President Donald Trump is pushing hard against the boundaries of what the media can absorb. In a Truth Social post earlier today, President Trump notes that any document signed by autopen without the cognitive affirmation of Joe Biden is nulled.
This could have serious ramifications; however, I’m not sure how it could be enforced.

Here’s how – someone with auto pen pardon is brought in front grand jury, eventually indicted. They seek judicial relief citing pardon. Case goes to trial (eventually after initial dismissals and appeals) and at some in higher court there’s a trial and discovery – then all the illegality gets revealed and more people get brought in front of grand juries. That’s how it might play out.

I have said this before, Go for the appointments. A Supreme Court Justice Nominee, following Senate approval, the President has to sign the commission to make the appointment official and then they can be sworn in.
The President has to sign the commission, not the Chief of Staff, not some anonymous staffer. The President. If the President did not sign the commission the nominee was not lawfully approved to take the seat on the Bench.
I have not looked into other appointments, but would imagine they must also be signed by the President. If that didn’t happen, they had no legal authority to assume the appointed position.

Anyone with a pardon can be called in front of a grand-jury or other such legal proceedings but can not invoke their 5th Amendment rights to avoid self-incrimination. The pardon nullifies the threat of prosecution, so they must testify. Lying under oath would be a new charge.

An unprecedented catastrophe requires unprecedented corrective action and men fearless and tenacious enough to see it through. From high to low, every autopen order needs to be run down.
