Secretary of State Marco Rubio eloquently takes some geopolitical complexities and puts them into understandable terms. During an interview aboard Airforce One en route to Beijing, Fox News pundit Sean Hannity asks some regional questions about high profile events.
Secretary Rubio accurately puts the perspective of Chinese interests into the context of current friction points between the USA and Iran. WATCH:

My Secretary of State history is admittedly a bit limited, but I would put Marco Rubio at the top of the list. Best surprise of Trump 2.0.
We’d likw to have Rubio as the next president.
He was a surprise!
no. We don’t need another globalist warkhawk as president. I guess everyone forgets the corruption on the senate intelligence committee when he was hunting trump? He was basically Mark Warners corrupt lackey. It would be like saying you want Liz Cheney as president.
Doesn’t mean he’s done a bad job as Sec of State…it just means, he hasn’t changed his stripes and there’s a reason we’ve been in perpetual war for 30yrs.
I get your broad-stroke point, but Liz Chaney? Um, no. As far as stripes go, he’s human and thus they can change and I believe they have due to the depth of understanding he’s come through. Time will tell.
Cheers…

Thomas Jefferson served as the first Secretary of State from 1790 to 1793 under President George Washington, where he dealt with issues like national debt and foreign relations. He later resigned from this position due to political differences with Alexander Hamilton and the direction of the federal government.
Rubio, still distinguished at number 2.
The title of today’s entry is from an address made, April 29,1962, by President John F. Kennedy in welcoming a group of Nobel Prize winners to a dinner in their honor at The White House. The extended quote is: “I think this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever been gathered together at the White House — with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.”

Yes, I have great respect for Thomas Jefferson. I was fortunate to have visited Montecello on two occasions. If you ever get a chance, highly recommended.
Definitely beats Mike Pompeo hands down.
Mike Pompeo belongs in a room with Benedict Arnold.
And Arnold was a better general than Pompeo was a SoS.
I was able to listen to the entire clip despite Hannity.
You have my deepest respect. Hannity’s voice combined with the background airplane cabin noise was too much for me. I turned it off before he finished his first question.
Hannity is an UBER LIGHTWEIGHT. I can’t stand the sound of his voice.
Invention: auto-mute the questioner; the invention shall subtitle Hannity’s questions. The invention shall broadcast the responder’s audio.
I had to do that manually as that interviewer’s voice is insufferable.
Sean Hannity had a radio talk show on WGST in Atlanta, GA in the early 1990’s. If I remember correctly, he was originally during the morning drive time against WSB’s Neal Boortz, The Greaseman on an alt rock station, and a country station morning talk show. He was 5th and moved to afternoon drive. He didn’t do much better there. As my mass communication professor put it, he has a face for radio, and a voice for newsprint.
I watched the interview with Sec. Rubio, and I would like to see him continue as Secretary of State in the next administration. He is the Henry Kissinger of our time. He has amazing grasp of the geopolitical nuances.
You may want to check with Susan Kokinda on one of your points. Very fond of Neal Boortz. Got to meet him at the Fair Tax Rally. Good memories.
I met Neal several times, along with Belinda and Royal. I even earned their trust so I could talk with Neal from 7:30-8:00 when WSB wasn’t using the 7 second delay. I was even brave enough to put a “Boo Got Shot” sticker on my pick up truck with Forsyth County a license plate. I only got cussed out a couple of times and that was in Norcross. 😎
I despise the self important Hannity. He diminishes the quality of a good interview by half.
In the past I was troubled by his bosom buddy relationship with the late John McCain and now his current BFF, the duplicitous big talking ‘never met a war he didn’t like’ Lindsey Graham.
In addition to connections to known establishment deep state icons, he quickly accepted the stolen election and moved on.
Why does President Trump choose to elevate Hannity and endorse Graham?
On the other hand, Sec. Rubio always speaks with clarity and authority. He demonstrates a depth of knowledge and an ability to communicate more effectively and efficiently than any Secretary of State before.
I guess it’s the “keep your enemies closer” philosophy….like these WEF CEOs that are travelling with him.
It’s a good strategy, however sometimes when your enemy is close enough, they can slip a knife in between your ribs….so please be careful Mr. President.
WEF CEOs are WEF when the prevailing government winds are WEF. When a rational government is elected, most of those CEOs return to capitalism. DEI leads to ruin. Capitalism leads to prosperity.
I have also struggled with your question.
My thinking is President Trump manages Hannity and Graham (RINO/Deep State media and government operatives) as he does Putin, Xi, the Crown and the EU globalists, and all the Democrats. He manages them all as opponents to his America First and MAGA objectives. And the world benefits from it.
I pray for his safety.
I am encouraged for the future by the work being done by Marco and Tulsi under his leadership.
Because he reaches their base of uninformed viewers directly. It’s not about Hannity or Graham. He unfortunately has to place himself in front of their constituents and viewers. This is the easiest way.
My opinion is his loyalty. President Trump stays loyal to those who sometimes don’t deserve it. Hannity traveled, the only one actually, with candidate Trump during his first run and helped him win. As for Graham, I’ve no idea except perhaps he thinks Miss Lindsey gives him a boost in SC. President Trump does have some strange travelers.
Hannity must be getting ready to write another book. “My Time on Air Force One.”
I’m sure there will be plenty of “candid” photos of Hannity having serious conversations with many presidents and various very important people!
Hannity must be getting ready to write another book. “My Time on Air Force One.”
So hilarious!!
🤮 🤢
Sean Hannity aboard Air Force 1? Not good.
Can’t do Hannity.
I immediately skip ahead when I hear Hannity start out with, “I think…”
Thank you, Sundance!
Compare and contrast the arm swinging Vance, repetitive answers to Rubio’s “spit the question out Hannity” because I already have an answer that’s short and concise.
i bit for Marco Rubio 2028,
I like that Rubio has gone to China… where he is PERMANENTLY BANNED because of his comments on “The Uyghurs.”
I think in principle, the way China handles it is wrong? I admire that they are doing it. Islam, like Communism, is among other things, a competing and conflicting government ideology. We have a US constitution which is fully incompatible with both communist and islamist political systems. All elected officials are required to swear the oath of office which requires they support and defend the US Constitution. These Democrats are very much in open violation of that oath and should be removed on that basis alone… whether they are communist or islamist or both. They gotta go.
Only We the People can fix this! 🇺🇲
that’s not happening. Look at this board. most don’t even remember Lil Marco and how quick he sold out to the globalists or his corruption on his senate committees. Oh! put a new red hat on him! oh well he’s great now. There is no “we”, that was demonstrated during Covid.
If China wants to expand into our hemisphere, I think we should deal with that!
Close Walmart?
That was a fantastic interview. Well worth the listen!
I agree. Love Rubios steady, concise answers. Didn’t realize SH was interviewing as was only listening
Yes. Hannity didn’t interrupt and make the interview about himself.
Iran Proclaims Safe, Toll-Free Passage For 30 Chinese Tankers Amid Xi-Trump Summit

Rubio is knowledgeable and articulate.
We (the USA) need continuity.
Idk how 2028 will play out, but this administration needs to stay intact.
Several surprising admissions from President Trump in China:
In comments to Fox News, Trump said Xi offered to help pressure Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, signaling that Beijing may be willing to use its leverage over Tehran
I think to path for 2028 is clear. Trump for Secretary of State, Treasury, and Defense/War. Nothing else matters enough to bother.
There’s no denying Rubio is good dude. Presidential IMO.
Sorry for the Rubio fans, but he permanently betrayed my trust when he attempted to grant mass amnesty to illegal aliens back in 2013 to 2015. Not only that but Rubio’s complete silence over Maria Salazar’s Dignity mass amnesty bill either means he has lost total control over the Cuban community in Florida or he still secretly approves of mass amnesty for illegal aliens in America.
excellent questions, current reality can change what we thought in the past. As I have grown older my view of the current world has changed. I would like to hear current views on illegal aliens in American.
Marco Lubio!
