Peter Thiel is well known for his PayPal startup and later Palantir tech investment. Most people now have a better understanding of exactly what Palantir software and AI interface are capable of. Palantir AI is now established as a core military system, and the suite of associated products have both military and commercial applications.
At its core, the Palantir product line is about interfacing AI with surveillance software; behavior stuff that permits surveillance and targeting systems through massive database cross referencing and actionable targeting. Stay with me, this might start to sound odd.
Here’s the explanation of Halter, as it directly relates to the cattle and cow industry:

Peter Thiel’s prior developmental products are all based around human behavioral sciences. Geolocation, predictive analysis, consumer patterns, behavior patterns, targeting, and the streamlined assembly of mass surveillance systems such as Palantir facial recognition software connected to identity tracking and tracing.
Why would Peter Thiel be shifting to animal behavioral sciences. Yes, there is a strong marketable product that could ultimately make cattle ranching and cow farming much more efficient and productive.
However, overlay the Halter system on cows with the Palantir system on people. Replace the cow with a human.

I think we can’t assume it will be quite that easy. For example. your smart phone, your internet and cell connection. your utility. all of those things ‘right now” are relatively passive. you can use them as you wish, and there isn’t much that can be done to dissalow you to travel, communicate, and think. Outside of the everyday hoovering of your information that is. We know surveillance happens already. But it’s relatively passive compared to what is actually possible.
Let say the monitoring of you and perhaps someone that you know or associated with becomes “of interest”. Then you might start getting weird unexplainable “interference”. can’t make the call. house lights flicker. maybe power goes out…just you…everyone else in the neighborhood has lights. you don’t. your car won’t start. Your credit cards stop working…banking becomes exceedingly difficult. Police show up on some vague “welfare” check. These might seem unrealistic, because this does not happen. But it could. And that is the entire point. putting a harness or a halter around your neck isn’t necessary to influence your decisions. All it takes is to weaponize the surveillance networks.
like for instance, exactly what happened to President Trump. He was targeted by the most secretive surveillance and it WAS NOT PASSIVE. They manufactured lies to put him and his family in a position of having to defend themselves. We would like to think well, he’s really rich and he’s a strong man, so he can weather this. there is this axiom: there has never been a weapon developed that has not been used in war. Something along those lines. Meaning, the entire goal of a weapon system is to use it. And we should realize that surveillance is in fact a type of weapon. Spying on your private life is a type of theft. It makes others whom you never gave permission to secretly listen to what you are saying, to whom, and how you behave, and where you bank, how you shop, what are your interests and the level of a threat that you may or may not be in terms of refusing to obey a corrupt central state. That is taking your liberty and your freedom away.
and when people start to learn that this is happening they will react, some will double down and resist, most will conform, because the risk of disobedience cannot be tolerated.
So no, the answer is not to be a cow. The answers is how do we have real liberty and freedom is a secret police spy state is stealing everything about you that is everything that matters the most TO YOU?
palantir is just one of many surveillance programs. All the cell phone manufacturers have all added AI capabilities to their hardware/software suites to help us search, navigate, and make purchases. If you don’t “disable” the AI features, they are communicating with whoever is running the AI servers.
Even if you don’t have a new cell phone, but it is simply a smart phone, if you use Google to search, or allow it to monitor your location so that you can do reviews of the restaurant you visited the other day, you are being tracked. Do Google (Alphabet), Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Indeed, LinkedIn, and all the others share their data. Their platforms have backdoors mandated by the Intelligence Community be it CIA, or NSA. Even if you use a VPN with encryption, AES-256, or Advanced Encryption Standard is/was required to be written so that the IC could decode it.
Someone I will call an acquaintance was in the Intel branch of the Military for years. They were a linguist and listened to foreign traffic, very specific foreign traffic everyday, two feeds, sometimes three simultaneously. Though they were military, their contact with whom they communicated information, bidirectionally I might add, was the No Such Agency. They record absolutely everything in the electromagnetic spectrum. No, it is not all relevant in real time, but it is there to connect the dots if “needed”.

This type of technology is under wide review in Australia where the ability to get rid of fences will enable farmers to save livestock in bushfires and floods by letting the livestock move to safety and then electronically move the livestock back to their home pasture when safe.
Some cattle and sheep properties in Australia that are located in marginal or monsoon affected areas are larger than Luxembourg. The ability to move the livestock to the best pasture area from the homestead rather than using a helicopter, vehicle or horse is also beneficial.
Very large properties in Australia rarely have fencing to keep livestock off the roads resulting in livestock death due to being hit by cars or trucks. This technology will also save a lot of livestock lost this way.
This technology will be very beneficial in Australia and I assume in parts of the USA where very large ranches are the norm.

The big issue with this law is that age verification is done via a drop down menu in which ANY age category can be selected. The categories which the law stipulates are: Below age 13, 13-16, 16-18, and 18+. For a ‘bad actor’, the state has ‘conveniently’ screened a preferred age range for them, say little folks under 13. The ‘bad actor’ can create an age appropriate app, say a game or music video, thus fairly assuring that the user is in the ‘preferred’ age range. Contact with a targeted child can thus be made via the app.
Secondly, the law as written will fail due to under age folk LYING about their actual age. Thus the lawmakers will need to enhance the law via ‘facial recognition’ software (Papantir?) or government issued ID to verify age for OS usage. I sincerely believe that the lawmakers knew this but in order to get this law on the books, camel’s nose under the tent, they needed to satisfy the ‘rubes and ignorant’ that this was ‘for the children’. They are playing the ‘long game’, information control.

Sundance, I respect your calling this out and tracking as it happens. However, the tree of knowledge, where everyone leaves out the “of good and evil”, is exactly that. A knife can be a tool for hunting, preparing food and building. It can also be used to evil and damaging purpose.

Yes, it’s very well written and doesn’t dwell on Hitler’s sexuality issues. Rather it discusses very matter of factually and the manuscript doesn’t use that argument as a premise. Rather something on should consider. There’s a propensity for the Thiels and Altman’s to have delusions of grandeur.

During the height of the Covid insanity, where WatchMaga had some especially brilliant videos about the efficacy of the vaccines, the vaccine injuries and all this great info that WatchMaga put together, his videos were still being shown on YouTube but they were increasingly being censored, with obvious blacking out, blocking out and you could see right there that YouTube was rather clumsily censoring.
Having seen all that censoring going on, I would take a mental note of where in the videos there were missing swaths and then would go over to rumble and watch the entire thing and thus learn what it was that I was not supposed to see or hear. Now WatchMaga’s videos are no longer on YouTube at all but you can watch them on rumble, I am glad to say!
