BREAKING. Conservative pundit and leading voice of Turning Point USA Charlie Kirk was about 20 minutes into a presentation when he was shot, a spokesperson for Utah Valley University told NBC News.
The spokesperson said, to the best of the university’s knowledge, Kirk was hit and taken with his security team away from the premises, and the courtyard was cleared. Video from Twitter below:
Kirk was sat in a tent with the “American Comeback Tour” logo when a shot is heard and Kirk physically recoils, slumping down in his seat. Blood is seen flowing down from his neck and the crowd audibly panics and begins to run.

What I DID see, though, was how close the roof was to Charlie’s tent. And like someone before me posted, the shooter likely had his weapon stashed in advance, and escaped through the building; possibly with help.

Look at the Top Roof as the camera pans (about the 2 second mark). At the corner of the roof you will see a wispy white cloud. Look for a figure standing then running across the roof just below the white cloud.

I’ve been reading this site since 2016 and I rarely post. I’m a high school teacher and my last class just ended. My students told me that Mr. Kirk had been shot right after our lunch time. We spent time discussing what happened and I fielded questions as best I could. My last class of the day was when it was announced that Mr. Kirk had passed. One of my students raised his hand and said, “I think he was really dumb.” I remained calm and said, “That’s interesting. Why do you think that?” He said, “Because he should have known people hated him and so he was dumb to go and talk to people.” I was floored. I took a breath and said, “But we’re talking right now. And we disagree on certain things don’t we?” He said, “Yes, but this is school. Out in the real world you can’t talk about things.” I know this is annecdotal and, of course, it was only the comment of one student, but if this is what even 10 percent of young people think I weep for the future of our Republic. Ave atque vale, Mr. Kirk. I hope to meet you with our Savior. My family continues to pray for the Kirk family and our nation.

Our older son who is now a Marine, attended TPUSA and met Charlie in FL. He came home from that event and opened a chapter in HS that year. I pray for many Charlies to rise up and take the place that has been left oh so cold and empty today. That this senseless taking of a precious life ignite the fire of many young men to speak truth and not waiver, much like Charlie did. That fear would not take root in young hearts, but a righteous anger for the enemy of our souls, and that we learn to armor up, prepare for battle, and take back what the enemy intends to plunder from us. Not the shooter. One video shows “somebody running on the roof”… that appears to be the shooter running away. A different angle that I posted above shows somebody in all black lying on a roof from 180 deg opposite view, prior to the shooting.
At first I was sure this was a tranny assassination, now not so sure. Sounds like professional hit. Far away, sniper shot. Guess we’ll see.

I am heartbroken. Sickened. Disgusted. Run through the wringer and slung in the dirt for the chickens to mess on. Completely devastated. I am no expert, but believe in my heart that this was a professional assassination.
I have 5 adult children, a few that were somewhat left-leaning due to their friends. I was afraid of the possibility that a few might vote against Trump. Charlie Kirk and Tic-Toc changed that situation. I’m watching LiveNow Fox (on Prime as I don’t have cable nor have a TV), but as I mourn Charlie Kirk’s passing, I can’t help but wonder why God allowed him to die, but I firmly believe in His sovereignty.
This was the message God revealed to me as I watched reporters in AZ across the street from TP hdqters:
A lady with her son in college said her son & she firmly believed in Charlie’s message. She was calm, very level-headed and said Charlie Kirk’s murder would raise up many of his young followers who previously would never speak out or speak up publicly, but Charlie’s message and his assassination would raise them up to speak up, as she herself was doing by being interviewed, which was something she never previously would have done.
I believe God will do exactly what this lady said, and although I mourn his death, I celebrate his life and know God will use his life greatly in this way this lady has spoken.
Another lady was interviewed. A calm, level-headed lady. She calmly said gun & ammo sales would rise exponentially, because patriots will be ready to defend themselves because no one else is going to; that Charlie’s murder will affect patriots so greatly to their core that only we can take our country back from this anarchy; that this murder will greatly change how patriots view what we are facing.
These two ladies’ statements lead me to know that Charlie Kirk’s life, though cut short in my view, will have a long-standing purpose in the events of our country, and as Jessie Waters said, this event is a turning point for our country.
So grieving his death will also have major effects in the saving of our country, which is needed now.
Always remember God can use evil for good, for His good purposes. God raised up Charlie Kirk in his faith. He was not ashamed of the gospel. God will now use his death for good. (Gen 50:20)
It doesn’t lessen our loss and pain over his assassination, though. But it is a big turning point for us.

After what Sundance reported on last week about contact for DC informant, my take is that you should refuse, without some very specific demands being met, i.e. outrageous personal security coverage and SS protection for SD and family 24/7 and beyond. It’s not safe to have an alternate voice now and hasn’t been for a long time. Start with JFK, Robert, Martin, Multiple Trump attemps and even Malcome X. Be very very careful.
