Tina Peters is a gold star mom who was a former Mesa County, Colorado, clerk during the 2020 election.
Mrs Peters, age 70, is serving a nine-year prison sentence in Colorado state prison after her politically motivated conviction for attempting to influence a public servant and criminal impersonation for aiding an unauthorized person in copying voting-machine hard-drive data during a 2021 software update.
Mrs. Peters and her lawyers have repeatedly stated she was attempting to preserve evidence of false voter data in the Colorado 2020 election. The judge who sentenced Peters stated she had white “privilege” in delivering the exceptionally harsh sentence.
Today President Trump pardoned Tina Peters, but state officials and Colorado Governor Jared Polis say the pardon is invalid because Mrs. Peters was convicted of a state crime, out of the reach of a presidential pardon.
PRESIDENT TRUMP – “For years, Democrats ignored Violent and Vicious Crime of all shapes, sizes, colors, and types. Violent Criminals who should have been locked up were allowed to attack again. Democrats were also far too happy to let in the worst from the worst countries so they could rip off American Taxpayers. Democrats only think there is one crime – Not voting for them!
Instead of protecting Americans and their Tax Dollars, Democrats chose instead to prosecute anyone they can find that wanted Safe and Secure Elections. Democrats have been relentless in their targeting of TINA PETERS, a Patriot who simply wanted to make sure that our Elections were Fair and Honest. Tina is sitting in a Colorado prison for the “crime” of demanding Honest Elections. Today I am granting Tina a full Pardon for her attempts to expose Voter Fraud in the Rigged 2020 Presidential Election!” (read more)
Unfortunately, Colorado Governor Jared Polis is extremely opposed to President Trump and anything he represents, immediately rejecting the pardon [SOURCE] and confirming that Mrs Peters will remain in state prison.

Okay, and so now what???
Federal Marshals show up to the prison with a federal warrant to produce her as a witness. When Colorado state personnel resist producing her, the marshals go in and take her anyway
Yeah, they have enough predicate to open up an investigation for violation of rights under color of law. They declare Tina a material witness and move Her into federal custody.
do that. do it now!
Perfect place to send the US Marshalls…with arrest orders for anyone who attempts to stop them from gathering a federal witness.
It was a carefully selected jury and the Judge is corrupt. It was a Soviet Show trial and she should be free while she appeals the sham trial.
if the pardon of peters can be declined…
is the democrat colorado gov saying that
the democrat bran done (auto pen) pardons can also be declined?
hmmmm….
or does the governor have a double standard of just us?
hmmmm…
People know
Love thy neighbors
“…or does the governor have a double standard for just us?”
Of course he has a double standard!
HE IS A COMMUNIST !
More accurately he’s a Luciferian.
If you want to go to jail, find and expose voter fraud. There is nothing that will guarantee unwarranted and unrelenting prosecution more quickly. I used to think it was a mostly a problem limited to individual bad actors and a small percentage of very corrupt districts. 2020 opened my eyes: a vegetable gets far and away the most votes of any president in history. In many states the ink was still wet on the laws that allowed some of it, and ’20 was just piling onto dozens of existing vectors for fraud – and somehow they get away with slapping a “most safe and secure election” label on it!
So many things were snuck in quietly under our noses – same-day registrations, mass mail-in ballots, tabulators DESIGNED to be manipulated – not to mention many jurisdictions willing to simply ignore the law. They’re good at covering their tracks, and unfortunately, the evidence is so fungible that even when it’s blatant, audits and recounts will only register margin of error anomalies. It’s big enough that it’s impossible to hide, but the manipulation of the laws, voter roles, and courts is such that very few legal cases will get any traction. Then the number of cases struck down is added to the “proof” that elections are “secure” (never mind that virtually none of those cases were dismissed on merit – no CNN viewer would even think to ask about that).
The sheer number of avenues for fraud kind of works against us in convincing average sheeple. When you try to explain it, people’s eyes glaze over, and the response is “oh come on, maybe one or two of those things is happening, but that can’t all be real.” Add to that, “they* would find out about it, an they* would stop it.” Go ahead and ask one of said sheeple who they* are, or if they* stand to gain themselves. The sheep will have no idea, but still refuse to accept the obvious because it means some “nice” “public servants” are corrupt liars. It happened in my very county: video evidence of ballots being shredded. The excuse was that they were damaged ballots that had to be transcribed, but even that was a massive breach of state law and procedure.
You see it time and again: the whistleblower’s complaints get swept under the rug, and they’re lucky if they don’t get sent to jail or lawfared to death in the process. This is a classic case: they commit fraud, and the person seeking to preserve the evidence is the “criminal.” It’s dead simple in the case of a state employee: there is so much red tape that you basically can’t do your job without some breach of law or regulations. Even for the average citizen, they can make up something that looks plausible, and bleed you dry. We’re in Beria territory – “show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime” – and it’s not just the DC swamp, it’s not just that and CA/NY, not just blue states. Many unparty(R) types in red states have been watching and know how to play that game. Those of use who are wary are just glad if we don’t have to test the integrity of our legal system in a case like this.
Wonder how many murderers, robbers, rapists, car jackers, drug runners, child molesters, and thieves will be getting out of the state prison while she just sits there for 9 years?
They are trying to murder Tina Peters by keeping her cell cold and her clothing minimal. She is a survivor of lung cancer but is sick again and coughing a lot, according to what I am reading. Polis & Crew are killing Tina.
In a similar way, they are trying to kill President Trump.
The judge who sentenced Peters stated she had white “privilege” in delivering the exceptionally harsh sentence.
Until something is done about these judges not much will change.
Yes. Something done.
Constitutional weakness. If we had it to do over again…sigh.
A presidential pardon has no legal effect on state convictions or state-imposed sentences. The President possesses plenary pardon authority only for “offences against the United States” (federal crimes), not state crimes.
Tina Peters, the former Mesa County Clerk in Colorado, was convicted of state crimes, not federal crimes. In August 2024, she was found guilty by a jury in a Colorado state court on seven counts, including four felonies such as attempting to influence a public servant and conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, related to unauthorized access to voting equipment. No federal charges were filed against her in connection with these events.
Now that said, it is considered a good development that President Trump issued a presidential pardon and such, along with the mostly positive national spotlight on her well-being, may have a beneficial affect on her appeal and any future supervised release or medical/compassionate options.
As I posted to another commenter upthread, read this article and think it through.
https://thefederalist.com/2025/11/14/yes-trumps-full-complete-pardons-cover-bogus-state-election-charges
Reviewing that article, its two supposed historical examples of presidents pardoning for state offenses fall short. One involved the District of Columbia–which is not a state to begin with–and the other involved the trial of Susan B. Anthony, which was held in federal court and in which she was charged with violating the federal Enforcement Act of 1870.
Its citation of Ex parte Garland (1867) is problematic as well, trying to read the language used by the Court in smacking down an attempt by Congress to limit the power of the pardon into an extension of the pardon power to cover state law. (Just on the level of legal concept, the Court had gone out of its way in that era to separate federal and state law into completely separate spheres–the most extreme example being Barron v. Baltimore‘s holding that the Bill of Rights did not apply to state governments, which was gradually overturned piecemeal through the idea of incorporation via the Fourteenth Amendment starting in the early 20th century.)
The fact that the judge uttered the white privilege slur in her reasoning for harsh penalty should be an immediate reason to sue the state of Colorado for violation of her civil rights, singling out race as a qualifier for a more severe penalty. Said judge should be named specifically in the suit as a defendant.
Until a hammer is brought down on these people, nothing changes for the better. It will continue unabated.
BRILLIANT: Tina Peters’ Attorney Peter Ticktin Shares Statement on Tina’s Pardon – Colorado “Has No Right to Hold Her”

Federal 2020 election crime, federal governmental whistleblower witness, federal witness protection.
Send in the Federal marshalls to take her into protective custody, and stabilization of health to take
a deposition. Bryan Kennedy spoke of this on War Room today.
Or declare martial law, and take care of it all … before we the people lose the ground by continuing
the “pretending” fraud and treasonous insurrection that the Globalist/Communist/Islamist/Occult cabal
infected our systems with. Plenty of evidence. And by the way, look at the epicenter of it all, and stop
trying to divide the land of Israel, no matter how well-intentioned – lest America go through the same
biblical blowback from the 2020 attempt to do so. Have we not learned anything? As in there is no “deal”
with God’s land, except upon His parameters. If we don’t, check out the historical record of this in the book
“Eye to Eye” by William Koenig – White House Christian correspondent. If not, we will be divided as well.
No matter how hard we fight. Time and place connection are not coincidental. Hands off of Judea and Samaria …
period. I don’t know about you, but I do not want to fight against God. We will never win if we do. And injustices
like Tina Peters and all of the chaos we see since 2020 will occur, and the space of grace we have been granted
will evaporate. A dangerous time, if we fail to realize this core issue.
I was historically anti Z until the inner voice of God corrected me with a warning… my mercy came by way of the Jews… I came after the fact. If I have a problem with that than I’m free to search for a better God and plan. None other exists.
I don’t care how this has to happen but she must be freed and NOW may the Good LORD Bless And Keep Tina Peters
Sounds like the Colorado state judge was biased against Peters because of her race. In essence he violated her civil rights which is a federal crime. DOJ Civil Rights Division should bring suit and seek to have the Colorado verdict vacated by a federal court. Ultimately this will be decided by SCOTUS.
Persecution of Tina Peters reeks to high heaven! So what about the Supremacy Clause? Preemption? No state should be able to disregard a lawful pardon by the nationally elected POTUS!
PDJT should do everything possible to get her out of the hell that CO has become.

Here is Joe Hoft’s update on federal involvement in her case under Biden, opening door for him to issue federal pardon.
Maybe Trump should take this Green Beret Ivan’s advice to help Tina Peters.
