President Trump delivers remarks and takes questions from reporters in Palm Beach, Florida, before boarding Air Force One en route to Memphis, Tennessee. President Trump emphatically stated that continued negotiations with ‘leadership’ within Iran continues and reaffirms the conditions for a cessation of hostilities.
The military leadership within the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. (IRGC), do not recognize any political representation over their military control of Iran. This fracture within the political structure of Iran is what seems to create the conflict with U.S. negotiations with political entities the IRGC refuses to recognize.
President Trump is confident the presentation of terms now being discussed with Iranian political leadership will be agreeable to both Israel and U.S. interests. Additionally, President Trump discusses the issue and circumstances around former NTSC Director Joe Kent and his view on the controversy that have flowed since Kent’s resignation. WATCH:

Or maybe Linda from Green Valley, AZ.
But better that POTUS takes the credit…and the heat.
He took “radical leftist” from me on the old White House YouTube website during his first term. Though the term has existed for some time, I introduced the term on that forum and was the only one using it on the forum because everyone was else was so conditioned to use the term “liberal.”
But I exercised logic and correctly corresponded modern Democrat ideology with the proper nomenclature and began admonishing everyone to stop using “liberal” and use “radical leftist” instead on the site to get an accurate label for what the Democrats had become since the old word “liberal” no longer represented a correct correspondence with the classical liberal ideology and behavior of yesteryear.
President Trump read that forum regularly and saw my posts and at that time began to use the term instead of “liberal” and that is how “liberal” became “radical leftist” in the public square.
The downside was that it pissed off YouTube off so bad that right as the Biden administration came in, YouTube banned my account forever with a neat little full screen notice saying they didn’t want me on their site anymore. Since then, I’ve been a “guest.”
Ah, the good old days when the “liberals” had us shadow banned, canceled, censored, deplatformed, investigated, etc. for merely daring to lawfully exercise our natural human and First Amendment right to share opinions with respect to political speech in the public square.
If you’re correct that it was your idea, thank you!
It was, and you’re welcome.
This cannot be emphasized enough. Everyone seems to forget just how much oppression Americans were living under with regard to freedom of speech prior to The Donald’s election and how much things have changed since then because of him.
Or, perhaps great minds thought alike at the same time!
Linda from Green Valley called into the Clay and Buck show Friday and suggested the ICE idea. It’s fun (but not necessarily accurate) to think an ordinary American can create change in policy.
I dont understand the refetrence but weirdly enough i know a linda from green valley az. Could u explain it.
Sorry it was explained below.
Buck and Clay show stated the idea came from one of their callers from Calif.
I’m pretty sure the “idea” (and similar cunning strategem) came from the stellar AI model the staffers et.Al. are using to quickly suss out the best-laid options. Probably Musk’s or maybe Palantir’s or heck, maybe even good ol’ ChatGPT.
Whatever the model, I’m here for it! 😉👍Only problem I have is what happens if/when the Dems get in and start using it…just hoping that their arrogance and total lack of humility will prevent them from using such tech tools. After all, when you’re your own god, you don’t need no stinkin’ tools —except for us, the American people of course.
I would recommend they negotiate with the military leaders of Iran (IRGC).
Probably controlled by the Brits and, just like Boris Johnson told Ukraine they had to keep letting the Russians slaughter their men, they’ll be prevented from anything other than war.
I think they will just kill each other (with help from the people of Iran.)
That wouldn’t be very productive. They haven’t honored any agreement in the past, why would it be any different this time?
The IRGC is headed by true believers. We are all infidels to them. They will negotiate to buy time but they will never change course from their Islamic goals.
I sense the regime in Iran is negotiating for safe exit to another country, taking some of their $$ with them.
Let’s hope so.
Can’t negotiate with Insanity
we have with the democrats for a very long time.
It hasn’t been successful, though.
Yes. Ask if they want to be hung, shot, or blow up. The NAZI SS recruitment of the AraBs during WWII created monsters worse than the SS.
Yep, under Muzzie butcher Haj Amin al-Husseini, Mufti of Jerusalem whom the Brits wanted to hang twice, wanted by the Allies as a war criminal, sponsor of Arafat, creator of FATAH.
A real bastard. “Father of the Palestinians”, buddy of Eichman & Hitler, co-creator of the Nazi “Final Solution” to exterminate European Jews, founder of the SS Muslim Brigades in Albania & Bosnia…
*laughs in Irgun terrorist bombings*
Wrong verb, sunshine.
Eliminate, not negotiate, the IRGC military leaders
Negotiate with IRGC while A-10 and Apache helicopters flying overhead, and all ships have smooth sailing down the straights.
The IRGC are like the Nazi SS. They control half the Iranian economy (the infrastructure), the military, and the internal security, and they are vicious, redeemable. They must be eliminated, every last one of them.
Once we take over Kharg Island, we will control their income, and they can be destroyed. Iran can flourish without the IRGC.
Guessing you meant irredeemable.
And yes to that!
Oh rats! Yes, IRREDEEMABLE, and double!
Teh IRGC is no longer one cohesive group operating under one leader.
You’re likely correct.
But all of them are still operating, wherever they may be, under a death cult point of view.
…..but..but…..they all been kill….
Hard-sell negotiations
President Trump took aim at former National Counterterrorism Center Dir. Joe Kent after his resignation last week in protest of U.S. combat actions in Iran, criticizing his losses in Congress and personal conduct: “I’m not a fan of the guy…His wife was killed. He remarried fairly quickly…He ran for Congress, he lost..…They gave him a job in the White House and this is what he does to me.”
Well he loves Lindsay Graham, Rubio, Shapiro, levin etc who trashed him personally.
He’s hard to figure
You’re also hard to figure.
Not really. Most know what he is.
Yep, with a lot of sock puppets.
I don’t think he’s “hard to figure.”
geeeeez….Kitty..Kitty…is it you after Saturday’s party ????
you know Sundance should really limit the amount of times you can change your name on this site.
I know there is a WordPress plugin that Sundance could use to prevent that, but I don’t think he is using it. 😕
Differences of opinion are different than treason.
Having an idea is one thing. What you do with it is another thing.
He has decided to bow to the deep state, with no thought to how it’s going to ruin his legacy. Never, ever did Trump ever flip flop on his campaign promises in his first term. Now, there are hundreds of clips of him saying no new wars, no foreign intervention, etc and how he has broke with his principles.
Sure thing, Slick.
/s
Oh NOooooooooo!
“He remarried fairly quickly?”
Wow.
Sundancedo you think Tulsi Gabbard will be next to resign?
Seen some people suggesting that
Tulsi Gabbard is a warrior who presently works with President Trump; however, she is first and foremost a patriotic American meaning she will choose who to serve, when to serve and where to serve. She is driven within the spiritual world of the Bhagavad Gita. I respect her for this. Her future is not written.
no future is written
I’ve said this for years…..Always, always look who their spouse is if married….It’s so easy a Caveman can do it with 99.9% accuracy…..Joe Kent is the perfect example….Look at who the wife is……Goes for all the Politicians in Congress as well…
Joe Kent’s wife Heather Kaiser wrote for a left-leaning outlet whose editor reportedly received payments from sanctioned Iranian broadcaster
After Kent married Heather Kaiser he went on a roll 🙂
I seed what you did there.
So do I and it is approved.
cause she had some nice buns
Is she also making more dough?
They’re sure gonna knead it now!
That’s the yeast anyone would knead to do because of feeling deflated after being in the mix for awhile. Ciao!
And he was an enthusiastic Berbie Bro. Ugh.
Yes.
Applies as well to the Enemedia.
The relationships between those in that industry and those in the Obama WH was particularly sinister.
Maybe some of the smart ones here can explain what is going on.
I mean, in real talk.
Is the messaging from the WH one of “See what we can do? If you don’t want more, let’s talk”? Or is it “We bit off quite a hunk of a sh*t sandwich and we need a little time to adjust”?
I cannot tell, and I am not pretending to be coy; I don’t have a handle on our mission, our timeline, or our expectations.
I think the Big Picture is that the President wants some concession / guarantee from someone in Iran that the Islamic nut-bags are no longer calling the shots, this mission to wrap up, oil prices to stabilize and to put this latest victory abroad in the rear view mirror ASAP, because it’s time to focus on the midterms and this operation – as successful as it is – isn’t helping him at home.
I agree with your assessment of CCP involvement.
What happened to unconditional surrender? A “deal” implies conditions.
It all depends on what the “contents” of “the deal” are….kind of like when negotiating, to get everything you want…and having an end point of “what is the least one is going to accept”….
or defining one’s “victory”….
We will “wait and see”…..
God Bless America!
Main reason for “ceasefire” is the falling of the stock market. As great as a President DJT is, he takes great pride in a rising stock market. As soon as a downtrend starts, he will often say or do something to reverse the downtrend .
Pray and help others
Or…
In a previous post by SD with the interview of Admiral Cooper he quotes the Admiral as saying:
“They’re launching missiles and drones from populated areas and you need to stay inside for right now,” he said. “There will be a clear signal at some point, as the President has indicated, for you to be able to come out.”
Maybe the President is sending a message to the Iranian people, with the postponement of attacks on the power infrastucture, that it’s ok to come out now and protest.
(I’m assuming this is the “ceasefire” you are referring to.)
Launching missiles and drones from populated areas (under a hospital) is exactly what Hamas did for 20 years in Gaza.
The people need this to scavangenup food.and fuel then baxk in the cave if there is no.deal.
Absurd.
because of real situation on the on the ground…see pronews.eng…moonofalabama.org….www.whatdoesitmean.com….
“This is not just the 33-day war. This is a 33-year affair and we must put an end to it here and now!”
Mohsen Rezaei, former IRGC commander, lays out Iran’s conditions for ending the war:
1. Full compensation for all losses.
2. All economic sanctions lifted.
3. An international legal guarantee of US non-interference in Iranian affairs.
“Until then — this war continues.”

The losers always ask for ceasefire in a war. They want ceasefire in Ukraine and Iran, you know who.

In Atlantic City, after the State allowed casinos, Trump jumped in quick. He loved sporting events–ask Mike Tyson for verification. Trump and Mike are pals from those days.
Tyson is famous for his bobbing and weaving in the ring, then hitting his opponents with sledgehammer shots.
Note President Trump has been in the ring with Iran, hammering them and now bobbing and weaving.
Mike Tyson is a great, winning fighter–a true champion. Trump is no dummy in the rings where he fights…
Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to present the Heavyweight World of Change Champion…guess who?
Before or after “Trump Casino” declared bankruptcy? He was late to the casino game in AC. Resorts and caesars were the first 2 casinos when NJ allowed gambling in 1980. Those were the 2 that really made $.
The “terms” of unconditional surrender are simple: lay down your arms or face total annihilation. Just like we did with Japan at the end of WWII.
I do NOT understand what we are doing and what the goals are.
The goal is the achievement of “Greater Israel” (yes, it’s a thing). Join the club if you’re confused on how that nests within the US National Security Strategy.
It’s been very consistent: No nukes, no missiles, no projecting power beyond your border (aka sponsoring terrorism). Unconditional surrender means accepting those terms and probably includes accountability. Meanwhile, if the people want to take power from the Muslims, go for it.
I think it was Iran’s refusal during negotiations to do anything meaningful and Trump basically saying “before you could get away with that sh1t, but not with me.”
What makes you think you have the right to know what our strategy is? Shall we then share that strategy with the IRGC?
They don’t get to have nukes. Whatever it takes to achieve that, is our goal. Simple.
check..moonofalabama.org
So, you don’t listen to anything the President says, do you?
President Trump has clearly outlined his goals in multiple forums and in plain English.
Admiral Cooper and Secretary Hegseth have repeatedly explained those goals, as well as continually updating the American people on “what we are doing.”
Your lack of understanding baffles me.
anyone who has been following President Trump knows he will not annihilate a nation. He wants to end their weapons of destruction, stop them from being lord of the terrorists and let their people live safe lives. President Trump’s first concern is the lives of the innocent.
I was referring to the annihilation of the IRGC.
We only attack clearly military targets when there are no civilians in the vicinity. We don’t bomb power plants, water facilities, food warehouses supermarkets or population centers. It’s insane to start a war with lunatics and have 95% of the country off-limits for strikes. I don’t know how you can annihilate a country by blowing up trucks?
key word is annihilate. President Trump isn’t destroying the country, he eliminating the ability to overcome others.
The “trucks” are mobile missile launchers.
Re the Iran comments…
Diplomacy,
according to Winston Churchill, was to tell someone to go to hell in such a manner, that they look forward to the trip.
NUTS!
This man, Kent, was probably on his way out – fired “with cause” – but given a gracious chance to walk out under his own power. Unfortunately, he took the opportunity to fire a “cheap shot” that didn’t work. To be perfectly honest, no one cares what he thinks.
The Apprentice was a great bit of fictional television, and he obviously had great fun doing it (as did the actors who “took the fall …”), but that’s not how an experienced Chief Executive like Donald Trump ever actually works. Trump gave him an “off ramp,” and he blew it.
Thank you for pointing that out — too many people don’t understand the distinction between The Apprentice and The President of the United States.
You don’t get to be a bil(!)lionaire, in the very cut-throat business of high stakes real estate, if you do not know how to manage (ambitious …) people. You cannot get there on your own. You must build “layers of(!) ‘rising tides'” to lift your boat, and you must build an ambition-serving structure for each of them. Donald’s bil-lionaire empire is supported by plenty of mil-lionaires, who earned it.
You must also be honest, and ethical, in a world where everybody else is not. 🤡
I have all of Donald Trump’s books in hardcover. He (and his appointed ghost-writers …) was brilliant. Supremely readable texts which go straight to the point.
Actually, it seems most likely that his lawyer told him to put himself in the most sympathetic position possible for a DC jury. He’s facing possible charges, no?
That would be what his new wife wants as well.
I’m sure she wants to be able to go to the cocktail parties.
” You’re not doing a very good job! Can you believe it? I’m taking CNN over Newsmax!”
😂😂😂😂
That was funny!
However, whatever NewsMax did recently to annoy PDJT, I missed it… Tried to open the channel the other day on Roku and I think they wanted subscription money. Not happening!
The TRUTH of the matter is Iran checkmated President Trump over the 48 hours strike on their power infrastructure.
The Iranians unequivocally stated they will specifically target all of the desalination plants of the surrounding countries.
Some of these countries get up to 90% off their water from these plants.
This would cause a humanitarian crisis unlike the world has ever seen and the blame would be laid at President Trumps feet.
The smarter course of action is to back down on the threat and use another tactic.
Far better and safer would be for the US military to block all of Irans oil leaving their oil island until they agree to our terms.
This would financially cripple the terror regime and wouldn’t harm hundreds of millions of innocents.
Gee, with all your knowledge, you’re wasting your time posting on the internet. Why not call President Trump and tell him what to do? You know, help him out with what you call “checkmate.”
But I understand your problem. The President might not be interested in taking your call. Maybe you could run for office and after you get elected, you could try fixing whatever you don’t approve of at that time? Although that does sound a bit difficult and like a lot of work. (Ask President Trump. He and his family know.)
Well, I guess you’re right: It’s a lot easier to lob s*** from the sidelines than to actually do anything.
Your snark doesn’t change the truth. And the first sign of low intelligence and lack of knowledge is people that respond to comments with base name calling rather than intelligently responding to the facts of the comment.
You have done both.
Why not add something constructive to the conversation instead of acting like a Karen?
And what”truth would that be, genius?
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/03/iran-threatens-wipe-middle-east-water-supply-including/
Read this while you play with your guitar.
considering you just started your reply with a cheap attack and again I ask how do you know what Iran said? Were you there or was it on CNN?
Go back and actually read what I wrote using CRITICAL thinking skills. Read it slowly and several times so you can comprehend it.
There is no cheap attack.
I stated facts.
Use your common sense to know how I know that if Iran destroys the desalination plants as they have threatened it will cause a humanitarian crisis.
It’s also now WIDELY reported President Trump is sending 3,000 paratroopers over there.
It’s obvious to the least intelligent he is now getting them in place to secure Irans oil Island rather than destroy their power plant infrastructure.
Let me be blunt. You don’t own “the truth.”
You are behaving as a backseat driver when as a country our driver is trying to stop us from going over a cliff and yet you have the strange idea that you don’t need to support our effort. Instead of doing something constructive, you prefer to scream that the driver is doing it all wrong.
What you’re doing is not helpful, neither the screaming or your rigid idea that you own “the truth.”
and you know all this how?
Using common sense and critical thinking skills.
Well the Mullahs are in a lot of trouble at this point. There’s absolutely no Escape – President Trump 🇺🇸
Nope, Iran has already targeted a desalination plant in Bahrain with drones so the idea that the US are unaware of the Iranian escalation ladder’s obvious reactive rungs is somewhat naive, though it does conveniently play into the ‘President hasn’t really thought this through’, angle pushed by the MSM. What it did do is further isolate the regime with its neighbours, set a clock running to force predicted reactions from the Iranians and also reinforce the attempt to internally isolate the IRGC.
The TSA was and is the most expensive and stupid boondoggle some government idiot ever thought up. I ask you why do we have TSA? Answer duh 9/11 stupid. Oh ya, let’s see we had two solutions. Solution number one, secure the cockpit from being taken over, cost maybe $100,000,000.00 one time cost. Solution number two, the current rubegolberg nightmare which has cost U.S. trillion of dollars and rising and sure to get me condemned hired thousands of DEI people. Also trillions of human life hours waiting in stupid lines. I remember when you bought a ticket with no I’d and cash and carrried a gun on the plane with no problems. There is even a Perry Mason episode where a passenger drops a revolver an Mason picks it up and hands it back to him. The fear is not losing a plane, no matter what precautions are taken, ask any navy seal it could be done. It the fear of another twin towers. That initial cost was a few billion to rebuild and trillions since needlessly. Secure the cockpit and one or two other precautions. Remember the Malaysia flight, an insane pilot could do damage.
My white middle-aged heterosexual husband was hired in the first wave of TSA agents at the end of 2001. He joined at the beginning out of a sense of wanting to serve his country again after 9/11 (he’s a Vietnam veteran) — that work ethic was the norm at the beginning. He saw the beginning of the end when the employees decided to unionize, followed by the decision to “hire(d) thousands of DEI people.” There were quotas for hiring minorities, lesbians, etc. He worked there for 6 years before resigning to start his own company. It became an extremely toxic workplace, and he finally left in disgust — very few of the original agents remained by then, having been replaced by affirmative action hires.
They pick on old people now. I despise them.
I have never seen them “pick” on old people and I travel quite a lot. What you’re repeating is simply an old wives tale like MacDonald’s coffee is better than Starbucks. It isn’t and nobody has ever been murdered or assaulted in Starbucks. 🤔
I recently went thru TSA at the very crowded Ft. Lauderdale airport. Now I have white hair but am pretty fit for an ol’ lady. I was surprised when the first female (btw, white) TSA agent actually smiled at me as I approached. Then right after, the male TSA agent (white again), motioned for me to go thru an alternate metal detector machine and said “this way, SWEETIE”, with a big smile! Wow, never had such gracious treatment by TSA agents, especially with such busy lines to deal with.
They’ve been doing that all along. I remember being in an airport about 10 years ago, and they were really harassing an elderly lady. It was to the point where a few of us spoke up and told them to back off. Real a-holes.
I say it every time through the line.. TSA = Thousands Standing Around
Securing the cockpit doesn’t stop a terrorist from boarding unchecked and blowing-up an airliner with 300 passengers and crew!
You obviously have no idea what your talking about quoting Perry Mason as a source. TSA is paid for by a small fee on airline tickets therefore it’s paid by the people who fly not by taxpayers. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get through TSA Pre screening. It’s $165 for five years. TSA is the best bargain in the federal government.
5 years from now when the IRGC has even more sophisticated and capable ICBMs and probably nukes, we will realize what an expensive waste of blood and treasure this turned out to be. Sadly.
Yeah, we shouldn’t defend ourselves now because it will only make the psychotic Mohammedans who are committed to destroying Israel and the USA mad 🙄
Anything other than the complete removal of the IRGC/mullahcracy means wash / rince/ repeat every few years. Only the next time they’re probably won’t be a US president with the wherewithal to do this, and also in the meantime who knows what other situations may develop IE China.
Five years ago if the jug-eared kenyan hadnt given eye-ran pallets of cash, we wouldnt be in this “sad expensive waste of blood”.
Put things in perspective
Five years from now and after overthrowing the IRGC (the clerics seem to have already given up), the people of Iran will be well on their way to re-establishing the vibrant and open society they had before the lunatics took over. And this time it will be a society where they are truly in control from the top down.
The Iranian people have proven their abilities (check their history) and very shortly they’ll be in charge again, making the Middle East and the world all the better through their efforts.
You can join the IDF and continue the fight!
How were the Nazi’s doing in 1950?
“We just ordered 22 more B2 bombers, by the way. The modern ones.”
B-21 Raiders.
Thank you.
This IRGC taking over from the Ayatollahs looks extremely like what was prophesied in Daniel 8.
Daniel 8 describes a ram, which pretty solidly has always been associated with Iran, with two horns (ie “kings / rulers “), one growing up slower than the other but ending up stronger than the other (horns are kings, length refers to the power of the ruler).
What we would be looking out for next is this ram launching out or attacking out from its position north, west, and south, which Iran IS currently doing, but there is not a land army aspect yet.
Ultimatums, followed by talks, are a way to buy time until the Marines get there.
Congrats you’re one of the few intelligent commenters on here recently. He’s also calming the markets. I’d put the odds any real progress is being negotiated at almost zero
Which is why the Iranians don’t recognize the “ceasefire” rhetoric as legit. You may not like them… but they are not dumb people…
Also, Israel will continue the attacks in Iran and Lebanon. While we are doing a ceasefire?
How is this a ceasefire if we are working with Israel? Maybe I am complicating things…🤔
The IRGC are now having a witch hunt for who talked. Of course.
Well the Mullahs are in trouble. Just saying 🇺🇸
You have to kill the entirety of the IRGC first… they’re the ones with all the guns and rockets… not a trivial task.
This is about Right.. The US has its foot Up in Iran’s butt…
Makes sense. Much of our govt is at odds with the executive, the military and the ic. I guess it shouldntbe a surprise that other countries have similar severe divisions.
Bibi has in some respects become the Zelensky of the middle east.
His continued existence in power increasingly depends on continued conflict.
As PDJT seeks a peaceful end, expect continued divergence.
Bibi needs to go into exile.
Doesn’t sound like ‘divergence’ to me. They are working together, and well.
“His continued existence in power increasingly depends on continued conflict.”
Perfect summation. Divergence is here.
“We will safeguard our vital interests in any agreement.”
That may be a translation or simply somebody’s interpretation, not sure… but it’s not the actual English wording posted on X from the PM’s office. Yes, individual words and placement of individual words matter…
For the record, I DO believe Netanyahu’s “under all circumstances” SHOULD BE interpreted as “in any agreement”… but that’s my opinion.
So, how is it a ceasefire if Israel continues to attack during the 5 day period? Iran will
also continue to fire if they are being fired upon.
What am I missing?
It’s not a ceasefire, only a “5-day pause” from the U.S. side… with the idea (presumably, but who knows) that that provides an entry point to start negotiating a formal ceasefire. So the beginning of the beginning of the beginning of the end… or something.
Of course, wrt. Iran, Israel will take it right up to the midnight hour, as they did last summer. Also, an actual ceasefire with Iran has no bearing on Israel’s invasion of southern Lebanon… so that’s another complicating factor.
Thank you for the reply. It just didn’t sound like Israel was joining the “pause”, so
I wasn’t sure how it would work….
It’s not a ceasefire in any sense of the word. Both countries are still hitting Iran. It’s a pause on the planned attacks on ENERGY
We have 20,000 Iranian students enrolled in our most prestigious technical, scientific and medical colleges and universities some of whom are studying nuclear power. Bibi may have to start bombing Boston, Hartford, San Francisco and Oakland if he wants to get all of them.
“My life is deals that’s all I do are deals my whole life.” – President Trump. Amen and Amen!
My head is spinning try to keep up with all the changes back and forth.
Here’s what’s likely going on. The president is making it seem like there are ongoing negotiations to calm the markets, and making it seem like someone in the Iranian government is negotiating without having the authority to do so. It’s a psyop, or it’s to set up an internal coup.
Notice how quickly oil prices changed with the prospect of a deal? He’s also sticking to the core demands. If they don’t budge he escalates and points to the fact they tried but refused to compromise
Always(!) remember: “The Fog of War.” Also: “Propaganda.” The military management of public expectations. The recognition that this directly affects your enemy’s perceptions and therefore his future positions. And that you, also, are (necessarily …) left in the same boat. You cannot be supplied with the “real-time battle truth” that you crave. “Loose Lips Sink Ships.”
All of this is happening “in real time.” And “the Home Front” is every bit as important as “the Battle Front.” What’s different now is that everybody’s got a smart-phone . . .
So, sit back and keep feeding meat to your Suspicious Cat.™ It’s always been this way, since the dawn of War, and it always will be.
Does that apply to Israel too ?
The IRGC is the Iranian regime.
5-Day Pause:
Chance to see if there really is a viable resistance movement … since they were told to stay home while the US and IDF were attacking … as well as assess who the competing entities are to be in-charge.
If somebody is in charge … a negotiated end game would be preferred, if possible.
Chance for US Forces to; reassess, target, rest, resupply and rearm.
Chance to expose the Financial Puppet Masters wagging the market based on headlines only.
I think that it is unrealistic to expect this at this time. One day, Historians will be writing about this “in retrospect.” However, this time has not yet come . . . We’re in the middle of it.
OK and 5-Day operational pause is unrealistic … to accomplish the list above???
How so????
It’s not an operational pause in any sense of the word just not attacking energy infrastructure
At one point in time, the IRGC recognized Ali Khamenei and took their orders from him. The issue now is that no one has legitimately taken his place, and even leaders in the IRGC themselves have been ‘eliminated’. The IRGC is now basically a localized, splintered and rogue organization that cannot enter into any legitimate agreements, as they no longer speak with one voice.
The only thing that I can right now comfortably say – even though I also have no idea how the chips will finally fall – is that “the next Supreme Leader of Iran” will not be: “A Mullah named Kahmeini!”
Stay tuned.
The New Yorker had a pro-IRGC article published this week, advising that President Trump calls Reza Pahlavi a ‘loser prince’. MSM is beyond corrupt at this point.

The majority of the oil that left the Persian Gulf has made it to the refineries by now. The drainage of the world’s strategic oil reserves will soon begin in earnest. Pick your poison in regard to the daily drawdown from those strategic oil reserves. For my part I suspect a conservative 10 million barrels per day drain is close to the mark. It could a bit more than that. I’m not going to speculate much further than 50 million barrel drawn down in the next five days and another 150 million barrels of oil drawn down on the basis that it will take another 15 days to get the Persian Gulf oil flowing back to the refineries again. How long before panic sets in. How long can the Trump Administration obfuscate and dither while the world economy is rapidly heading towards hell in a hand-basket.

Trump is just giving the democrats a chance to get a junket to Iran. Then, once they land …?
From Al Jazeera, tomorrow over there….:

A few middle east news outlets are reporting the same.
So what is the objective of all this? Being Lent, I have had the news on more of a back burner so don’t know all the intracasies. I do know when POTUS first announced it he gave a bit of a history lesson of the last 47 years as if this is has been a war all this time and he is going to finish it. So is that the objective. Or was it too ensure Iran doesn’t get nukes (but didn’t Midnight Hammer achieve that?) I thought I heard something also about never having to worry about the Strait of Hormuz being threatened again. So was *that* the goal?
Whichever one is the goal, are we going finally be at the point where we don’t have to worry about these Middle East dust ups screwing up our tranquility, energy access and economics? Because for all our independence it always affects us too I don’t want to keep going through this every few years.
The goal is being able to slowly retreat from the ME, leaving Israel surrounded, for the first time, with countries, or proxies, who do not want to destroy it.
The goal is to force the Europeans to stop pretending they are anything more than decrepit nations, governed by puppets, who are close to their spending limit on Uncle Sam’s card, and need to make radical choices, if they wish credit to be extended.
The goal is to end the Ukraine War by imposing the real costs of its continuation on those who wish to see a perpetual conflict, in the hopes that they can achieve its original goals of destroying Putin.
The goal is to peg back China’s expansion in the region and to remove the subsidised sources of energy that fuels that growth, and crucially show its population that the government lied to them, by demonstrating it’s a military paper-tiger.
The goal is to dismantle BRICS, brick by brick, and retain the supremacy of the petro-dollar.
The goal is to confront the people of Iran, and its neighbours and the international community with the reality that the IRGC run the country for their own benefit, talking to the Government is useless and therefore progress can only be made if they are removed. This is why they are targeting mid-level commanders with PSYOPS, stressing that the IRGC are in bunkers, whilst the rank and file are getting bombed, and taking out the tools of internal suppression.
The goal is to show the world that America is still the world’s only military super-power, capable of projecting unrivalled power and that alliances with it are two way affairs.
There are domestic goals as well, but they’ll become visible once this operation has concluded.
Correction:
President Trump announced a five day pause in plans to strike Iran’s main power infrastructure.
He did not announce a pause in strikes, which are ongoing.
He did just about everything short of spelling out indications of discussions with Iranians poised to take forward action to replace the Islamic Regime with the well- developed and well-publicized but still largely ignored Plan for Prosperity that is designed to facilitate the transition phase of government.
For those seeking additional fact-based perspectives on what’s taking place in and because of the President’s courageous handling of Operation Epic Fury I recommend this quick read of today’s Coffee & Covid post.

“corporate media is worse than useless. So it’s time for another Iran war roundup— except this time, it’s so much bigger than Iran. We’re connecting the dots from Iran to every other major global problem. What corporate media is reporting as five separate crises —the Hormuz standoff, the Palestinian reversal, the Gaza peace deal, the Ukraine negotiations, and the European energy crisis— are actually five pressure points in a single, breathtaking strategic play. And nobody is connecting the dots.”
Mahyar Tousi said today, that President Trump was asked by the King, Reza Pahlavi, to not strike the power plants and infrastructure. So the deadline passed, as the President respected his wishes. I can’t think of anyone else, at this point, who should represent Iran. So if that is true, it is fine.
The TSA is solely responsible for screening passengers with checked and carry-on baggage at 450+ U.S. airports.
From TSA’s beginning, this responsibility should have been turned over to the US Coast Guard. The Coast Guard is currently maritime, it’s military and it’s a multi-mission service. It already operates under the Department of Homeland Security.
Its maritime law enforcement mission can be expanded to aviation. Its procedure & process oriented as well as military, therefore, lapses of judgment, decorum or ability by a Coast Guard screener can be reviewed & dealt with immediately. No union related encumbrances.
