On Wednesday, a confrontation between ICE agents and an aggressive anti-ICE protester in Minneapolis resulted in the ICE officer defending himself while a vehicle was weaponized against him. The female driver named Renee Nicole Macklin Good (37) was shot and killed.
Antifa aligned activists had been chasing and using their vehicles to block ICE officials, while trying to disrupt immigration enforcement operations throughout the Minneapolis area. In newly obtained video (w/audio) from the event, Renee Good and her wife are shown in the moments of the encounter. The video is from Alpha News:
I suggest turning the audio on to understand the nature of the hostility being faced by the ICE officers.

We are always going to argue and talk past each other when it comes to individuals, their actions or what we think we know of their thoughts and intentions may be. This is intentional.
What we are forgetting is these states and local governments are telling people to break the law and telling them they will not prosecute and if arrested will be released without bail. That messaging is directly connected to the actions of the people.
There’s still room for arguing and taking past each other on this fact but you can’t get a good reason why these governments are in defiance of federal and constitutional law.
If they never change the speed limit signs but at the same time the government says “we don’t think there should be a speed limit and our police will not stop you” what would anyone expect to happen? Well that’s happening with other laws
Another objective thought:
If you are driving with a partner whose function is to make video of you acting out in public, the you are a “performer” and are planning a performance act.
They had been doing this for hours that day and for days prior to this moment. You can’t just look at this final performance and assume this was all intentional. This was a gradual escalation where each prior performance event “proves” their invincibility and immunity to the danger.
They kept teasing the barking dog and staying just the right distance from the dog to prevent getting bitten. But with each time they did this, they moved closer to the dog. They didn’t notice when they got too close and was bitten for it.
When I was a kid, I did a lot of things that easily could have gotten me permanently scarred, injured, disabled or killed. I grew up in the 70s and 80s. We just did a lot of very stupid things. We were exactly “Beavis and Butthead.” I got away with almost everything I did, but I can only see that well after the facts. Before that, I just thought I was immune to consequences rather than appreciate how truly lucky I was all along.
This is how this happened to them. No consequences and escalation over a long period of time. They grew comfortable with it to the point that it didn’t feel like risk taking at all.
And what has the power of controlling whether or not there are consequences? In this case? “government.” All of this “no consequences” policy creates people like this. This is the manufacturing process to create inevitabilities like this. And it creates a lot of polarization among different governments where “local to state didn’t punish me! good!” but “federal government wants to punish me! bad!”
People say children are happier when they have consistency in their limits on them. I don’t think that’s entirely accurate. I think it applies to adults as well or at least to adults who are childish mentally and emotionally.
“Even CNN had to admit that the brave ICE agent was hit by the domestic terrorists car first, and then he opened fire.”…
I don’t think CNN have suddenly decided to tell the truth, it’s more that they are well aware of the Insurrection TRAP being prepared and don’t want to be fanning the flames of the triggering riot. It’s not 2020 anymore, the last thing the DS want right now is a federal takedown and takeover of a compromised governor and his corrupted State.
Strategy. The right hears a story, we have learned to believe nothing until more facts come in and we don’t form “full opinions” until we think the facts are in.
The left hears a story and just go with it if they feel it confirms their existing beliefs. No additional information matters.
CNN and other news media are going back to their older ways where they report the lies at first, then after the left loses their minds, start retracting and updating their stories knowing the left will not care about the updates. This is how they will cover themselves. “Yes we got it wrong but we retracted it!”
A lie circles the pants while media puts the world on…. or… something like that
Is the liberally retarded Anderson Pooper implying that an Officer, or any of us, must first be hit before firing a shot in defense of an attacker??? Anyone who is attacked or assaulted by a person with a deadly weapon – which a vehicle is – has the right to defend themselves AND others, including the general public. In other words, you don’t even have to be the one being attacked to bring deadly force to stop the threat. The Pooper certainly does not believe in the Second Amendment, except for “special people” like HIM and HIS bodyguards.
Can we please stop calling them protestors and say either mercenaries or activists, I prefer the former term, because they’re beliefs are motivated by the money and an individual sense of purpose and not for the common good; whereas, in a legitimate protester it’s the reverse, the desire for the common good drives the actions.
I doubt the brave people of Iran are out on the streets, risking their lives, because a Soros NGO is paying them, and I doubt that some are calculating how much money they can raise if a loved one is killed.
On the note of money, once Trump won in 2024 the DS project was essentially doomed. Wearing his political wings, earned as ‘45, and surrounded by a capable and loyal team, he immediately enacted their plan to restore the Republic. Why doomed, because the DS had only previously dealt with career politicians, Trump was a businessman first and knew that money is the key. Create the economic environment to get money out to the deserving, cut money off from those who are not. A simple calculus that informs his actions.
The DS, now largely comprised of career bureaucrats, due to decades of DEI and patronage hires, have seen the danger too late, are pivoting too slowly, and resorting to tactics, that whilst tried and tested are also well know to those they’re aimed at; therefore allowing those targeted to incorporate them into any contingency counter-planning, (the shooting in Minnesota shows the declining effectiveness of their Floyd gambit, with a series of recent narrative failures impacting its political effectiveness).
In military terms, (remember the President’s schooling), he’s using the money to launch, what are today called, attacks on the enemy’s centre of gravity. In other words, all the advantages the DS traditionally held have been targeted and in some cases, as in immigration, turned against them, (a massive illegal presence, cut off from its funding streams becomes a liability).
I think Good and her wife have set lesbians back several years.
A stupid operation on the part of both women, especially a woman with a young child at home.
They had no fear of arrest or jail. If she had not driven her car into an officer. They would have walked away, to go on breaking the law. For the people who live in these areas being terrorized by these people, it is frightening. It is not safe. When the law only applies to some people, there is no law.
Interesting how nearly everyone has cut this clip short. In the above example it is cut before the end. All the left media lets it play a bit more. The Ice office speaking is left out for those who don’t know. Then again that portion uses adult language.
Watching interview’s with these people in MN is like watching Jessica Tarlof on the five. They sound like they have no idea what it is to be an American that loves America. Most are clueless about law!
I’ve been thinking, (something that I probably shouldn’t do) but I just came up with an idea that will be bipartisan and kick these protesters in the teeth. Why not introduce a bill that treats violent protesters the same as domestic violence convictions and make them lose their second amendment rights for life, and make it retroactive like in the Lautenberg Act. That would wipe out those from George Floyd riots and these if they become unruly. They are more dangerous than most domestic violence cases. How many have been killed? Remember this is MN and they like their guns! I really don’t like the idea of these gun laws to begin with but fair is fair! This would curb a lot of un-American voices nationwide from getting too out of hand. When you have a felony for having your gun you leave it home or we give you a new one.
We don’t have to like them. We don’t have to excuse their behavior. But let’s not be gross either.
Seriously, this. If you’re a believer, then they’re God’s children too.
I feel for the deceased and her family. They’ve been brainwashed into thinking their actions were justified when in all actuality, the powers that be look at them as instruments to advance their political objectives.
Death is bad. I bet the same people upset about the cheering for Charlie Kirk’s murder are now cheering for this. Not only is that inconsistent, it’s also deplorable. You can think the ICE officer’s actions were justified while also being appalled at the situation as a whole.
“then they’re God’s children too.”
Only by virtue of the fact the He created them. If they have not repented and turned to Christ they are not God’s children.
How Christian of you.
Grow thicker skin, Christian’s are not suppose to just let evil people do as they will to us. No, we can fight back and should. No passive pushovers here please…
If you don’t like it, ignore it … just as I’m ignoring the idiot demonRATS celebrating the injuries to the Government Officer.
Ignore words NOT actions !!!
“Sticks & stones may break my bones, but names (words) won’t hurt me”.
Words lead to actions.
I’m glad the dog wasn’t hurt.
She and her partner wanted to be internet famous. Congratulations ~ success. Every day’s an IQ test.
And she’s won the ghetto -now antifa victim lottery. Over $1 mill in go fund me. ugggg
She cross the Red Line, radical liberal clown need out of ICE and let them do the job,
those disgraceful liberal thugs get paid from evil organization but not even worth it,
F__K with the bull sometimes you get the horns! When you perpetrate an assault with potential DEADLY FORCE it’s absolutely appropriate and righteous you protect yourself and neutralize the threat!
SHE choose the circumstances of her death….
Need to make sure this nation is stable. All these DAs, sheriff’s (I know are the buck stopper in their county), Need to be clheld accountable for the grandstanding they are facilitating.
1860 is coming fast. Everything all at once. Right on schedule.
The elites and Marxist have run out of options. The only thing left is to try and burn the nation to the ground. God knows they have looted it to insolvency.
These two paid activists taunted and mocked, threatened to harm ICE agents, refused orders to leave the area, get their vehicle out of the way, get out of the vehicle, and finally started to run one of them down, thinking they could act so outrageously with impunity because the federal law enforcement agencies have been exceedingly patient and hands off despite being on the receiving end of insane, violent, illegal behavior.
When you watch these women at work you see rabid animals. And ICE has tolerated it for too long, leading the animals to comfortably believe they could get by with anything. Anything!
But everyone wants us to feel sorry for her. Yes she dead and that’s sad, but why were you there? You thought you were doing something and showing everybody that you’re some warrior. Now you’re dead and will be remembered as someone who didn’t take their own life serious.
This is the thing. Exactly. It’s debatable if the shooting was the best course of action. And it’s a lot easier to debate when you can view a half dozen different slow-mo angles of the video from the comfort of your couch. But she made her choices. Really bad ones. She and her partner are the poster children for the sort of angry, mentally-ill, mission-from-god “activists” the DNC has created. They’re the tik-tok shriekers. They think they’re righteous. They think they’re actually fighting nazis, because their masters have told them this. They think they can behave however they please. And then cry when there’s consequences.
They found a paycheck. They get community support and praise. They and all the others must be living on a financial edge that makes them vulnerable. They aren’t the deep thinkers. They are a product of our public schools, media and food culture. They’re already broken because they aren’t chasing their dreams in the world of work. This gives a paycheck and meaning to their lives.
All of the corrupt money for crooked lawyers, all of the corrupt prosecutors who allow them to operate, all of the corrupt judges who refuse to follow the law and continually let the same suspects off again and again, and all of the corrupt governmental officials who support them aren’t going to help now.
They actually think they can kill and get away with it.
May God have mercy on them all.
Tragic that the woman died, but isn’t this outcome synonymous with other outcomes suffered by useful idiots?
This woman’s death is probably being celebrated by the same leftists that celebrated Kirk’s assassination, the only difference is that are doing it behind closed doors.
That deluded woman should be a lesson to others, but a person would need the ability to think critically to see the lesson.
One argument I haven’t seen made on why Renee Good was not trying to flee is that her “wife” was not in the car with her. If she was indeed trying to escape, she would not have left her passenger behind.
I don’t recall seeing anyone mention this but, I think there’s a good possibility that Renee Good and her wife were being paid by an NGO or an affiliate. Perhaps ICE Watch receives funding from a Soros NGO and ICE Watch members are paid a per diem.
I personally believe that’s a strong possibility.
Now her partner has amassed 1 mil in gofundme donations. I’m sure she is soooo grateful.
The fund is closed after surpassing $1.5 million.
I’m baffled that not one reported anywhere refers to the second person and “lesbian partner”.
I take offense at the usurpation of the term wife used for a relationship of two women.
Aside from my offense (no one cares about my feelings), it is a manipulation of language. It obscures and causes confusion of the situation. Words matter.
Agree.
Also, could people please quit referring to individuals as “they?” It is truly ignorant.
Well it’s a flag that indicates who you are speaking with (or reading.)
It seems to me that we are witnessing many violent acts carried out by persons with sexual dysfunctions; i.e., trans, lesbian, homosexual, etc. Is there a common link? Are all of these people who are not “normal” on drugs, or is it a mental disorder that manifests itself in being more violent toward others?
They all seem to demonstrate a lack of moral clarity, lack of respect for others, a certainty that those who do not agree with them do not deserve an opinion or in cases like this, a right to live.
These people do not appear to have constructive lives; lives with meaning, jobs or work ethics. Their political ideology seems to make them completely unstable and unfit to live in a law-abiding society.
Does their moral decay attribute to their violence? According to some, the woman who attempted to harm the ICE agent had been heterosexual and married twice to men, had her 2 oldest children removed from her custody, and the youngest son enrolled into a school that focus’ on “social justice”
There’s something deeply wrong with people like the two women involved who instigated the confrontation.
A female cannot have a “wife”; she cannot be “married” to another female -regardless of what she thinks.
Refusing to comply with “Police” authority should not result in death, but arrest.
This murder is not justified, and I’m pro ICE.
The ICE officer and Rachel Good both were armed — he with a pistol, she with an SUV. She fired first.
Wrong Yam,
Defense of your life and the life of others…..that is every individual’s right.
That is exactly what the ICE officer did, he defended his life and eliminated a threat to anyone nearby. A 4,000 pound car is a better weapon than a gun and the officer was hit and pushed by the vehicle after the perp was given the chance to exit the vehicle or simply sit there. Review the videos.
That’s precisely the Democrat / leftwing media narrative. We all know for a fact they are never honest about the facts. This is a George Floyd moment and they are angling & posting these narratives in order to sink Congressional Republican chances in November.
Don’t get suckered into their lies, distortions, & schemes.
It was a horrendous outcome but the woman foolishly attempted to use her vehicle (use of deadly force) to run over the officer. Period. His response – use of deadly force to defend against the attack – was 100% justified.
No one actually mourns the death of the woman who instigated the confrontation. The Left is celebrating – they have achieved their new “George Floyd/Michael Brown/Trayvon Martin” hero, and those on the right are not celebrating the death, but certainly cannot mourn the loss of such a societal misfit.
Based on reports of her life before this incident, the woman was a total lunatic
She refused to exit the car and then she hit him with her car on purpose! I would have shot at her too. Who else was she going to run over?
It is sad that this woman was shot.
It is a teachable moment, however. When law enforcement officers have their firearms drawn it is no longer play time. Law enforcement is trained that the firearm stays in the holster until it is going to be used, in other words if it is out the officer is responding to a threat and is going to use a firearm.
The threat is either something you don’t see or the threat is something you are doing. In the latter case, stop doing what you are doing and diffuse the situation before you get shot. This is simple and nearly everyone understands this.
The crazy thing is he didn’t have his gun drawn. In the video, he doesn’t actually draw his weapon until she drops the car in D and hits the gas. Dude was a straight up operator. Drew, aimed, neutralized, remained standing, fired two more, holstered and then gave chase.
Whether you think he should have fired or not, he did so with extreme competence.
This is a recurring straw man I hear leftists use all the time. “Oh, so you think blocking traffic should result in extrajudicial execution???”
It’s BS. They didn’t shoot her because he refused to comply. Her refusal (and probably previous statements and actions) are what escalated things to a point of open hostility. The agents knew they weren’t dealing with an incompetent, or a lost local, or a confused soccer mom. She got shot because – after refusing lawful orders multiple times – she gunned her accelerator while surrounded by three cops, one directly in front of her vehicle. Per guidelines, they’re allowed to shoot in these circumstances… when the vehicle is used as a weapon and there’s ongoing danger to others. Maybe he shouldn’t have shot her, but she put him to a split-second, life or death decision. SHE did that.
Not murder. Justifiable homicide.
SMFH: add a P.S. to your statement – her “partner” got out of the vehicle in order to film the confrontation. This was premeditated; a planned confrontation.
Two officers were attempting to get this instigator out of her vehicle. One ordered her out, FOUR TIMES. She ignored lawful orders and then put her own life in danger. Crazy lady lost her life as a result of her actions. She sought confrontation and got it.
Officers, I care about you getting home, alive. Uninjured. That is what is overwhelmingly important to me.
Watch this video description paused and explained.
It shows her in a panic get away run from the cops mode.
first in reverse and then moving car forward toward the officer.
He reacted very quickly because as the vudeo shows he was about to be run over.
She panicked, made a mistake?
In anycase, in my opinion the officer is not at fault.
Karen was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
