I have just had a senior moment of complete misunderstanding. I thought the photo of Joe getting sworn in was with his husband. That’s what I thought the headline read. The title does have a nice ring, but to think that the AG needs legal counsel is a bit on the far side and an indication of the state of lawfare politics.

When SC John Durham issued subpoenas to the Democrat lawfare firm in Washington DC to track Clinton’s payment for the Russian Collusion Hoax Dossier a DC Federal Judge quashed the subpoena as a violation of attorney client privilege.
A few months later the same federal judge in Washington DC gave SC Jack Smith clearance to violate President Trump’s attorney client privilege along with his Presidential Privileges!
