Boasberg also wrote restraining orders forbidding the cell phone carriers from informing the targets of the corrupt search warrants.

There is a long history of corruption from the bench by James Boasberg, specifically surrounding the effort to target Donald Trump in a host of DC court rulings, injunctions and affirmations from the judicial branch [SEE HERE – TAKE A SNICKERS]. Judge James Boasberg signed off on the ‘Arctic Frost’ search warrants against Congress.
Boasberg issued blanket orders to the cell phone companies not to reveal the search warrants.
Boasberg is a FISA Court Judge.
Boasberg authorized one of the Carter Page title-1 surveillance warrants.
Boasberg hired Mary McCord as amicus to the court.
After appointing Mary McCord to take up a defensive position for herself and the FISA Court (cover), Judge Boasberg then becomes the presiding judge in the case against the FBI agent who falsified the FISA application, Kevin Clinesmith. Boasberg gives Clinesmith a slap on the wrist and a few months probation (more cover).
Boasberg told John Durham (Bill Barr) allowing a target to escape prosecution is part of the penalty upon the DOJ for wrongful assembly of the FISA application; a nice way to cover the issue.

This is the same Judge Boasberg who gave J6 FBI agent provocateur Ray Epps a sentence of probation.
This is the same Judge Boasberg who established a horrible precedent by forcing Vice President Mike Pence to testify before a DC grand jury about his conversations with President Trump (breaking executive privilege).
While on vacation, Boasberg attended the criminal indictment hearing of President Trump.
Judge Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) blocking DHS, Customs and Border Patrol and ICE from deporting illegal aliens and narcotrafficking gang members belonging to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
There were calls for Boasberg to be impeached.
Immediately, the same day President Trump noted Boasberg should be impeached, Chief Justice John Roberts jumped to his defense:

About time., his own statements disqualify him from being a judge. Bozoberg will get impeached, but not convicted as no Democratic Senator will vote to convict a judge doing their dirty work for them. Still he should be temporarily removed from the bench during the proceedings and the GOP should make the impeachment and trial so costly other liberal justices thinks twice about the same unconstitutional stunts.
This is exactly what they did to President Trump but without just cause and with made up evidence. It will also show the hypocrisy, political motivation and corruption of these liberal judges.
I still wonder is the Supreme’s could slap contempt of court orders on these judges for ignoring the Supreme Court’s decision on the ‘no nationwide TRO’s’ that are to some extent still going on. Jail and a considerable fine might also make things better.

Perhaps after a failed impeachment, Boasberg could be asked to recuse himself from any pleadings before his court due to the potential for an appearance of conflict of interest. You know, like Jeff Sessions felt he had to bench himself. Hmmm.

Impeachment should *not* be a rarely-used tool. The trial is an excellent opportunity to argue these issues.
However, even when Congress issues Articles of Impeachment, the Senate has now established precedent to ignore them. There should be accountability for that.

I am just an old manufacturing guy and my eyes glaze over when we talk about the law and legalese. The J6 folks got arrested and some sat in jail for years without a trial. It was punishment without justice. It seems to me that the people that committed treason/sedition should face the same treatment. Boasberg , McCord etal need to be arrested and held without bail.

There is nothing stopping the Congress, which creates these Federal courts, from sending Biasberg a subpoena, and holding him in contempt when he refuses. There is nothing stopping DOJ from impaneling a grand jury to investigate Biasberg.

The very fact that Sheldon Snook was ever in Roberts’ employ is enough to cast doubts on his allegiance, and the fact that it is most probably Snook that leaked the Roe decision, makes this all the more pressing.

Impeachments of (Democrat) federal judges are impossible in DC. No Democrat will support an impeachment of one of their own judges, no matter how bad the corruption.
Accountability and justice must be achieved by other means, and there are many other means that the Senate, House and Executive Branches can employ to deal with Boasberg. But, I don’t think they have the stones to do it, so Boasberg will escape justice just like most of the Deep State perps, IMO.
Since Boasberg has crossed the line, the Legislative and Executive Branches can start with ingnoring all of Boasberg’s judicial orders and rulings (past, current, future), and then escalate from there.
