We recently passed the fifteen-year anniversary of our assembly here at The Conservative Treehouse. Fifteen years of a conversation that continues; a conversation that questions; a journey upon the road less travelled. This odd little band of misfits, carrying on a conversation in the corner of a vast internet where pretenses drop and ordinary labels used to retain comfortability just don’t seem to stick.
Factually and embarrassingly, amid the whirlwind of sand through life’s hourglass I would not have noticed the date if site admin Wee-Weed didn’t draw attention to it, and I thank her for creating the pause.
Ad Rem, Stella, Menagerie and Wee-Weed are incredible moderators, always finding a way to guide the ship through fog, with a gentle nudge when needed. As a community we are blessed and thankful for their stewardship.
Two website platforms. 15 years. 48,349 articles. 5,128,351 voices in the comments. Visits from every country on the globe. These are the simple statistics of our assembly, yet the value of the conversation cannot be quantified. A loving God has a voice here. We listen. We are all vessels.
There are a lot of different things that can be said when anniversaries are celebrated; however, for our assembly my thoughts are about God and you. All of you, the commonality of you, us, all of us together in this discussion – no pretenses. The journey is the discussion, and the conversation is the point.
You see things differently than most. If you did not, you would not be here. You accept things as they are, not as the crowd would pretend them to be. If you did not, you would not be here. You see the deeper stuff and together we understand that perspective can lead to isolation when the truth cuts against the popularity of the thing. If it didn’t, you would not be here.
You value the truth in all its discomfort, and you have developed a keen perception that leads to articulate questions. If you did not you would not be here. You see the dots and yet you retain a perspective distance, permitting you to see the full picture instead of an image of random pixels. If you did not carry this inherent skill, you would not have found your way here.
You are almost certainly curious, inquisitive and instinctual. You also perceive more because you allow yourself to perceive more, and that is an incredible strength when you consider the luring comfort of the crowd you passed by on your way here.
Your instincts, your senses, your discernment is honed because these things are derived from our journey beside God. Ultimately, it is He who sharpens the saw of discernment while fueling the sense to remain stable while peering into the fury.
You travel with a mindset guided by natural laws and your willingness to accept being connected to something much larger than self. Yet our insignificance does not diminish our merit or worth because we know the equity of His grace.
We all hold value. We are all loved beyond our imagining. We are never alone.
You are an exceptionally intelligent person, carrying great wisdom and value. Your voice, your articulation, your sense and knowledge of the topic is profoundly unique, deep and abundantly evident when you are in a gathering.
Thank you for being here; for being you; for making this journey -this conversation- better, because you choose discovery over complacency.
I cherish our assembly and remain steadfast on the journey.
With abiding love and appreciation,
~ Sundance

Thank you for building and nurturing the Treehouse, Sundance and your merry band.
Thank you especially to giving voice to that which we see and know instinctually and through experience, even if it is, at times, extremely uncomfortable.
Thank you for offering Treepers assembly.
Thank you.
I’m living in my 82 year of life. I Found this site in June/July 2011 and while I don’t post a lot I come everyday and read what Sundance and his crew write everyday. He has changed my life for the better.
Thank you Sundance.
PS: I rememebr in the early years Sundance, with his vast knowledge and skills, was a curiosity and everybody was trying to figure out who really was Sundance? Until I pass from this life I will still wonder everyday, who is this wonderful person?
I found the Treehouse in 2015, I am mostly just a reader, I do comment once in a while.
It is a Great place to read!
One more year to fit Dylan’s Changing of the Guard with lyrics that seem somewhat prophetic now.
Happy Anniversary Sundance and Company!! I visit daily. So glad I found this site many years ago.
it has eased my mind through the years when the world around me didn’t make sense. Thank You!
Wow.
15 years?
I first heard about this site while it was still being built. I’m not even sure it had been given a name at the time.
I guess it’s fair to say it was still an acorn in Sundance’s pocket. It wasn’t even a sprout. It was far from even yet being a sapling.
My how the Tree has grown.
I’m sending some fertilizer as an anniversary gift, with much love and gratitude, and because I could do no less, given the fact that you chose to mark the occasion by posting the story of my life as told by Alan Watts.
With much love, gratitude and warm admiration,
Ma
Thank you Sundance and Team Treehouse for all you do to bring the truth to those who have long yearned for it – good, bad and unvarnished. I too have been here since the Trayvon days, and always begin and end my day visiting my Treehouse family. Cheers!
Well done, congratulations, and keep movin’ forward. Your efforts are known and appreciated by many more than you realize.
What a wonderful article. Thank you Sundance for the last 12 years I have been part of your wonderful community.
People around me have not called me intense or overthinking or too serious, but throughout my life it has been said of me — even by our pastors — that my thinking is too black and white.
Too black and white, as if I needed to become more grey in my thinking like them.
Too black and white?
Too right and wrong?
Too hot and cold?
My thinking is very black and white, especially when it comes to the Word of the Lord and His standards in our lives. Because even God said He prefers those who are hot or cold over those who are only luke warm.
Happy Anniversary, Sundance. Thank you for being very black and white, and more importantly, for following the risen Lord Jesus and keeping Him before our eyes every day.
Congratulations.
Thank Sundance and Ad Rem. God bless us all.
God bless you, sir!
Fifteen Years
That makes me practically a Charter Member. I was a student at Central Washington University when I first found The Conservative Treehouse around 2012. Fourteen years ago. Back when If Obama had a son it would have been Trayvon Martin.
As an accounting student, conservative is my default position. 😉
That was my start date, too. Never left or wandered.
I keep you in my daily prayers.
I discovered this place almost exactly 10 years ago, right before I started my freshman year of college. I wouldn’t have been a conservative of any kind, let alone a Trump supporter, if it weren’t for that. Thank you Sundance and community for the breath of fresh air!
I found this place after “Sweetness and Light” shut down.
Anybody else?
I do not have the words to express my undying love, gratitude and appreciation for Sundance, Ad Rem, Stella, Menagerie and Wee-Weed for all the work they have done over the years to keep the Fellowship of the Tree House going.
I think that I’ve been coming here for about 10 years but not really sure. What I do know is that whenever I am feeling down about the way things are going in our Country, all I have to do is come here and read Sundance’s amazing essays or comments from my fellow Treepers and I come away feeling that somehow, through the grace of God, everything is going to be alright.
Here’s to another 15 years of Sundance’s courage and genius. The world is a better place with him in it. And many thanks to all the wonderful Treepers who contribute their own experience, strength and hope to this Fellowship.
May the Good Lord bless us all!
Good to see you, Seneca!
Hey Seneca the Elder!🤗
Amen, Seneca the Elder. I’m just reading and enjoying all the comments. Happy to see you along with some of the other “elders” posting here.
Sundance, along with his band of merry men and women, has brought more joy to so many by speaking the truth whether it be bad or good than he could ever imagine.
We are all certainly blessed to be here. May many more folks get “treed” until we have one gigantic forest of misfits.
Thanks Sundance, moderators and fellow Treepers!
It’s been around ten years for me, almost daily.
Sunlight IS the best disinfectant.
Thank you Sundance and crew, and HAPPY 15TH ANNIVERSARY!
Thank you Sundance. So much knowledge gained , and old knowledge relearned
Wow, did not expect the Treehouse was so widely read. “ Visits from every country on the globe.” Great to hear that the Truth is being so widely dissipated.
JMO.
Congratulations!
Job well done!
Those were the days, my friend:
New *video evidence* of Maricopa election officials illegally breaking into sealed election machines after they were tested, reprogramming memory cards, and reinstalling them
59% of these machines would shut down on election day in GOP areas
They’ve been CAUGHT

CTH will be locking down to new commentators effective Tuesday night midnight. So if there are lurkers out there who want to participate in the conversation, now is a good time to step forward. Adding additional accounts commenting privileges will resume at a later date depending on the situation as it unfolds.
MAGA / America First isn’t just our motto, it is our duty!
lurking for fifteen years, first comment. thank you for the heads up.
Ummmm what?
Happy Anniversary and much love to Sundance, the moderators and all the Treepers here! 🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳
Sundance and the crew who work with you-may God continue to bless you with health and discernment. I have been with the treehouse gang since about 2015. It has been a wild ride but I feel blessed to have discovered this motley group of deplorables. I don’t agree with all Sundance says but I know he is pursuing the truth always and with passion.
I love the truth and my God and this site does honor to both big time.
God bless you Sundance and your team-and bless all the deplorables who populate this CTH tree.
I have marvelled at the clarity of this site…
Congratulations, God’s Blessings, & Godspeed !!!
Thank you Sundance! I been a reader here for long time, not much of posting, But you Sir have been a Light of truth in this dark world.
I believe GOD has a reason you are here in a time as this. Made Of GOD and used by God!
thank you Sir!
This British Columbian thanks you.
A great appreciation to its intelligent and patriotic is also in order.🥂
Always enjoy your comments Dekester and what’s really going on up in the “Great White North”!
Oh I forgot the “eh”.
Eternally grateful to Sundance and the CTH team for their incredible posts. I came here in 2016 as a ‘Never Trumper’ trying to figure out the political scene. I was trying to understand Trump’s appeal and I stayed and educated myself. . I’ve been here since, rarely posting, but always reading. Loved menagerie’s posts, since I feel like we are sisters, and in the same stage of life and having similar experiences. So hard to lose the voices of Rush Limbaugh and Scott Adam’s, but life goes on, and I’m taking your advice Sundance and living my best life, find joy with my family and friends and always hope in my journey towards my eternal home….May the Lord be with you Sundance…Numbers 6:24-26.
This is home. For truth, regarding how painful it can be to hear sometimes.
Congratulations, Sundance and team! And thank you. For the years of effort. And truth. May there be many more to come!
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Be strong and courageous! Joshua 1:6-9
Time goes by fast when having fun! Thank you Sundance and Treepers for an incredible education these last 12 years.
Deep Hearted Thank You SD from a newbie( 6 yrs old), you are like my coffee first thing in the morning, my reality check ups, the Treepers are so wide and deep ,I’m encouraged that I am not alone. What a void if we all were not here..God Bless Us One and All. And God Bless These United States of America.
OMG! Fifteen years already? Thanks Sundance.
I too cherish our assembly, made possible by the biggest patriot in America! I have been along for the ride for the whole 15 years, mourning with this community, learning with this community, and praising God among a community of fellow believers.
Sundance you’re such a hero, not just for providing information contrary to the state narratives, but for finding a way to forge ahead despite the barricades very intentionally thrown your way.
God bless you and your trusty moderators. Here’s to the next 15!
This site, like no other, awakened me to the manipulations of the Uni Party. Sundance’s impact on our progress as a society has been tremendous.
Thanks to all that make The Conservative Treehouse possible. All of us together make a difference. Happy 15th birthday!
15 years and no regrets! Time well spent. Thank you to everyone here past, present and future.
Well said! I’d like to echo:
Thank you to everyone here past, present and future.
And warmest thanks to Sundance. Happy 15th! 💕
Thank you Sundance, Ad Rem, Stella, Menagerie and Wee-Weed. Thank you for all the consistent contributors who have become a family for me, a source of validation, of Hope, and a companion in the sharing of the victories and defeats as we trudge the road of destiny to the River Jordan and, thanks be to God — to the promised land.
Prior to discovering the Treehouse, I had been primarily following the Conservative Drudge and Lucianne.com. Drudge fell in a ditch and the community of Lucianne still lives on and I view her headlines daily, but don’t contribute anymore.
For the last two years I have been trying to keep my head above water in the swamp of the Medical/Industrial complex, keeping the focus of the calling of ministry in medicine alive. I don’t know if I would still be in medicine if I did not have the support and hope that comes through CTH.
I ask God for guidance daily on my career path and practice as I approach age for retirement, but had planned to keep practicing longer with emphasis more on ministry in the latter part of my career.
I am grateful to have you all as family.
*Thank you* for staying in medicine, CountryDoc. I can imagine it has been a rough road for people of integrity but you hung in there like a champ.
We need many more doctors like you! When you do choose to retire you can rest assured you brought the very best to the profession.
The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
when he delights in his way;
though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong,
for the Lord upholds his hand.
– Psalm 37:23-24
Fifteen years and despite the slings and arrows, The Treehouse still stands, grown taller than ever, its branches reaching out ever wider. I have not exaggerated when I’ve posted that this site influences those who the Lord positions to influence the course of events. More and more, I am even seeing the Treehouse referenced as a source on other conservative sites, and the “chatter” here tends to presage the prevailing zeitgeist in patriotic circles. That’s a blessing of God and a source of humility and encouragement for us all.
Sundance, keep doing what you’re doing prayerfully. Be an unapologetic home for people of honest disposition and strong, Godly passions, and He will continue to reward this site.
And for all regular readers and posters, you can do no worse than to support this site with donations. We talk ourselves into the thought that what we consider a pittance could not possibly make a difference, but that’s where we’re mistaken. Remember the widow’s mite? God will bless and honor what you can do and use it to bless this site and its mission. Legacy propaganda media is in its death throes – truly informed people do not rely on it to be informed. It’s sites like this and several others where the real discussions are taking place. Support it where you can and let’s give thanks to God that despite all the radicals tried to do during the four coup years, our voices, far from being silenced, are stronger than ever. Their excesses informed our resurgence. The evil they intended, the Lord allowed and tailored for a good outcome. Be hopeful and never think the fight is lost.
“The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps.”
– Proverbs 16:9

Approached my conservative voices starting with David Gold PM’s on KLIF in Dallas in the 80’s…and to some degree Mark Davis at WBAP in the mornings…heard a reference one day on Gold’s show about Rush Limbaugh…wondering (before internet) who this was and found him on AM 1190 in Dallas in around 1988/89…
Rush was picked up by WBAP in 1989… and stuck with him from then on until he signed off…eating lunch in my car from 12:07 CST to 1:52 daily learning about politics and the danger of the left…
About 10 years ago saw a reference to SD, possibly in the American Thinker and his take on the Trayvon Martin case…checked it out and have been here ever since…
It’s my go to spot in the mornings and some in the PM’s…I find it to be THE Conservative voice aligned with my thinking.
Thank you SD!
We are the minority of the majority
I’ve been a reader here since the start, but became an every-day reader during the Trump administration.
This is the NUMBER ONE News & Information site on the internet, especially if you care about Truth. Everybody else is just winging it, some of the bigger sites even appear to be using pre-teens in their editing departments.
This is the first place I go every day to see what is really going on in the world, without all the B.S. you see everywhere else.
Thank You Sundance & Crew. I have learned so much I would have never otherwise known. This place rings with Truth.
Been here since 2014, more than once a day. Don’t post much, but this treehouse helps me see what’s all around me. Thank you Sundance. 🙂
Hallelujah Sundance and the CTH family
Why Intelligent People Are Always Alone – Alan Watts
When you’re the smartest person n the room……it’s time to find a new room..
Easier said than done. My older brother recalls the day I came home from middle school and announced that I was done pulling high grades, because I wanted my peers to ‘like’ me, instead.
And that was that.
In high school, some of my friends (including my future husband) graduated a year early. But my brothers encouraged me not to rush the experience, so I stayed with my class and had a *lot* of fun in my senior year, coasting along since most of my graduation requirements had already been met!
Happy to be here. Thanks to all, particularly Mr. Sundance and his crew, for keeping it going. A light in the darkness. Amen.
My college age kids (4) are now young adults and I’ve gained grand babies in the time I’ve read the treehouse.
They’re blended in my memories.
A hearty thanks to all here.
I think it has been 10 – 11 years ago when I first found the Treehouse, and I felt almost immediately that I had been blessed to have “stumbled” upon it. I truly believe it was Divine intervention that lead me here.
The big question I have is: Why? Why was I lead here?
These are interesting times…
Thanks for all that you do Sundance, and the Treehouse Team!
Thank you, Sundance for 15 years of unparalleled and insightful research, analysis, and drive for the truth. We are all wiser and more aware for it.
God Bess you!
Sundance, you are special. Thank you for all you do. ‘Tis not easy. I especially appreciate the recent historical reminders which help me remember the context and scope of all that has happened. God protect you and the Treehouse family in the coming days.
