Peter Thiel is well known for his PayPal startup and later Palantir tech investment. Most people now have a better understanding of exactly what Palantir software and AI interface are capable of. Palantir AI is now established as a core military system, and the suite of associated products have both military and commercial applications.
At its core, the Palantir product line is about interfacing AI with surveillance software; behavior stuff that permits surveillance and targeting systems through massive database cross referencing and actionable targeting. I’ll leave the rest of the explaining to those in the comments section who have followed the developing technology.
For his latest endeavor, Peter Thiel has now invested $2 billion in a New Zealand (think five-eyes) based company that assists cattle ranchers with their herds. “New Zealand-based Halter has secured funding at a $2 billion valuation from Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, marking one of the highest-profile venture investments in agricultural AI to date. The startup, which manufactures AI-powered collars that autonomously manage cattle movement and behaviour, now operates across more than 5,000 farms globally.” (READ MORE) – AND WATCH:
This is WILD.
Peter Thiel just bet $2 billion on a collar that wraps around a cow’s neck.
The company is called Halter and it has a proprietary algorithm that runs the entire operation.
They actually trademarked the name for it and called it the Cowgorithm and here’s how it… https://t.co/jX1SVwjNs0 pic.twitter.com/JKVvQXybsC

Stay with me, this might start to sound odd.
Here’s the explanation of Halter, as it directly relates to the cattle and cow industry:
“Peter Thiel just bet $2 billion on a collar that wraps around a cow’s neck. The company is called Halter and it has a proprietary algorithm that runs the entire operation. They actually trademarked the name for it and called it the Cowgorithm and here’s how it works.
A farmer opens an app, taps a button, and 600,000 cows across three countries start walking toward the milking station on their own. No farm dogs, fences or physical labor, it’s just a solar-powered GPS collar sending sound and vibration cues to each animal.”
“The collar does more than move cows around. It monitors digestion, fertility cycles, and health patterns in real time, 24 hours a day, using machine learning trained on the behavior of hundreds of thousands of animals.
Halter was founded by a rocket engineer who built spacecraft at Rocket Lab before deciding that farming was the bigger unsolved problem. US ranchers alone have already used the technology to build over 11,000 miles of virtual fencing, roughly the full perimeter of the continental United States, saving an estimated $220 million in physical fencing costs.
Halter’s previous funding round valued the company at $1 billion. This new round, led by Thiel’s Founders Fund, doubles that valuation to $2 billion before the new money even hits the account. And they charge farmers between $5 and $8 per animal per month on a subscription model, meaning the more cows they collar, the more locked-in the revenue becomes.
The most powerful venture capitalist on earth just decided that the future of food and farming runs through an algorithm named after a cow.” (SOURCE)
Peter Thiel’s prior developmental products are all based around human behavioral sciences. Geolocation, predictive analysis, consumer patterns, behavior patterns, targeting, and the streamlined assembly of mass surveillance systems such as Palantir facial recognition software connected to identity tracking and tracing.
Why would Peter Thiel be shifting to animal behavioral sciences. Yes, there is a strong marketable product that could ultimately make cattle ranching and cow farming much more efficient and productive.
However, overlay the Halter system on cows with the Palantir system on people. Replace the cow with a human.
Let me explain what a $2 billion “cow collar” actually is 👇
They put an AI collar on a cow. It tracks location. Health. Movement. Behavior. Every second of every day.
A farmer opens an app. Draws a line on a map. That line becomes a fence.
No physical fence. No wall. Nothing visible.
When the cow gets close to the boundary.. the collar vibrates. The cow turns around. Within 10 days the animal doesn’t even test the boundary anymore. It just stays inside.
700,000 animals are already wearing them.
They called it a “cowgorithm.” They want you to laugh at it.
Now read the technology again without the word cow..
24/7 GPS tracking on every individual. Real time health and behavior monitoring. Invisible boundaries drawn from a phone. Movement controlled through vibration and sound. Subject learns compliance within days.
$2 billion. And guess who led the investment…
Peter Thiel. The same man who built Palantir. CIA backed surveillance from day one. The same man who just got a $10 billion Pentagon contract to run AI inside the military.
His entire career is building systems that track and control. Now he’s funding a collar that does exactly that.
They’re not investing in farming. The farming is the test. (SOURCE)
Where did the most aggressive testing of COVID-19 population control systems, and COVID-19 vaccination compliance take place? Australia and New Zealand. Five-Eyes countries.
Sound crazy?
So did this at the time:
Palantir at $150 to $200 before the '26 midterms.

Our tech devices are our collars – phones, internet-enabled cars, SmartHomes, Alexa/Siri, social feeds, AI assistants, etc. We fence ourselves in.
Exactly.
Your smartphone is already your electronic bracelet and you pay for it.
And you like it.
Replace H.A.L. with Google!
MY first thought at reading the first general description of the collar was the collars the clones wore in Cloud Atlas.
Or maybe Running Man
Will the cow collars for us humans be made of silk and tied with a double Windsor knot? Or maybe a string of cultured smart pearls for the ladies?
Why not simply add a Neuralink behavioral app to those electrodes Elon is implanting in our brains?
My daughter and son-in-law are already wearing on their fingers smart rings that monitor their pulse, stress levels, sleep deprivation and overall emotional and physical well-being. And Alexa is just like a member of their family.
Am I the only one creeped out by all this?
You are not.
LionTigerBear
Nope!
No! You are not the only one. The Bible says ALL CREATION GROANS, even the animals.
Think of tiny, computer chip, for all intents invisible, imbeded beneath the skin of the left hand or the forehead.
Sound familiar?
After reading this article, I realized the “cowgorithm” has already been deployed in my rural county. We have a dairy farmer with a herd of 1500 milking cows that are monitored by a computer. The cows enter the barn to be milked on their own up to a limit that is established in the computer. The computer tracks their health, monitors their feed and determines the number of times each particular cow has been milked on a particular day. I don’t know if they use the computer to establish a virtual fence as I have not been to the dairy farm to observe the operation, but I want to now after reading this article!
Just this week we were fascinated to watch an East European tractor driver ploughing a Scottish field.
He was unable to turn the tractor to plough the headland as he had difficulty programming the cab computer to tell him in which direction to go.
Mind you he got the twenty acres done in a morning.
A hundred years ago it would take a ploughman an his two horses about a week to get it done.
Progress I suppose.
The Chinese are probably positively gleeful.
Just think what this can do for their human organ harvesting industry.
Forget the Chinese, think American citizens.
The next step, it’s you.
Like people, cattle don’t need oversight…
I mentioned the Chillingham cattle yesterday as the only wild cattle in Britain.
I need to correct myself.
There are also the cattle of Swona.
Swona is a small uninhabited island in the Pentland Firth, off the north coast of Scotland, between Orkney and the mainland. It was farmed until 1974, when the last residents left.
They left the cattle behind.
Not intentionally. The cattle couldn’t be shipped off easily, and they were left with the expectation that someone would return.
Nobody returned.
The cattle have been entirely unmanaged since 1974.
Fifty years.
No veterinary care. No supplementary feed. No winter housing. No worming. No human intervention of any kind.
The Pentland Firth is one of the most ferocious tidal straits in the world. The weather on Swona is what you’d expect from a small island in the North Atlantic between two significant landmasses that disagree about where the water should go.
The cattle are fine.
They have self-selected for hardiness over fifty years. The weaker animals don’t survive. The genetics that remain are the genetics that can handle Swona in January.
They have developed observable social structures, seasonal behaviour patterns, and apparent self-medication through plant selection.
The Chillingham herd has 750 years.
The Swona herd has 50.
Neither asked for management.
Both are getting along without it.
The cattle do not require us as much as the argument requires them to.

They’re coming for our 🐈.
They’re coming for our 🐕.
Now they’re coming for our 🐄
They already have us– 🤳📱🤯!
Ha, Ha – Ho, Ho – Hee, Hee! Just as the funny farm, er, Dr. Frankenstein predicted.
We are at a point where fiction meets reality. Really.
Kind of glad that I’m old and won’t have to suffer the consequences of this UNgodly madness.
We are getting closer and closer to a dystopian world. Not sure I want to be around for that.
Dystopian world, we’re already there.
The running computer, the Tesla, the ring doorbell, the surveillance cameras announced for road traffic…. and so many others.
Smile, you are filmed. Your behavior is studied and this is already in place in shopping centers, supermarkets…
And you deliberately alienate yourself with tools that you pay for.
Without forgetting the Meta tools that analyze you when you are behind your keyboard
My brother was saying they now have analytics that track your eye movements as you walk in and about the store. They then match it to what you purchase to better determine where and how to display merch.
I mean Jesus too.
Get anchored in Him,
then keep going.
The rest are small details on a short ride.

The level of idiocy to put a collar around a cow with WIFI in it is beyond comprehension. Not going to mention who my teacher is to protect their identity, but it has been found that a woman who uses a cell phone while she is pregnant actually harms the baby. So I guess this must be an all female herd that a male wouldn’t want to mate with anyway. The collar sounds like a death sentence. But isn’t it fun to see how technology can control things.
The house I live in was flooded once and was filled with mold which took a lot of work clean out of the house and my system. When I tell technicians that I can’t use WIFI in my house because it makes the mold grow they look at me like I’m a real nut job. But then they look it up and find that this is demonstrably so. Just another tidbit I learned from the same person mentioned above.
At this point I don’t think I’m imagining that JD has an invisible collar around his neck. He knows it, and allowed them to put that albatross around his neck. I’m positive President Trump knows this too. Is that why JD was put in charge of the fraud, waste, and abuse commission? I’m laughing.
I’m guessing he is caught between a rock and a hard place. If
He can’t uncover waste and fraud then he is the bad guy and his presidential hopes go down the drain.
If he does a good job with it he betrays his handlers . I think President Trump is weeding out the rats .
Might make it quicker to round up and deport illegal aliens. And no need to finish the wall, if it gives you an invisible one…
At least it isn’t lab grown meat.
“Palantir is People!”
If I was classifying this technology for export to a foreign government, my first assumption would be it is a dual use technology, i.e., can serve beneficial roles in society but can also be used for military or authoritarian control applications.
From a beneficial perspective, this technology could be a disruptive technology in veterinary epidemiology, the study of the patterns, causes, and effects of diseases in animal populations. One must identify disease patterns before one can develop strategies for animal disease control and prevention.
A topic that does not get the adequate attention is the fight against biological warfare targeting our food supply. Any technology that would allow for the near real-time detection of symptoms of reportable disease or identify the presence of symptoms of an unknown illness in a large group of animals and then automatically report this information would enhance our ability to protect our nation’s food supply against attack by adverse adversaries.
Our current animal health reporting system relies upon State animal health officials to report, on a monthly basis, the occurrence of confirmed reportable diseases occurring in U.S. livestock, avian, and other species.
Before a State official can report this information, a biological sample must be collected and sent to a laboratory for analysis, laboratory results are sent to the veterinarian who submitted the sample, the veterinarian reports the results to State animal health officials, who enter the information into a State animal health reporting database, and finally this information is reported and entered into the federal system. At this point, a preliminary veterinary epidemiology analysis can be performed. During this extended time frame, animal pathogens can spread from animal to animal across a wide region. A good example is avian flu and the need to cull chickens within a designated region. As we all experienced, the result was a significant shortage of a common agricultural product, “Eggs.”
The current animal health reporting federal system was never designed to identify acts of agroterrorism in a timely manner. It was originally designed to detect the spread of naturally occurring animal pathogens from a single point of origin and not pathogens that have been strategically dispersed by an adversary. This weakness can be exploited by adversaries, e.g., China.
It is known that China is using their biotechnology sector to develop potential biological weapons. There are recent examples of Chinese nationals illegally possessing biological agents, the disclosure in 2022 of unlicensed laboratory containing biological materials (pathogens?) in a California residential neighborhood and 2025 DOJ announcement of two Chinese nationals smuggling a fungus that could be used as an agroterrorism weapon.
For further background information on China and the use of biological weapons, I included a link to the article “DID CHINA JUST VIOLATE THE BIOLOGICAL WARFARE CONVENTION?.” This article was published in Articles of War, a United States Military Academy publication. https://lieber.westpoint.edu/did-china-just-violate-biological-warfare-convention/
From a military or authoritarian control applications perspective, simply substitute a few words from the following phrase lifted from the press release points and Sundance’s concern is warranted and frightening!
Unfortunately, the use of AI technology (no collars) to track a population and “target people for elimination” has recently occurred on a regional scale. Its use was not mentioned in the MSM. However, an article did appear in Articles of War.
The article, “Military Use of Biometrics Series – Israel’s Use of AI-DSS and Facial Recognition Technology: The Erosion of Civilian Protection in Gaza” was written by a progressive European academic. The article does have a leftist slant but I found the information presented in the article to be frightening. https://lieber.westpoint.edu/israels-use-ai-dss-facial-recognition-technology-erosion-civilian-protection-gaza/
Although I don’t want to think the system described in the article, or a variant, would ever be turned against the American public, I also realize what occurred during Spy Gate and how elements of the government turned against American citizens who were in DC on January 6.
I don’t know what is more frightening, an AI based technology trained using left slanted data that tracks and controls our population or a government staffed with hundreds of thousands of far left ideologues tracking and controlling our population.
The sage, Sundance, shows the moon, others look at the finger.
🤣
Will it be made “illegal” to wear a “GPS Signal Jammer” ?
Someone asked me what I thought about A.I. and the future of technology.
My answer was pretty simple. AT ANY TIME, you can UNPLUG.
I’ve always felt that my smart phone was a ball and chain, even when it was useful to check the weather or message with family.
In a way, it is comforting to me that I can unplug everything. I’m just not going to comply with the “beast system”. But then again, I didn’t comply with the C-19 nonsense from the get go. I was shocked at how many people did. Really shocked. The Plandemic was definitely a test to see who could be fear mongered or threatened into compliance. Nope.
Regarding cattle – I absolutely refuse to pin an I.D. in my cattle’s ears, much less would I put e-collars on them. Heck, I won’t even microchip my dogs. Nope. It’s always about “the greater good”, isn’t it?
I don’t recall seeing anything about “the greater good” in the enumerated and stated powers of government in any founding documents; Did I miss something?
Didn’t take anywhere near $2 billion —–
It’s just another variation on the Invisible Fence for dogs that is being designed and beta tested for humans. Kinda takes all that bucolic romance out of ranching and farming… . Wake up folks.
Does the damn thing control FARTS 💨 ?
Ready? 3, 2, 1 The Mark of the Beast.
Queensland Australia (5 Eyes) has a National Livestock Identification System (NLIS).
All livestock must have an ID tag.
Livestock can only be moved between properties registered with a Property Identification Code.
All movements must be recorded….
…for our safety.
We are almost there.
We are putting RFID (radio frequency identifying) tags in cattle and they want to make you tag them at birth.
If they try to put us in a Cattle Car, we rebel.
So instead, they came up with a way to put the Cattle Car in us: the COVID VAXX.
We reject their 15-Minute Cities, so they’re practicing with 15-Minute Farms.
But we say that our Lord Jesus is our Good Shepherd, and a stranger’s voice we will not heed, Hallelujah!
John 10
1 Jesus said, “It is certainly true that when a man enters the sheep pen, he should use the gate. If he climbs in some other way, he is a robber. He is trying to steal the sheep. 2 But the man who takes care of the sheep enters through the gate. He is the shepherd. 3 The man who guards the gate opens the gate for the shepherd. And the sheep listen to the voice of the shepherd. He calls his own sheep, using their names, and he leads them out. 4 He brings all of his sheep out. Then he goes ahead of them and leads them. The sheep follow him, because they know his voice. 5 But sheep will never follow someone they don’t know. They will run away from him, because they don’t know his voice.”
6 Jesus told the people this story, but they did not understand what it meant.
7 So Jesus said again, “I assure you, I am the gate for the sheep. 8 All those who came before me were thieves and robbers. The sheep did not listen to them. 9 I am the gate. Whoever enters through me will be saved. They will be able to come in and go out. They will find everything they need. 10 A thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But I came to give life—life that is full and good.
11 “I am the good shepherd, and the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. 12 The worker who is paid to keep the sheep is different from the shepherd. The paid worker does not own the sheep. So when he sees a wolf coming, he runs away and leaves the sheep alone. Then the wolf attacks the sheep and scatters them. 13 The man runs away because he is only a paid worker. He does not really care for the sheep.
14-15 “I am the shepherd who cares for the sheep. I know my sheep just as the Father knows me. And my sheep know me just as I know the Father. I give my life for these sheep. 16 I have other sheep too. They are not in this flock here. I must lead them also. They will listen to my voice. In the future there will be one flock and one shepherd.”
Amen!
sending sound and vibration cues to each animal.”
It’s a shock collar.😉 But why go into detail🤷🏻♂️
I have raised cows (cow-calf operation) since 1977. I’ve got a life-sized picture of trying to round up a herd in a 2000 acre pasture with only ‘Halter’ virtual cross-fencing. Sounds like a plan dreamed up by a Harvard MBA grad who has never been out of Massachusetts. Or maybe a dairy farmer who sees all of his cows twice a day. Run this plan by some guys at Texas A&M, see what they say.
Just a thought
“Well, uhh….if I’m not doing anything wrong…uhhh…then what’s the prob??”/s
I truly believe its closer now than any other point in history:
Could also be used to keep the beef from the rest of us, should starvation level conditions occur. No more un-inventoried cows. One button push, they all walk away. He who controls the food supply…
Something extremely fishy about this. I don’t like it. I say, strongly, LEAVE OUR FOOD SUPPLY ALONE, DAMMIT! First the Boer shots that have cows dropping dead; next mRNA is all animals vaxes. JUST SAY NO!!
Now we know what will be used to “collar the humans” to comply. I’m guessing a hidden phone app that triggers the vax nanotech.
Not defending Thiel but he actually owns a ranch there and is a citizen of New Zealand. Maybe not everything is a conspiracy.
I don’t think they’ll ever use a cowgorithm to vibrate a collar and tell us where to go.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, my phone is vibrating, it looks like I have to head to a meeting…
I’d rather deal with stock dogs. They’re trustworthy.
