Within the interview, Tulsi Gabbard emphasizes how important it is for the people who engaged in a treasonous conspiracy to be held accountable. Gabbard notes there are now whistleblowers from within the IC agencies who have come forward to discuss how the intelligence apparatus was intentionally weaponized.
In her opinion as expressed, there is enough direct evidence now available to the Dept of Justice to begin criminal indictments against all of the participants. DNI Gabbard is going to face the full fury of the assembled intelligence state.

Now that the evidence of exact mechanisms, dates, and people are available, more focused language should be used to ratchet up awareness among the bulk of the population who may be somewhat innoculated against “charges and counter charges” made in the news.
Most of the time Gabbard uses what are now unnecessarily neutral words like “took these intelligence reports” when it would be better to say “took intelligence reports fabricated under the direction of President Obama”.
“… took these intelligence reports” sounds like it could be a simple mistake. Always emphasize they were fabricated and link the fabrication to who the documents indicate were responsible for it
Already see some conservative outlets softening the meaning by describing the effort as “President Obama was involved”, when the evidence indicates he originated and directed the effort to create fabricated reports.
Precise wording that sticks to the evidence will help focus the public on the stakes.
I’m always puzzled at the lengthy nature of investigations of unambiguously documented events. By now, the document chain of custody should be verified and all the people on the summary page should have had their passports suspended. Why Obama and the rest aren’t arrested, in cuffs and en-route to prison is a mystery to me, but no doubt it will be weeks and months of lengthy and ponderous “investigation of the investigation”.
Reality is apparently extremely difficult to discern for all these intelligent high-achievers. It almost as if they have to arrive at a consensus to define what reality is first before they can act on their “consensus reality”.
In my job, I work countless weekends on what are by comparison trivial matters. Blase, lethargic response to state treason is not good for anyone.

She might be hard-to-touch now in the sense anything physical would be obvious and only accelerate the investigation. Even discrediting her will be difficult now because it would be so obvious and further accelerate investigation. Improvised cover-ups are tricky. Action now to cover-up what’s been exposed will stand-out and lead further.
Their best bet is to just let the normal process go and run out of bureaucratic steam via institutional self-preservation without doing anything that might juice it. Bureaucracies don’t want to upset the apple cart and high officials and former Presidents cuffed en route to Guantanamo seems 10x worse to them than treason by those people.
