Great interview. I thought it was pitch perfect. Bessent has many positive qualities as a man. He is honest and shows integrity. He’s clearly not afraid to call a spade a spade: “He has no courage!!!” (about Walz). It’s important to get up close and personal to as many in the administration who is ready for that. I feel as Trump supporters we have a plethora of people to learn from. The people in this administration who are stepping forward to help us decode the decisions being made are Marco Rubio, J D Vance, Scott Bessent, Kristi Noem. Maybe I left someone out inadvertently. I have seen this administration take a lot of responsibility not just for decisions made, but also for communicating with you and me about those decisions. I never thought I’d live to see the day when we’d have politicians who actually are open and speak the truth! We are so blessed!

Instead of invoking the Insurrection Act, which would most likely result in a civil-war outbreak on the streets of MN, President Trump is following the exact same strategy domestically that he is using to stop worldwide wars, as follows:
Economic Pressure:
Secy Bessent is taking the lead as Secretary of the Treasury & IRS with assistance from other cabinet heads whose agencies, such as AG, USDA, DHHS et al, are withholding government funds from MN due to the fraud.
PDJT used economic pressure to end 8 wars via economic trade/tariff pressure.
Diplomacy:
Gov Walz of MN has rejected meeting with Sec. Bessent. He and Mayor Fray are adverse to this administration; hence, the only interaction is/will be adverse via PDJT’s words/actions/tweets and any in his cabinet that he authorizes to deal with MN, on any level. Watz is under DOJ investigation and PT’s TS post indicated that he wasn’t sure he would even complete his term (not due to resignation, unless it was a forced resignation).
PDJT does NOT want bloodshed in the streets anymore than he wants bloodshed in the wars. Invoking the Insurrection Act AT THIS POINT IN TIME could and most likely would be so adverse a reaction in the state of MN that I don’t think he will invoke it any time soon. He will bankrupt MN via cuttiing off all $$$ going in and going out of MN first simultaneously deporting as many Somalis as possible.
When Lincoln invoked the Insurrection Act in April 1861, it was used for the duration of the Civil War, but if necessary as a last resort in MN, it is an option. Based on PDJT’s economic and diplomatic pressures he’s successfully applied worldwide thus far, why would he not use the same strategy in MN. In fact, he already is using it (Bessent, Brooke, etc)
