State and local officials within Minnesota had asked the federal court for an injunction halting Dept of Homeland Security ICE/CBP operations in/around the Minneapolis metro area on the grounds the tenth amendment. A federal judge rejected the request and refused to stop ongoing ICE operations.
In the ruling today [FULL RULING HERE], U.S. District Court Judge Katherine Menendez admitted the ongoing operation “will likely continue to have profound and even heartbreaking, consequences on the State of Minnesota, the Twin Cities, and Minnesotans,” however, there is no grounds for the state’s case using the 10th amendment.
The decision means the ongoing surge of Immigration Customs Enforcement, as well as various federal officials looking into regional fraud in the region, can continue.

MN is also now going to allow local police to cooperate also. There is no longer any need to keep the thousands of officers here as long as Walz and small Frey hold up their end of the agreement.

DHS/ICE can’t do the job by themselves. There are close to 15 million illegal aliens in the United States as an official estimate but the actual number may be higher. Likely, in a place like MN for example, the Insurrection Act would need to be invoked followed by mass denaturalization and deportation to restore a traditional American society there and bring an end to the massive fraud and criminality that’s been ongoing since the 1990s.

Tell me about it. I had to fly out for a funeral, no time for a new real ID or passport. I wear charcoal activated hand warmers. It was 0 here and had a long drive to the airport and walk. Threw a pair in my boots, when I approached tsa for the extended check, the alarm went off as explosives. I was shocked. They ripped every piece of clothing out of my luggage and purse, tested each one with strips. Patted me down good. Told me they were going to strip search me. The look of shock about explosives must have registered on the tsa agent and she let me go with just the heavy duty pat down. Inside my luggage were more hand warmers, unopened. I had no idea what I was in for or I would have never used them.

Does anyone remember any other contexts where in foreign affairs for instance, Trump took direct aim at the people who are responsible for a problem, not their underlings? The order that ICE will not put down riots in poorly run cities is changing the narrative back to reality. Who is responsible for the two dead insurrectionists in Minnesota? First, each of them is, and second, the mayor and governor who stood down local law enforcement are. If ICE focuses on riot control against paid insurrectionists, the narrative will be spun to blame Trump, ICE, and the Republican Party. To change that narrative (and there is a two week negotiation in Congress about funding for DHS) the focus has to shift to who is responsible for what, and then hold them accountable. Meanwhile, the funding of the riots and the financial fraud, and look at Georgia, the voter fraud, are about to be exposed. Did you see Mark Warner’s face?

The Constitution says two things. The first is the 10th Amendment, which says that States decide everything that the Constitution doesn’t.
But the second is the Supremacy Clause. Which says that States cannot contradict nor overrule what it does.
The Constitution tasks Congress(!) with establishing “uniform rules of Naturalization.” Emphasis: “uniform.”
With the establishment of Law comes the responsibility and duty of enforcing the same.
The last time States tried to take Federal prerogatives into their own hands was the 1860’s, and it did not end well . . .
