The White House is now saying Iran has everything they need to build a nuclear weapon, the only remaining factor is when to assemble it. “Iran has all that it needs to achieve a nuclear weapon,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. “All they need is a decision from the supreme leader to do that.”
Press Secretary Leavitt then announced President Trump will make the decision to conduct U.S. military strikes within two weeks. “Based on the fact that there is a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place in the near future, I will make my decision of whether or not to go within the next two weeks,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Thursday.
Benjamin Netanyahu also answered a question about when the Trump administration will become involved.

According to CBS, CIA Director John Ratcliffe met with Trump at the White House and presented him with evidence that Iran is supposedly weeks away from having a nuclear bomb.
Tulsi reported to congress the intel community determined that Iran was not making a nuclear weapon.
Ratcliffe now says that Iran is weeks away from a bomb.
It is on Ratcliffe to explain how the intel community reported what they did to Tulsi and why that is different from what he is reporting to President Trump now.

An Iranian official went on the news to say the Iranians have already removed the nuclear material to “a safe place,” so that is more reason to do a ground invasion and go find it, IMHO. Yes, the Ayatollah had deemed no nuclear weapon back in the early oughts, but the key is that Iran has been insisting on enriching Uranium to 60 whatevers, when only 15 is needed for civilian energy production. Everyone, including the Russians, has supposedly been mystified by the continued insistence by Iran on excess enrichment, since it only points in one direction and eliminates the possibility of any deal.
Apparently, the enrichment is the hard part, after which putting together a bomb is simple. So the Fatwa has no discernible function from the standpoint of nuclear readiness.

I’m not going to second guess President Trump on whether or not he decides to drop some MOPs on the ayatollah’s head. I won’t lose any sleep over it. I was in Balad, Iraq in 2006. One of the many things my unit did was support the mortuary affairs Soldiers at the MA Collection Point. One evening, I was at the MACP with my 1SG to see what else we could do to help those troops improve their area. It just so happened to be the evening that they were ‘processing’ the remains of three American Soldiers that were killed by an IRGC ‘explosively formed penetrator’ IED.
Those three Soldiers were packaged in 375 individual ziplock bags inside a steel box. The only piece that could be identified as human was the right trigger finger of the female lieutenant that was in the vehicle when it was hit. She had a nonregulation shade of nail polish. It was lavender. Of all the crap I went through in Iraq, and later in Afghanistan as a counterinsurgent, that is one of the top 3 things that still haunt me.
Iran brought in, and likely set up and fired, those EFP IEDs across Iraq and Afghanistan. The last count I had before I retired in 2012 was around 600 American KIA due to the IRGC. A harrowing tale of the horrendous wounds suffered by those men and the bravery in combat to keep from being massacred one and all. This area of the world will never change until the leaders of the religion of peace introduce some form of reformation that will allow them to join the civilized world. The mullahs of Iran will not give up their dreams of fulfilling the prophet’s madness. It is my hope that younger mullahs will realize this.

I think the much earlier (March?) info that Tulsi Gabbard was given by our own IC regarding whether Iran is close to a weapon, which she then put forth in testimony, was a setup. Thus, we now have other information (multiple sources, more current?) and Pres. Trump is operating on a different window for Iran to have a weapon. Thus, “she’s wrong” when asked specifically about the disparity on the helo ramp today. Not good.
