The six congressional representatives directed their coordinated communication to members of the military and intelligence community. “Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders … you must refuse illegal orders,” they asserted.
However, when questioned about what “illegal orders” President Trump has created, the six members are suddenly very quiet. White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller responds:

Ultimately, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi could easily assign an FBI agent and U.S attorney to question the six members about the “illegal orders” they are telling the military and intelligence community to defy.
If Slotkin, Kelly and the rest cannot present evidence of an illegal order they are referring to, that would be a qualification that should presumably invoke a First Amendment defense claim, then charge them with simple sedition as defined in statute.
The traitors are not worried because the traitors know that nothing is going to happen to them. In fact, they are now escalating their attacks against Trump in broad daylight and do not seem concerned about Trump’s DOJ.

All of the procedures for the Joint Session of Congress to count Electoral Votes are CODIFIED in the statute called “The Electoral Count Act.” In order to change “the rules” the statute would have to be changed. I think you are referring to the five swing states’ Certificates of Ascertainment that were supposed to be met with Objections, followed by the two houses retiring to their chambers for debate and vote. Nothing could stop a legitimate Objection signed by at least one Member of the House and one Senator. In fact, Pennsylvania DID object later in the alphabetical roll call of the states, and debates and votes in separate chambers were actually held. The other five were WITHDRAWN by the Republicans. The fact that Pennsylvania DID object, and the objection was honored, proves there were not “Special Emergency Rules” put in place. They said zero that was illegal … it is YOUR interpretation of their legal statement that the intent was sedition … Prove it.
So far there is zero evidence that they made their legal statements, as concerned members of congress reminding service members and Federal Employees of their duty and oaths, with the INTENT to commit a seditious act.

I was responsible for managing Summary Court Martial’s as an Adjutant and Coordinating with JAG for General Court Martial’s under UCMJ. Rules and definitions of evidence give ZERO latitude and are not vague. Who ever wrote that blurb has no idea what they are saying.

Any good defense attorney will end this in snap of a finger, if that is the only evidence presented.
When or IF these people are questioned by the FBI as to “which illegal orders were they referring”? The very simple answer that is well within their rights to assert … “we were simply reminding service members and Federal Employees of their duty to follow only legal orders as well as their oaths of office”. .. end of statement.
Given that answer … Investigation is over … there would be no charges to be filed.
AT THIS TIME …. There is NO Proof that the “intent” was to undermine authority … after all they were acting as (cough cough) concerned members of Congress.
The attorney would then assert … ALL conclusions drawn by those wanting; warrants, arrests and charges are suppositions and THEIR interpretation of those statements and answers.
PROOF of intent would be any acts and statements made leading up to the statements in question or made after the the statements in question were made …. that would establish these Cretans meant to undermine authority. Finding this PROOF is where the FBI needs to focus if they want to hang sedition charges on anybody.
Until the background investigation, above, is made … the DoJ has NOTHING to use as evidence.
