Secretary of State Marco Rubio continues his trip through the Middle East talking to U.S. allies and stakeholders about the terms and conditions of the ceasefire with Iran. Today Secretary Rubio is in Kuwait.
Arriving in Kuwait, Secretary Rubio discusses his previous conversation with the UAE and sets the baseline for the discussions moving forward. As noted by Rubio, these are strategic partners in the region who have a vested interest in the outcome of the Iran negotiations. Rubio is in the region to listen to their concerns and affirm the U.S. strategic partnership.

Yes, Rubio must engage Iran’s “ancient neighbors.” But I do not expect them to agree to a ceasefire because . . . they know better. They have lived with these crazy radicals for 47 years. Anything which now leaves those madmen still in charge of the country is simply never going to work. And they know it.
All foreplay…..
Mike, may I correct your 2nd sentence. “They have lived with these crazy radicals for 1000’s of years”
Yes, let us remember the Crusades ?? Been going on for a very long time, not sure we will see the end of it in our lifetimes if ever.
As I watch these press conferences, I’m always struck by the stupidity and dishonesty exhibited by the hyenas in the Corrupt Corporate Media.
Each and every day they repeat the same questions and the same lies those questions are based on, all in an attempt to “Get Trump.” It’s shameful.
They hate America, and America hates them.
And they are not going to pony up $300b
Watching President Trump’s live press chat now and he looks great! The Iranian conflict was weighing on him and it showed. I’m glad he bounced back so quickly! 😎
I tend to agree.
If we think we’re not all that thrilled with the deal, imagine the ones there living right next to Iran and dealing with them up close and personally every day.
I can definitely see why they would want to keep at it until there is regime change accomplished.
If I was in control of it all, I’d say “Well you take it from here then, we got ya this far”.
I’m hoping that’s the plan and this happens. I don’t feel like this is done and over at all, but I can also understand why we can’t do it all.
Regime change?
I personally put the odds of that happening at .01%.
That would be like thinking that after 9/11 and we 🇺🇸were told that
Arabs did it…that everyone was supposed to be pro-Arab…..🙄
Or after October 7th that Israeli were going to start ❤️❤️❤️ Hamas.

#Minab 168. That is Iran Clarion Call 📢📣 for Unity.
Have you seen the plane used for diplomatic travel?
Really big words……#Minab 168…..printed on the side.
Little girls backpacks are the symbol for Unity for them.
They have little angels….that are uniting them.😇
My opinion…..those little #Minab 168 Angels are going to be around for decades.
Like it or not…. Just how it is. Any other civilized country would react the same 🤷♀️
Iranian Foreign Minister….June 22. Picture says it all..
Seyed Abbas Araghchi (@araghchi): “From the football pitch to the negotiating table to the battlefield, every step we take as Iranians is part of a larger struggle: defending the honor and dignity of our dear people. #Minab 168
I can definitely see why they would want to keep at it until there is regime change accomplished.
Regime change was never a goal, it was always to weaken them so that their neighbors can control them to extent they can…..it’s a movement not a person or persons, all you can do is keep them small enough to handle.
The use of the word “stakeholders “ in this discussion is key. If the Middle East could get away from the fighting and stick to business then they would be a powerful economic region far more than what they think today.
Interesting…..watching it all unfold.
official statement in X post
MonitorX (@MonitorX99800): ” 🇮🇷 🇴🇲 ⚡️ BREAKING: Iran and Oman have released a joint statement confirming their intention to establish a joint administration over the Strait of Hormuz The statement confirms that fees will be charged for maritime services “ in accordance with international standards “
Many are discussing something like Bosporus-Dardanelles.
We just watch and see what happens. 🤷♀️
I am sure most are familiar with this………….🤷♀️ the increased fees
begin July 1.

The area around Hormuz is not the only area/region that sells oil and if all other surface level vessels find a value going through the Hormuz area having to pay a toll then okay. I suspect that won’t last long…

in war truth becomes the 1st casualty…. a war that should never have been started, as a taxpayer i demand a full refund for spending billions on a proxy war and coming back to congress for billions more. All the while americans continue to struggle under this presidency to maintain a meager lifestyle.
what happened to this president’s promise to cut federal spending and return to a balanced budget….
this president spends $$$$$ like taxpayers r billionaires and has increased the national debt rather than reducing it….
78% of all Americans believe this war should never have been started and must end now…
Don’t shoot the messenger. Just give your heads a shake and then deal with the reality of the latest Middle East fiasco.
A survey by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (in collaboration with the Agam Institute), conducted June 17–20, 2026, with 3,644 Israeli respondents, found:
This was widely reported by outlets like The Times of Israel, i24NEWS, and others. Mario Nawfal highlighted the stark contrast with American opinion (where far fewer see it the same way).
