Within the interview, Tulsi Gabbard emphasizes how important it is for the people who engaged in a treasonous conspiracy to be held accountable. It’s always a pretty view before the fall.
Criminal indictments are not enough. Criminal law is not enough. To truly uncover and unpack this “treasonous conspiracy” completely and to achieve full accountability, a military tribunal needs to be empaneled.
The recent antics of the federal court system have shown the American people that the federal court system cannot be trusted to handle a case of this complexity and sensitivity. Venue will be an issue, federal judge will be an issue, grand jury will be an issue, trial jury selection will be an issue, too many issues for normal criminal procedure to handle (most of which will be politicized against the Trump administration).
There is too much at stake for this to fail. We need a military tribunal, which is the proper venue to handle treason.

Here is what I think about it: if people in various states, non citizens, illegal cross tie walkers can get class action law suits against this president, this administration and filed in federal courts in several states, then it would seem to me perfectly normal and legal to file criminal cases against specific government officials, up to and including former presidents in at least three states. and possibly in all three at the same time if the allegation/charge is a conspiracy to commit a crime…which BTW has zero statute of limitation.
New York, Virginia and Florida. President Trump was a lawful resident of each of these three states when some of these crimes were committed. He should file in Florida Federal Court…or I should say that AG Bondi should refer to a prosecutor in Florida.

Tulsi Gabbard purposely keeps referring to our form of Government as a “Democratic Republic” in replace of our Constitutional Republic.
A Democratic Republic never existed until Democrats made it up and Google created the definition for it to mimic the definition of our government system run by and for the people.

I think there is a difference, and it’s a matter of perspective since we have both:
Constitutional Republic: The several states appoint reps to Congress (i.e., the Senate)
Democratic Republic: The people democratically elect the reps to Congress (i.e., the House)
