I have often wondered whether, or if, President Trump would ever call on the militia — the real militia as our founding fathers knew it to be — during times of civil strife.
While Biden was in office I read that all 50 states legally consider “their” National Guard as the militia spoken of in the Constitution, and if a group of people outside of that “official” militia meets and trains to prepare for any type of attack close to home, they will be considered anarchists.
It seems as though every state has lawlessness written into their constitutions.
We, the people, are to be the militia when and if the time comes, and to my simple way of thinking, we would be activated by the only one who counts, our Commander in Chief.

Then again such language has not been commonly used since when the Militia Act of 1917 was enacted? And that does not preclude States themselves from organizing their own militia as some States had their own State Guard organizations independent of the Pentagon as recent as a few decades ago.

He should then federalize Minnesota National Guard Troops and remove that power from GOV Waltz. He should also bring in Active Duty troops from a federal installation. A “legal observer” who is standing on a street corner filming peacefully and non-obstructively and gets shot by LEO has a legit complaint. ANYBODY who is being detained by an officer while in their vehicle and hits the gas pedal has no right to expect anything but what happened — in fact should expect it. Any other outcome is like winning the lottery. Vehicles are considered deadly weapons.

FTA – Renee Nicole Good, the mom who was killed by a federal agent after veering her car toward him, was an anti-ICE “warrior” and was part of a group of activists who worked to “document and resist” the federal immigration crackdown in Minnesota, The Post can reveal.
Good, who moved to the city last year, linked up with the anti-ICE activists through her 6-year-old son’s woke charter school, which boasts that it puts “social justice first” and “involving kids in political and social activism,” multiple local sources said.
“She was a warrior. She died doing what was right,” a mother named Leesa, whose child attends the same school, told The Post at a growing vigil where Good was killed Wednesday.

Minnesota’s criminal investigations agency said Thursday that the U.S. attorney’s office barred it from participating in the probe into the fatal shooting of Minneapolis resident Renee Nicole Good during a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation.
An ICE agent fatally shot 37-year-old Good during an enforcement operation Wednesday, drawing angry responses from Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Democratic Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said Thursday that the U.S. attorney’s office blocked the agency from participating in the investigation, cutting state investigators off from evidence, case files and interviews they said were necessary to conduct a full and independent review, the Associated Press reported.
BCA Superintendent Drew Evans said federal prosecutors reversed an earlier plan that would have allowed the BCA to investigate alongside the FBI. The news came as demonstrator and police clashed outside a Minneapolis immigration court Thursday morning. When asked about the dispute, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Minnesota officials lack jurisdiction over the investigation.
