Hard to rember sometimes but Politics is downstream of Culture and Law is downstream of Politics. We can not have Justice until we can gain the Politics. Justice cannot be had when the crooks write the law and select the justices.

The emergency powers are restricted to those authorized in existing law. Of course “The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States…” which would necessarily include national emergency declarations.

OK, my take. At first, I liked what I was hearing. When he dropped the Obama name I thought, “hey, he’s really gonna do it!” The speech built up as he went along, with point after point. Outlining very serious crimes perped by deep state actors. He kept going and going, it was great! Then I fully expected him to announce that he was declaring a National Emergency for election integrity (like Wayne Allan Root wanted) and the people that committed crimes are being rounded up as I speak! I expected him to mention the perps at the news networks, the see eye ayyy & FBLie deep state spooks withholding info from the PDB, and other acts of Sedition. But what I ended up with was, “C’mon congress, pass the Save Act, and hopefully, the DoJ, see eye ayy and FBLie will open investigations.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME! He expects rogue agencies to open investigations against themselves! Really! Those places are where truth and justice go to die. The best analogy I could think of is this. A cop on the beat sees a guy run out of a bank with an alarm ringing. The bank robber has a mask and a gun and is holding a bag with a large $ sign printed on the side. He runs down the sidewalk. The cop, instead of running after the bank robber and slapping the cuffs on him, simply stands there and says, “Gee I hope the DA opens an investigation on him. Am I a great cop or what!” That’s what Trump did last night. He blew a golden opportunity to make a real difference and secure REAL election integrity, and instead he used it to hawk a lame and ineffective Save Act. BTW, the Save Act would do nothing to stop fraudulent mail in cheating. The very same numbers of illegal ballots would come in, only all the “voters” would be on vacation. SMH Again, the President refuses to take the level of action that is necessary to save America. It’s HIS freakin’ job!

The great bulk of the fraud is from mail-in ballots. What was missing from the speech was evidence which conclusively proves the nature and extent of mail-in ballot fraud perpetrated by domestic actors.

A Presidential State of Emergency has a legal and constitutional component to it. It carries tremendous weight, and gives the President extraordinary powers as long as the emergency lasts.

Wayne Allen Root is the guy who suggested to President Trump to declare a national emergency at the border so that Trump could use money from the military to build the wall. To void an election, it doesn’t have to be domestic actors. Foreign interference can get an election declared null and void. Sidney Powell and others have the data packets of US election machines connected to the internet going to Chyna, Germany, Australia and other countries. In. Real. Time. In other words,Trump has proof positive that foreign countries were in direct comms with US voting machines during election day in 2020. That’s what the sea eye ayyy server farm raid in Germany was all about.

There needs to be a complete audit done at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE). SAVE is the electronic verification used to determine an applicants citizenship status when they apply for cash, food and Medicaid. About 15 years ago workers in the local welfare offices started calling the IT shop to report clients were calling to find out why their benefits had increased. They had to get interpreters on the phone because many did not speak English. The reason their benefits increased is because they were now U.S. Citizens. They said they never applied to become citizens and didn’t want to be citizens. The workers changed the code back to undocumented. The system flipped them back to Federally Verified Citizens. Then the heads of the agencies submitted a request to prevent workers from changing a Federally Verified citizenship code to undocumented. This has been going on for at least 15 years. As soon as an illegal applies for benefits they are immediately signed up to register to vote. Our Attorney General said it wasn’t illegal to register to vote, it was only illegal to vote. Those ballots never make it to the illegal registered to vote. They are note even mailed to them. I am assuming it’s because some organization is completing the ballot on their behalf. A great speech. You’ve got to know who robbed the bank, who helped rob the bank before you can make arrests and make sure the bank is secure from now on. Impressed with the CIAs involvement and findings, FBI not so much but they did stumble over some lost burn bags. One suggestion to make is that anyone working as vote counter or whatever you call them, should be limited to not be able to work again. In fact, any should be limited to working only one time. The speech gives me hope as the IC seems to be working toward a better voting system and accounts of cheating will be dealt with in arrest.

Why not start with obvious, easy to prove fraud, as seen in Georgia already. Add one other state (Pennsylvania, Michigan, etc.) Any two of these states will change enough electoral votes to Trump. Then dig deeper into other country’s involvement? Get the easy proof of fraud out there now!

Agree. Last night just outlined the framework for reasonable doubt about election results since 2018. No specific details were given for evidence of fraudulent votes. So much work along those lines has already been done in Georgia, so that delivering the evidence should be straightforward and revealing. The Curling v. Raffensperger lawsuit brought in 2017 and dismissed in 2025 contains a wealth of court testimony and evidence regarding machine vulnerability and actual election fraud. Also, a number of citizens’ groups investigating the 2020 elections in Georgia produced undeniable evidence about election fraud. The work has been done, the evidence is real and irrefutable; it just needs to be put into a national spotlight now that the framework has been provided and doubts about 2020 have hopefully been planted where perhaps there were none. Not all will be convinced, but the opportunity has been presented. Warnock and Ossoff should be nervous.

If one checks the patent histories on both Covid and the vaccine, one might find this entire debacle originated here in the U.S., with the U.S. advocating for and paying for the research. If both Covid and the mRNA vaccine are proven to be U.S. “inventions” or products, where does that leave the U.S. in terms of liability?
