the conduct of any federal election. And it is against the law for any State to accumulate any form of voter information on so-called voter rolls. In other words, elected officials or their appointees have no business horning in on our elections.

Don’t call your useless representative’s office. Call the White House and demand that Trump declare a National Security Emergency for the mid-term elections and beyond.
I’m not calling anyone. I will hide and watch to see who freaks out the most over what President Trump said tonight. Whoever squawks (sp) the most is to me, and why, is who I will be paying attention to.

Surely this intrusion into to our elections by foreign actors (made available by electronic voting and hacking) is emphatically an act of war. Therefore it is most assuredly a National Security threat and should be officially designated as such.
Thune needs to be replaced as leader of anything let alone the Senate. If Warner is saying that SSCI already knew about the CCP accessing our voting machines and voter rolls, then the question remains, when are they going to be indicted for suppressing evidence of this malfeasance and allowing it to continue?
The good news is, according to John Solomon, there were many people inside the IC community that worked hard to find this information and get it ready for declassification and release.
All it takes is careful selection of leadership for these organizations.

I expect nothing of significance to happen here. I’m glad the President is pushing this, but he is almost alone in his efforts. All of this vote fraud, going back decades, has all been government sponsored and supported. It’s the same thing as BLM and Antifa. People just don’t understand how these domestic terrorist groups can operate so openly for so long and nothing ever happens except a few useful idiot patsies getting charged. The election fraud is exactly the same. The government is fully behind it whether it’s Georgia, Detroit, Chicago, Arizona, China, or Venezuela.
Expecting the DOJ and FBI to do anything here is pure hopium and Trump can’t do this by himself. The evidence of massive, built-in fraud has been exposed ad nauseum by many private groups. Everyone knows it’s happening, including the GOP. The bottom line is “the people” cannot be trusted to make good decisions at the ballot box. That’s been said over and over by both parties for many decades. Getting control of election outcomes has been a long term process. It didn’t start in 2020 and it’s not ending in 2026. This will march on and on since our government is behind it. I’m glad Trump isn’t letting this go, but he is an army of one. The GOP won’t touch this.
well, it could be worse, ….kamala could have been elected in 2024. That would be worse, and at least Trump is trying to expose it, and build momentum.
Trump is frustrated and many MAGA people are frustrated, … Trump is better than Kamala… so it could have been worse. As Sundance states, Trump is not perfect … but he is better than Biden or Kamala.
