According to the Minnesota Dept of Public Safety, Governor Tim Walz has activated the national guard. However, in a statement on their X account the officials note, the guard “are not deployed to city streets at this time, but are ready to help support public safety, including protection of life, preservation of property and supporting the rights of all who assemble peacefully.”
This is likely a proactive move to block President Trump from invoking the ‘insurrection act’ to stop the chaos being fueled by the governor himself as well as professional leftists in the region.
As federal efforts led by the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) together with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) continue, the governor and local municipal leaders throughout Minneapolis have continued to call for activists in the street to maintain operations against immigration enforcement and criminal illegal alien arrests.
Underneath all of the state opposition is a matrix of financial fraud purposefully being hidden by the officials throughout the state of Minnesota including Governor Walz himself. In essence, the state government is trying to protect themselves from criminal investigations of fraud by creating chaos as a defense mechanism.
The Minnesota national guard are being called to duty as a chaos management operation. They are not being called up to stop the violence, merely facilitate the ongoing violent street protests. The national noticing, along with the riots and violence, continues….

I’m talking about the late 1940s and 1950s that precipitated what you are talking about, by the earlier demographic vacuum. That earlier time wasn’t caused by Marxists. It was caused by Eisenhower and Levitt, and General Motors.
What happened in Newark in ‘67 was stage two. To cement a perpetual rule over these areas. They were vote farms even then.
Many families, including ours, didn’t want to raise larger families in narrow row homes built in 1900. They had one small bathroom, and if it was in use, you had to use the laundry tub down in the basement, next to the coal bin. The ‘yard’ amounted to a small patch in the back, where laundry lines competed with the garbage cans for a back alley. There was no way to modernize or enlarge them to accommodate any more than 2 children.
In most neighborhoods, the kids played in the open street, dodging traffic.
Not when a brand new home, with twice as many bedrooms, with a driveway and a front and side yard, on an ‘enormous’ quarter acre, could be had for $100 down under the GI. All you needed was a car to get to the supermarket at the big modern shopping center a mile or so nearby.
And the GIs were flush with good jobs and growing families, after 15 years of depression and war.
Most white baby boom families were long gone from the eastern cities before 1965, and only visited to see grandma and grandpop who refused to leave, or to spend the day shopping at the big downtown legacy department stores.
I remember when I95 was a bunch of disconnected back roads, and if you wanted to get from NYC or Philly to DC, you had to take the PRR. Or cobble together a road trip from 2-3 maps involving several older state roads.
Once the Interstates started being dropped in, the flight started.
There’s a reason why all the drive ins back in the day were located outside the cities. And it’s the same reason I just described above. Because that’s where all the cars and white families with money lived. In the new suburbs.
This is not to confuse with the earlier ‘executive’ communities that pre-existed them. I’m talking about the sprawling suburban communities that were designed for the ‘everyman’, people who otherwise would still be living in those urban row homes.
Things like Newark and Philly and Detroit were about a decade later, after these cities had already flipped blue from the demographic vacuum.

Trump clearly does not have the court’s backing. They allowed his anti-Constitutional prosecutions, the deprivations of rights for him and his supporters for four years without injunctions, restoration of rights. They’ve allowed the lower court judges to usurp sole executive power, failure to overrule = complicity and agreement of five.
I am under no illusion that John Roberts supports Trump’s efforts to protect the Constitutional Republic, he desires its fundamental transformation as much as Obama. As do the three D’s. As does ACB. As even Kavanaugh and Gorsuch, perhaps. Only Thomas and Alito have demonstrated fealty to the US Constitution consistently over their careers.
And I am under no illusion that Bondi won’t Bill Barr in the most pivotal moment. As Patel and even Hegseth will (he was a Fox-Murdoch talking head before his appointment.) Without supportive justice and military Trump is effectively neutered when the call is sent out to oppose his stand and fight/deliver. Then what? AG’s = Adjutant Generals. For those who think Attorney Generals. Adjutant Generals oversee all guard units, Air, Army in their states. Active duty colonels, even captains have been given general rank in state guards, for perspective. Understanding that all military generals are not created equal is an imperative in that total force structure.
Perhaps President Trump should/could federalize the national guard to round up antifa, BLM, and the terrorist groups that is instigating the violence. Gives ICE a chance to do their jobs more quickly. If nothing else, let them protect average citizens as they seem to be in danger.

-after years of frauds upon u.s. taxpayers, along with years of obfuscation investigation in Mn (and elsewhere, ukr, etc.),
-after 4 years of bran done open borders that allow illegal immigration, and illegal voters, and crimes
-a year after walz does not become vice president,
-about 6 months after some Mn. state representatives voted to stop fraud, and then were murdered
-after many weeks of mn. politicians (motivating other people to) stalking, harassing, interfering, obstructing with legal Immigration Control
-after 2 weeks of an independent journalist finding a way to show and document frauds to cut through the national media cover up of frauds,
-after the U.S. government indicates that federal funding to Mn. will end Feb. 1,
-after the Mnpl Mayor ( trying save face in the eyes of the public, after months of encouraging protestor(s) (and perhaps paying them ) lightens up the rhetoric regarding the tactics of protestors,
