The entire grand jury process is extremely protected as the 5th amendment requires. Fullstop.
Unfortunately, we have a long and painful history with the Trump-era Main Justice system, intentionally leaking information to satiate the MAGA base and tamp-down demands for reform and accountability. For seven years various Trump officials have claimed to be working to bring accountability. None has been delivered.
Also unfortunately, the pattern of bread and circuses is repeating. The Dept of Justice leaked a letter to The Federalist, in order to affirm their performance.

Obviously, The Federalist is well aware of who the assigned “prosecutor” is. However, telling the audience that name does not support the ongoing ‘clickbait’ performance as orchestrated by Pam Bondi’s Dept of Justice. After all, there’s the important public opinion to be shaped.
The DOJ sending this letter to journalist Sean Davis is a case study in exactly what ‘Bread and Circuses’ looks like.
The DOJ providing this letter directly to The Federalist, indicates the purpose of Pam Bondi’s DOJ action is performative; not substantive. If the DOJ does not want to compromise their grand jury case, then why are they leaking their letters? Simply, think about it.
The compromise and motive to note is not in the reporting per se’; it’s in the DOJ selective (purposeful) leaking. And in this example, it indicates a profound lack of seriousness.
It’s likely the DOJ knows the challenge of the case is a very high bar and they are unlikely to clear it. So, what they are doing is appeasing the ‘Russiagate’ crowd, with the performance of the investigation itself. However, this is a very dangerous approach to take given the nature of seven years of bread and circuses in the background.
If the cases were perceived as solid and serious, there would be no reason for Pam Bondi’s DOJ to be leaking internal documents to Fox News, Mollie Hemmingway, John Solomon, Sean Davis or any other media outlet.
Fox News originally broke the story of the Grand Jury after they were sent documents from Bondi’s authorization of a prosecutor to review evidence and empanel a grand jury. Now Pam Bondi’s assigned prosecutor is sending copies of his/her letters to The Federalist.
Does this sound like serious investigative action taken by serious Main Justice leadership? No, unfortunately it sounds like a profoundly unserious ‘tick-tock’ screenplay is being delivered, because that is exactly what these actions indicate.
We have experienced seven-years of ‘tick-tocking’, and intentional leaks, orchestrated for a purpose other than truth and justice. We The People deserve better.
If the DOJ is going to leak letters and documents to ‘CONservative’ media for clickbait excitement, the outlook for serious legal accountability is not good.

If they thought the blowback on Epstein was bad, that was minor dust up compared to what is coming if you’re right.
The declassifications illustrate something most of us already know. The FBI, DOJ, and IC are institutionally evil. Not a few bad actors. It’s an institutional problem.
And in 3.5 years, we ALL get handed back over to them to exact their revenge. It doesn’t matter who replaces Trump.
The most important thing to notice is that there have been basically zero attacks on Blondi and Cash from the deep staters who have been trying to take out Gabbard.
Credibility collapse is very real, and we got a taste of it with Epstein and Iran.
The issue isn’t the difficulty of bringing prosecutions. It is illegal to hide behind your “badge” to commit crimes like fraud and racketeering.
The issue is the scale of the problem. The FBI and DOJ are institutionally corrupt. The court system is institutionally corrupt. The Senate is institutionally corrupt.
Where do you even start?
Well, I think they’re starting in the right place, even if I don’t agree on the pace.
Sunlight. Exposure.
The cabal can go on TV and lie all they want. The media can lie or ignore all they want. But the documentary evidence remains.
The FBI raided MaL to bury evidence of their institutional corruption, while simultaneously creating bad optics for Trump. (make him look guilty by doing a raid)
They know that simply the existence of these documents is a threat. The truth will out. And they can’t have that.
So, relish in the sunlight. It’s not a bad thing that people learn that they’ve been lied to by the lying liars on TV.
Keep your expectations in check. There’s still plenty of time to do this ourselves, and rope us cheap.

Yep, every one of these phases of the rolling coup collapsed once people get put under oath. That is where the grand jury becomes useful. Those a-holes can say whatever they want on MSNBC. But what we learned during the Russia hoax and the Ukraine hoax is that all the lying a-holes completely changed their tune when making sworn statements. Or, they hid behind their badge (color of law) to imply wrongdoing and using security classifications to hide their perjury. All that is now coming out into the sunlight.
Let the grand jury evaluate the evidence and call witnesses and subpoena cell phones and personal emails and other documents. The key here is that the coup d’etat is ONGOING. The MaL raid is a perfect example and it involved many of the same actors as earlier coup attempts. We also know the GA prosecutors went to the White House before they indicted Trump. And that they were working with the fraudulent J6 committee, which was yet another phase of the rolling coup d’etat.
What I’m waiting for is the mass and very public firings across the FBI. For example, every single solitary FBI agent who participated in the MaL raid should be fired, yesterday. There’s zero chance they were not hand picked due to their loyalty to the Biden regime. So that is a big juicy target for Cash and Bongino.
When the corporate media starts shrieking about grand jury subpoenas via leaks, then you can consider this a serious prosecution. But not one instant before.
This is a Bondi operation. All show, and no go. Shuffling old papers and continuing Fox appearances with words said, to soothe the bored watchers between ED ads.
The Durham model is the modern example of a fake prosecution. Corporate media silence. Deafening silence, proving all is well for those purportedly threatened.

It’s interesting to me–if Trump or his administration release info on what they’re doing it’s all subterfuge, “bread and circuses”; but, if they don’t release info on what they’re doing or talk about it all the time people think they’re not doing anything. Personally, I would prefer a much smaller investigation that may not encourage as much clickbait……the plan behind ‘punishing’ Seth Rich for downloading and sending the DNC info to Wikileaks.

I wrote in an earlier comment section that this whole effort seems like the longest of long shots, and this little “leak” is a good example of why. Everybody in DC knows about the massive treason, but nobody has the balls to actually prosecute it. Nobody wants to actually enforce the minimum standards for a successful society.
People are too comfortable and it’s made them weak. They don’t want to fight – because hey, maybe they’ll want to commit some treason someday, too. Why shut the door on that opportunity, right?

Very predictable. I’ve said many times it would take videotape from multiple angles of these people speaking in clear tones, making specific orders, and handing over these orders which they then signed on camera, literally smoking guns, to even get mild attention from mainstream media and many Americans. It doesn’t exist.
The power players are thick as thieves (and they are thieves), are meshed into every nook and cranny of these 3 letter agencies. Nobody is getting Obama prosecuted, nor Jarrett, any within his uber orbit. Maybe Brennan, maybe a couple others….maybe.

There are much more problematic issues at hand. The tariff war ramping up with India, now becoming one with BRICS members. More worrisome is the embrace of The Genius Act, stable coin, et all. A digital currency is right around the corner, designed to counteract the collapse of the dollar, and make most everyone poor. The devil is in the boring details of things America is easily distracted by. Hence the bread and circus acts.
There are much more problematic issues at hand.
Also, the near collapse of control of nuclear non-proliferation. But, I would argue that Russiagate is not less problematic in terms of our republic.

I believe the grand jury light shines brightly and it gives “us” a chance to see how the roaches scurry and to where, or what or whom they run; that may be instructive. To that extent the leaks may have a purpose. These leaks have been going on a long time and it seems the sanctity of the GJ is not what it used to be. They get used for political purposes by all stripes. My bottom line is I’m 100% behind PDJT with all his faults and foibles. We’d be long gone without him.
I really don’t care about Epstein or the “thing” surrounding him like others do and I think when Tucker, Benny and others when off the rails over it that was a shame. And about the Epstein mess I will say this: As PDJT said in an interview on Newsmax this week, the demonrats were in charge of the Epstein files for many, many years. As he and others have stated – if there was anything damning against PDJT in the files, why would’t the demonrats have uused it in last year’s election.
PDJT recently instructed the DOJ to release all “credible” Epstein files.
And I ask, who prosecuted Epstein in the federal case and imprisoned hime? Who “leaked” the Epstein birthday card/book story to the WSJ? Who was in possession of the filess at SDNY before, during and after the federal prosecution. there? Why did it take the SDNY so long to give over the files? Why did it come down to firing the US Attorney there? Who recently prosecuted Diddy? Answer: Maureen Corney. But hush my mouth, she would’t slip a fake file into the 250k page collection that damns PDJT, would she?
As I read it, the letters weren’t leaked. They were sent to the Federalist by DOJ. We know where they came from and who they went too. There is nothing classified in them. I don’t see how this demonstrates an unserious process. Convening a Grand Jury is deadly serious, but the fact that it exists is not secret. I’m no Bondi fan, but she has been excoriated for doing nothing. Showing she is doing something is positive not negative.
The thing about corruption it corodes inch by inch until you have miles. We know and They refuse to accept that we know.
