Sundance, I do not recall hearing you comment on the Tina Peters story…from everything I have seen/read, it appears to be a complete travesty of justice. Do you agree or is there something I am missing? And if she truly is a political prisoner, WHY has Blondi’s DOJ not swooped in there and gotten her out?!!

State charges that the DOJ can’t really do a thing about – other than do a real investigation into what Tina exposed about election malfeasance in Colorado…
According to her post, it does sound like there is a Federal aspect to the crimes that she exposed and therefor the DOJ could get her out while she continues to appeal the state charges. This is the part that I, and many others, do not understand! I saw an interview yesterday that indicated that Todd Blanche, one of President Trump’s personal attorneys, who is now at the DOJ, is the one blocking Tina Peter’s case, among others…

It was a state court case.
From a federal standpoint, I believe the doj is looking into whether there was bias in the legal proceedings.
I was thinking about that. If federal DOJ action or a congressional hearing calls her to be a witness, can’t someone issue a subpoena and order U.S. Marshals to take custody of her out of the state prison system?

I too watched The Charlie Kirk Show today, the number one topic was the violence and threats rampant on the left; Tim Pool was the guest host and I was astonished at how many conservative journalists and podcasters had already discontinued certain activities due to the danger from antifa and other well funded militant groups.
Now I see two out of the top three articles on Gateway Pundit are failures by the Secret Service.
I would be happy if President Trump spent the next three and a half years in the WH.
