The California bespoke ballot process is unique in the nation and developed with a previous legal partnership between California politicians and former Attorney General Eric Holder.
It has been one week since election day and there are likely many more days of ballot curation ahead. As a consequence, the republican candidate, Steve Hilton, who carries President Trump’s endorsement, is likely to be pushed into third place eliminating him from the general election. The creation of California ballots takes time and resources.
Locally sourced, artisanal ballots can take much longer to be created and curated than in other states.

As the bespoke process now unfolds, Democrat billionaire Tom Steyer will begin the process of gaining a higher percentage of mail-in ballots than previously assigned. Many people have questioned the length of time; however, Steyer has to make up about 300,000 votes, so the ballot counting will take longer.
Each subsequent batch now needs a controlled lift in the progression. If the ballot counting closed the gap all at once, it would look sketchy. So, the counters need to elevate Steyers percentage a little more with each batch of ballots counted. A slow climb to eventually eclipse Hilton will enable the media to justify a few more weeks of ballot curation effort.

Roughly a slow increase of +15,000 ballots per day (over Hilton) maintained for two weeks should do the trick.
In 2016 California Democrats hired former U.S. AG Eric Holder to assist them with voting constructs. The legislature then passed ballot harvesting and universal mail ballot laws; which were signed by Democrat governor Jerry Brown. However, the 2016 presidential election created some panic amid those who organized new ballot creation, mailing and harvesting efforts.
Following the Trump presidential win and fearing the new federal administration might cross reference voter rolls to the AB60 laws that linked ballot creation to illegal alien DMV registration – and following the advice of Eric Holder, then California Governor Jerry Brown, Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Secretary of State Alex Padilla quickly deleted the AB60 administrative code that would have permitted cross referencing. {GO DEEP}
Or…we heed Justice Clarence Thomas’s counsel from his speech at UT Law a month or so ago, that we get the government we consent to. And consenting to being ruled by installed rulers who steal the voice of the voters from them is our consent to unelected government.

yes. the concept of consent has been a big focus point for me the last few years. trying to deep dive on what it truly means. IMO a lot of people have a malformed idea of consent, having a lot to do with the internet. we believe that not liking something, and saying so, is withdrawing consent.

As I have said for many years the only way to fix this is that Star Wars term that starts with an f. May not be in some of our lifetimes but it is an unfortunate fact barring an act of God and when/if it does it happen it will not be pretty. These people are patient to a fault and will do whatever it takes to win. 20 years ago this would not have been possible. There would be 5 million in the streets. Most of us on the side of right and faith are up in years so they just waited us out. Unless the younger generations suddenly find the stuff the Greatest Generation had it’s already over. Was very sad to see thousands of Mail-in ballots roll in and not 1 vote for Spencer Pratt. Of course I expected nothing less from Corrupt California Democrat machine. (read Communist) They are so bold they no longer feel the need to try and hide it.
Am waiting for an election in ca. , when 2 candidates each receive more than 50% of the vote or when the combined vote totals are more than 100%. Will system error explain it away?

While one would expect the mail-in ballots to break toward the Democrat side, one would likewise expect them to break along similar percentage lines as the in-person ballots.
Oddly, they keep breaking for the second place candidates on the Democrat side (the third place candidate).

With both Pratt and Hilton, the Trump Administration now has the benefit of every American seeing firsthand how corrupt CA voting really is. That helps with polling support when the hammer finally drops.

But what gives the ballot counters the veneer of legitimacy? Yes I know…post mark by election day, near any form of ID short of library card, early votes, universal non request mail in ballots, illegals allowed to vote…..but what is source they use? Is it the rolls? Can Federal oversight come in and clean the rolls and remove the ilegitimate ballots?
There has to be a legal and effective tool to stop this.

I disagree. It already looked sketchy on the second day of counting. A week and counting (no pun intended … ) of this corruption merely underscores the third world banana republic mindset of the radical Marxist Democrats who run this state with an iron fist. They will count and count (and fabricate additional ballots), until they get the result that they want.
