The California bespoke ballot process is unique in the nation and developed with a previous legal partnership between California politicians and former Attorney General Eric Holder.
It has been one week since election day and there are likely many more days of ballot curation ahead. As a consequence, the republican candidate, Steve Hilton, who carries President Trump’s endorsement, is likely to be pushed into third place eliminating him from the general election. The creation of California ballots takes time and resources.
Locally sourced, artisanal ballots can take much longer to be created and curated than in other states.

As the bespoke process now unfolds, Democrat billionaire Tom Steyer will begin the process of gaining a higher percentage of mail-in ballots than previously assigned. Many people have questioned the length of time; however, Steyer has to make up about 300,000 votes, so the ballot counting will take longer.
Each subsequent batch now needs a controlled lift in the progression. If the ballot counting closed the gap all at once, it would look sketchy. So, the counters need to elevate Steyers percentage a little more with each batch of ballots counted. A slow climb to eventually eclipse Hilton will enable the media to justify a few more weeks of ballot curation effort.

Roughly a slow increase of +15,000 ballots per day (over Hilton) maintained for two weeks should do the trick.
In 2016 California Democrats hired former U.S. AG Eric Holder to assist them with voting constructs. The legislature then passed ballot harvesting and universal mail ballot laws; which were signed by Democrat governor Jerry Brown. When the Supreme Court rules voting after election day is unconstitutional this month, the DOJ will have the authority to stop it. Maybe too late for California’s primary, but I’ll take it if it stops it in November.

Before August. There’s the federal 90 day window before an election that states all voter integrity issues must be done90 days before election. So voter rolls clean up voter machine integrity et al must be done before the 90 days.

They’ve legalized all of it as part of their state process and then push back on any attempts at transparency as “accessing private data.” You see the formula over and over again. They keep the voter rolls bloated, then with legal ballot harvesting and huge chain of custody holes in the mail-in ballot process, they just create the ballots needed using real people on the voter roles. They don’t even have to be close to correct since they also curate ballots.
What it would take is insiders to blow the whistle but they’ve legalized and separated the steps out now to the point where each individual part of the scheme is basically legal on the surface and there are probably few who really see or understand how they put all the pieces together to form the corrupt whole.
What’s needed IMO is some way, while maintaining privacy, to match voter roll entries to ballot results and verify the paths those ballots took.
Under the guise of states rights and individual privacy they’ve created a corrupt machine they have full control over.
They probably check and see who voted on election day and fill out ballots for people on the list of registered voters who didn’t. There is supposedly signature verification but a huge loophole: someone can sign by a “mark” and a witness can then sign that the who made mark was made by the registered voter. Witnesses are not required to provide an address, and no verification of witnesses’ signatures is otherwise done.
I read somewhere that the ballots are pouring in from areas with heavy homeless and druggie populations. Once the Dem leaders see how many votes they need, they go out and round them up from street people and through fraudulent mail in ballots. The people doing it are probably hardcore true believers who’d never tell anyone, and there are probably a very small number of people who know the actual details.
It’s so blatantly obvious, and has been for a long time. I wonder what it will take to stop the cheating in California.
One significant change could be the Supreme Court decision on Watson vs. The Republican National Committee. They will rule on counting ballots after election day. The hearing was in March.
Of course the criminals have other ways of cheating, but manufacturing mail in ballots after an election is a big one.

Another specific is this: It may get complicated, but the ruling may also apply to state elections held the same day (could go one way or another depending on how they write the decision).

Eric Holder may have had a hand in mass mail-in ballots for all but it was the bi-partisan work of many hands all of which knew the only way to literally survive a fair democratic process, was to manufacture a fake pandemic to remove their main obstacle (Trump) and get around/change all the rules. You can catch them with an audit. It should be public record who allegedly voted. Do a random sample of one day, of about 1000 ballots, and then contact each one with the question, did you vote? Don’t need to ask for who, just did you vote and sign your ballot. Percentage of “No I did not” will reveal how substantial the cheating was. If a grand jury does the poll, answers can be under oath.
Of course the Pubs know they can, RIGHT NOW, use the True The Vote process of crosslinking the ballots to the property tax roles. This will show them where they have, oh, for instance, 700 people registered as living in a 7-11 store location.

Lived in CA from 1976 to 1988+, loved every day of it. The whole state is ruined now except the mountain areas up North. It was a magical and gorgeous state. It’s hard for me to me believe that it can ever be the same. I feel the same about blue states. No wonder dems are so hateful, they turn everything into destruction and hatred for power.

I have long been of the opinion that the progressives (marxists, socialists, and other “leftists”) will continue to do what they do until such time as they’re reliably and consistently placed on the business end of their own tactics. Therefore, if conservatives (and other “rightists” generally) want to shut this cheating down, then we ought to meet the progressives on their own field and repeatedly and convincingly beat them at their own game.
If the left want to mass-mail and harvest ballots, then the right ought to start developing ways to intercept those ballots and harvest them ourselves. President Trump says he has lawyers on the ground in California investigating this election. I doubt there will be any redress by the courts. The judges will just say that tired old phrase, “You don’t have standing”.
If Democrats can rig the system so easily, how did Trump become President twice?
Easy answer, he was so enormously popular that they couldn’t cheat their way past him. Fixed it.
The fraud is there for all to see. Why isnt the NSA, CIA, and FBI deployed to expose it? Is this not a matter of national security?
The ballots they are receiving are from real people. But some 50% that are registered to vote, never do. So it’s an easy cheat when every system in place automatically registers people to vote, and then there is no id, no checks on signatures, and no need to confirm addresses. Ballot harvesting is also legal in CA. The commies simply vote FOR people they know will never actually vote themselves. You can’t prove the fraud easily when there is literally nothing in place to make it fraud.
We voted in voter ID and same day voting in Shasta County (Prop. B), but the conservatives who got us Prop B are somehow losing their elections.
One is the Registrar of Voters, who gave us the most transparent election in the State – against constant attacks by Secretary of State and the commie holdouts embedded within the election office.
They are comrades to the fired zuckerbuck sucking former ROV that has magically taken the lead in our election and campaigned against WINNING PROP B?
Not sure why a spoil operation is not put in place by the party not in power; any investigation would have to include all ballots. Play this game of chicken
This occurred to me this morning.
We’re not looking at crooked and rigged election, we’re looking at the results of full on Communism in action.
THIS is why people are forced to shoot their way out of it- we cannot vote our way out and we are right now watching the how and the why. But are we really seeing it for what it is?
This isn’t corruption and rigged elections per se, it’s Communists doing whatever they have to do to remain in power and control.
To say this is illegal and Unconstitutional -is an understatement.
It’s a lot more than that.
Steyer needs only ~10% more of the remaining votes than Hilton.
For what its worth, this is why they want ranked choice voting.
Days and days of ballot arrivals until the correct candidate is installed is too much visibility.

that’s what the electronic machines are for. They have no other purpose except to facilitate cheating. Manual vote counts were never a problem.

Cheating in California is legal so the republicans need to get their act together and harvest millions of votes and submit fake ballots in order to level the playing field. If Republican continue to try to play fair, a republican will never be in a position of power in California. Surely Pratt and Hilton must know this .

On election night Nithya Raman was in third place and crying to supporters. By Sunday she had passed Spencer Pratt and now has a 40% shot at winning the general. Raman has won every single vote dump since Friday but couldn’t even win her own city council district.
so as the mafia would say….. whatcha gonna do about it? There are people here that will tell you Trump and his team are “working something big”. Shoot another huge slug of your needle & spoon Hopium. They aren’t working anything except the complaining button. Nothing is getting fixed. People just need to get that accepted already. Continuing to live in some world of “hope” is psychotic. Hope doesn’t fix problems, people fix problems.
