Senator Elissa Slotkin (Mich), a former CIA analyst who worked in the State Department and Pentagon during the Obama administration, organized a viral video with Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona, Reps. Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, Rep. Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, and Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado.
The six congressional representatives directed their coordinated communication to members of the military and intelligence community. “Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders … you must refuse illegal orders,” they asserted.
However, when questioned about what “illegal orders” President Trump has created, the six members are suddenly very quiet. White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller responds:

Ultimately, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi could easily assign an FBI agent and U.S attorney to question the six members about the “illegal orders” they are telling the military and intelligence community to defy.
If Slotkin, Kelly and the rest cannot present evidence of an illegal order they are referring to, that would be a qualification that should presumably invoke a First Amendment defense claim, then charge them with simple sedition as defined in statute.
“Sedition refers to the act of using conduct or language to incite a violent overthrow of the government or to actively conspire to do so. It is not protected by the 1st Amendment Speech.”

so, bottom line…immediately charge each of these people with insurrection, pile on top of that other charges that describe this conduct as meddling with the affairs of the commander in chief (I am certain there are at least a few federal statutes that can be applied), and then haul them into court, examine their statements and have a jury convict these reprobates. That is how this works.
IF the house and Senate had a backbone these people would already be censured and fined, and removed from committee assignment. And if the house and Senate acted according to principle, impeachment hearings for each of these radicals would have already been floored and voted on.

Nobody suggests that these degenerates be sentenced before a conviction but to get a conviction they must 1st be criminally charged either in a military court or an A3 court. An A3 court would likely draw the likes of Boasberg, Chutkan Kelly, Mehta or any number of derelict judges that persecuted J6 defendants.

There is continuing education in the military on the UCMJ and what lawful and unlawful orders are. They all had to know that. And thus the ONLY reasons for their video was to cause discord in our military and as a political stunt.
That being said President Trump needs to learn how to count to 10 and think more sometimes before responding. His initial response gave a clear path for the democrats and their press to make the issue about how he responded and not what those traitors said in their video.
The fact is moral in the US military is as high as the recruitment numbers indicate. Where it is not high is among the politicaly partisan officers that put politics over duty or those that will sell their soul for more power and a star. And some of those officers are in JAG.
In the opinion of this former SF soldier JAG has plenty of political animals in it and the proof of that has been shown time and again by the highly restrictive Rules of Engagement that have hampered the war fighters and in fact caused considerably higher casualties among them. When every combat unit commander from Battalion level on up has a JAG officer looking over their shoulder and advising on the legality of the manner in which an operation is conducted and even the commands they may give when their troops are engaged we lose both combat effectiveness and lives.
