(VIA MSM) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited to join US President Donald Trump’s “Board of Peace,” the committee that will oversee the reconstruction of Gaza, his spokesman said on Monday.
Speaking to reporters during a regular media briefing, Dmitry Peskov said: “President Putin also received through diplomatic channels an invitation to join this Board of Peace.”
He said the Kremlin is now reviewing the invitation and “hoping to get more details from the US side.”
CNN has asked the White House for a comment.
Later on Monday, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry said President Alexander Lukashenko also received an invitation to join the board.
The ministry’s press service said Minsk “highly appreciates that the American side sees Belarus – and this is clearly stated in the text of the address – as a country ready to take on the noble responsibility of building a lasting peace and leading by example, investing in a secure and prosperous future for future generations.”
Lukashenko is Putin’s closest ally and has been described as Europe’s last dictator.
The establishment of the board, chaired by Trump, is a key step in the United Nations-backed American plan to demilitarize and rebuild Gaza, which was ravaged by two years of war between Israel and the Hamas militant group.
Ireland’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Helen McEntee issued a statement on Sunday warning that the body proposed by Trump “would have a mandate wider than the implementation of the Gaza Peace Plan.”
“The United Nations has a unique mandate to maintain international peace and security, and the legitimacy to bring nations together to find common solutions to shared challenges. The Board of Peace is a joke: the Chinese, the Russians, and the Muslims don’t see the world and their place in it the same way we do, and our positions are irreconcilable. I think we could get along with Orthodox Christian Russia just fine, as they seem to be more rational than the Muslims and the Chinese. Unlike the old Soviets, Russia has no ideology to export. They appreciate the same things we do, which are classic education, arts, and science, and want to have a normal life.
Since Trump has been failing at everything related to the Deep State, which I think at this point is undeniable—the FBI, DOJ, judiciary, and the intelligence apparatus can’t be reformed because the Senate can’t be reformed—Trump is essentially going for a shakedown. And it isn’t just one thing, this is and has been a multipronged attack………all at the same time overwhelming them……..and the money that holds it together…….that’s on the way out! The Fed and the central banking system will not have their power and control for much longer!

I think what encapsulates the new approach best is the dichotomy of The Board of Peace and Greenland. On the one hand we invite Russia to the table to take advantage of mutual interests, trade and problem solving. On the other hand we say the US will take Greenland because we don’t trust you one bit.

It is with great joy that I read the UN is in fits. 100% of the time we have rubbed shoulders with that agency we have busted them wide open supporting the enemy. Cash-filled radios, heroin, gun parts, ‘lost transports’ full of dangerous items. The list is endless. We provide imagery and absolute proof, then are told to STFU. Gutful, for almost 31 years.
